Very ugly hotel!!! Incredeble high prices!!! Most dirty beach in Philippines!!! Very ugly hotel!!! Incredeble high prices!!! Most dirty beach in Philippines!!!
Hotel is good, but it just opened, so there are some drawbacks. But I think that in a short time to fix them. On the territory of absolutely no waste basket, the water in the shower goes bad. Otherwise, great, new hotel.
Food, staff, facilities, location, pool, etc A bit expensive
Quick service and very accomodating
The hotel is clean, elegant, and classy!
R. Blu is the best I recommend to all Cebu's Visitors the location the staff the facilities the tide clean all all all ....thank you R. B. Cebu team Non
Staff was great. Rooms cleaned daily always done professtioal. Over all I would stay there again Oh yes and breakfast buffett excellent.
I liked their feria restaurant, high class cuisine. Perfect hotel for businessmen, polite staff.
The complemenary shuttle service was very usefull as it was still a bit far too walk to the center. Even during the sinulog when it was overcrowded the staff was able to give personal attention to us at the desk, in the restaurant, at the entrance and any other place. N/a
I like the food and the friendly staff
The pool was excellent...food was great specially the Lechon. Very accomodating.
The buffet dinner was great. The staff were very helpful. They stated in the website that they charge for the internet, but I found out that this is inaccurate. You can use the wireless internet in the lobby for free but you pay if you use it in your room.
good services.clean,good atmosphere,quiet location
the rooms were comfortable the bed was comfortable the pool and a jacuzzi are very nice easy access to taxi the menu was very good easy access to the airport friendly staff access to the casino from inside the hotel a little bit confusing but access to the workout room and access to the rest of the hotel was easy
The location is ideal as it is right across the street from the airport. We had to catch a flight the next day, so it was convenient to just take a short walk to get to the airport. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bathrooms were a refreshing change from some of the other places we stayed at because there was good water pressure and the toilet flushed without having to pour buckets of water into the toilet bowl. The wifi was also good, and it was the best connectivity I had the entire trip. There is also an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a nice swim. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and pricier than outside restaurants and other hotels.
The room was great. The pool was beautiful. Overpriced by about $50 per night. The beach looked like an abandoned job site. Trash and construction materials everywhere. Looks like nobody had been there for months. The staff didn't even know how bad it was until I walked them down there. The menu was extremely limited and not tasty.
The location of the hotel is superb for city tour; it is located right at the city centre with easy access to public transport. There is also free wifi in the room. The hotel has seen better days, it is obvious it needs renovation on key areas like poolside, bathroom, interior and exterior. The lobby lounge gets really loud at night, due to the hotel singer and influx of casino players.
LOVE the gym. It's a full-blown fitness center with classes, great machines, TVs, etc. Good crowd. All complimentary with the room. A very welcome surprise after three weeks traveling through the Philippines.
The staff was very helpful. Great places to eat and the Casino was a nice place to hang out
Staff were very attentive, and at very proffesional level, dining area are very organized and staffs are very attentive, I highly reccomend this hotel especially those who would like to experience a good service. ttttthe room was kind of smoky at the time that we checked in, but after that erything was fine the next days
The breakfast was awesome. The room was very good also. The internet connection worked in the room but not in the lobby. The showers were hard to figure out.
Staff was mostly helpful/pool outside was in a nice setting. Close to the mall/shopping and restaurants. Got charged over $250.00 for a lamp that was old and not worth $100.00. (The three hundred was discounted from $425.00) which got bumped walking by - fortunately when it broke the kids or adults weren't hurt. But to add two nights cost? Unbelievable-
very good hotel, breakfast also continental, good for all.
Palatial hotel, great swimming pool with long hours, selection of restaurants and bars so you need not venture out. Located next to the IT Complex with a range of coffee shops and eateries. Gym is large and busy. While the room was comfortable, the Superior room is in fact the Standard Room.
i think its good and nice next month soon no
I love the variety of breakfast buffet. I will definitely comeback and stay again in this hotel. I love that the staffs are very nice and helpful. The water glasses and juice glasses were too small. We have to keep standing up to get more drinks. Glasses were about 6oz size.
The location is great, next to the IT park and Ayala mall. Nothing; the stay was great.
Nice gym. Close to Ayala mall. Room very basic.
Very clean and spacious rooms and a very good location and very friendly staff.
Very very very very very nice hotel. The pancakes were terrible. Hehehe
Clean and comfortable, luxurious and the food and staff were great
Breakfast was great ! Roof top restaurant and bar was amazing along with the entertainment !! Traffic can be congested at certain times, however the hotel is conveniently close to almost all shops and restaurants
Love the hotel staff - very courteous and helpful. Service was exemplary! The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise - what a view! Being on my own, I felt secure with the hotel's security (you can only access the floor of your room), and they announce visitors and callers beforehand. This should be done by all hotels. The spotty Wi-Fi in my hotel room. I had to sit by the window to find that "sweet spot." The individual userid and passwords to access Wi-Fi from different equipment could be improved.
They charged us 1.5k just for a fucking stain (poster color) in some of our bed linens.
Staffs were kind and some even funny but it was almost no wifi. Ok breakfast but so so restaurant. There was nothing around...
Staff are incredible. I was able to see the owners work during my stay. Details start from the top down. Thank you Dennis, Karen, Ivan, maryss, and the rest on the restuarant staff. Thank you very much!!!! Merong salamat po!!! Jason pimentel Nothing
This hotel is excellent for a resort holiday. We had our own cottage with a lounge, bedroom and two bathrooms. The unit looked over the water and had a big verandah with an outside table and a hammock. The water in the sea was very warm and great for swimming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is too far from shops for shopping so we just decided to make the most of the resort facilities. The drawback of this is that we did not have much contact with the local Philippino communtiy. The Philippines is also a very poor country. When we did go for a walk outside the hotel we were constantly approached by people wanting to sell us something or asking for money. Although people were polite I don't think I would like to walk outside by myself at night.
relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff the time it took before our room safe was opened (it was broken a=and held our money and passports) - it took most of the day before the safe was drilled open which meant our room was occupied by staff for the entire time. No compensation was offered for the inconvenience
