Room cleanliness was ok, bed pretty good, did not like the roaches and other bugs in room. When staff was approached about the situation, we were told the land next to the hotel was just plowed and didn't know what they could do about it.
The room had an incredibly overpowering smell of...cleaning product? Grannie's perfume x 100.
The hotel is very loud.i was tryin 2 watch tv in the day time not happening. The ladies cleaning wer slaming doors very loud while cleaning.....my wife an i almost fell trying to get out the tub made very wierd...the kicker was the towels wer yellow lookin when we first arrive with nasty red spot ewwww.so wen the morning came i gave them to the ladie cleaning the rooms...didnt recieve anymore towels to the nxt shift the manager say they wer doing laundry when the young lady brought the towels again they wer yellow also red stains again they lookd like the same towels.i tld her that i didnt want thm they were nasty..she came back with some new towels thanks becky....but that jus ruined it for me had to go to the family dollars 4 towels..the sheets under the blankets dingy an nasty glad i travel wit my pillow an blanket. I've stayed at Days Inn Blakely on several occasions. Every time I step into Days Inn Blakely, I feel welcome. The front desk staff always greets guests with a smile. Every time I step into the rooms, they are fresh and everything looks picture perfect. The beds are comfortable, and I wake up refreshed every morning. There is even a hot breakfast with a variety of options. Anytime I'm traveling through Blakely, GA, I plan my travels so I can stay at the Days Inn in Blakely, and I would recommend any traveler or visitor to do the same.
It was close to my destination. Breakfast food was not very good. Orange juice was watered down and biscuits and gravy was not good. Tasted like something had spoiled.
