Don't be fooled! All I have to say is this, an actual employee told me that pictures of this hotel are actually pictures from the Marriot.
This place was disgusting. My sofa had cigarette burns in it. The refrigerator was rusty. My bed was not made. The lights in my room did not work. Overall, this is a horrible hotel in a nice area. Definitely not worth the money you save.
Roaches in the shower. Rooms unclean. Floors not sweep. No one at the front desk for check in, keep calling hotel, while standing in lobby, had to wait 30 minutes for someone to check in. Room so nasty we left/check out of the Roach motel!

False advertisement. Lack of communication. We (my pregnant wife, 8,5,and 2 yr olds and I) were 10 mins away from the location between 6 and 7 pm when we got a call that there were no rooms available for us to stay that night. No offer to help find another place, no restitution whatsoever. Hardly a half hearted rushed "sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, have a good night". We had to figure out a nearby substitute very quickly and ended up spending more than we had planned or budgeted to spend on a two nights stay somewhere in the area. Incredibly irresponsible and unprofessional way of handling the situation in my opinion. We had made the reservation 2 DAYS in advance. Lesson learned: Regardless of where you stay, always call the physical location to confirm the reservation.

Love that it's a 2 bedroom suite. Been there the last 3 years- not again.
It was filthy. They only clean rooms even 7 days and I'm not sure that actually happens. Toilet broke, called maintenance at 8:30 am, still not fixed by 10 pm - plunger was in bathroom and all of our towels that we had to beg for, were on the floor to clean up the mess. Had to switch rooms at 10 o'clock at night and they didn't want to do that- apparently not having a usable bathroom is not a problem. Staff is not allowed to do anything except write a note. In fact, she wrote the note and exclaimed that she had now "done her job". I called Corporate, they can't do anything except take a message and I still haven't gotten a call back. Had to fix the bed in the new room, the boxspring wasn't even on the broken frame. Last year, they had a little store by the front desk, we planned on that to buy milk. Everything had been removed from the shop, staff explained the GM got rid of it because people were stealing.
