Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Within walking distance of some of the attractions we wanted to see. Small but cozy room.
Cons: Thin walls - could hear people laughing next door. Bed was a bit on the harder side (personal taste though, not the establishment's fault).
Pros: The room has a nice look and was very clean
Cons: had a ground-level room and could hear the people above me all night. I was next to the exterior stairs as well and they make quite a racket.

Pros: Ultra, Ultra modern and beautiful bathroom. Queen size bed was no extra price. Brand new in 2012 or thereabouts (new part)
Cons: Had a hard time finding room.Room numbers in the 100's & 300's on same floor-weird. Our room was down a darkened hall and the sign showing the way to the room was hidden due to its remote location/orientation-away from the main hall and hidden in the dark

Pros: It's a large full service hotel which is bit of a surprise for Ireland and yet it still manages to feel like an inn. Our double/double room was large and quiet. Full Irish breakfast is included, there is a pool and restaurant on premise.
Cons: This is not something we didn't like but a heads up to other travelers. We stayed one night, a Friday in July. I called the hotel a couple of weeks in advance to ask if we needed a dinner reservation to eat there and the person told me no. When we arrived the restaurant was nearly full and they asked if we had a booking! Fortunately they were able to fit us in.
