Pros: Rural location, included breakfast, picturesque small town with easy link to E-5 highway
Cons: As it is a rebuilt converted farmhouse, it is a little noisy with other guests.
Pros: Super friendly staff, lovely place and very Spanish. Definitely coming back here!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Pros: Beautiful building, lovely village, very friendly staff. A perfect stop when visiting Segovia or on route to Santander to take the ferry.
Cons: Air conditioning might improve the facilities but when we visited it was not necessary for a good nights sleep.
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, owner and staff so friendly and helpful, location idyllic
Offering free Wi-Fi and a 12th century facade, Posada de San Millán has lovely gardens with views of Sepulveda. The impressive Hoces del Rio Duratón National Park is a 10-minute walk away. The rustic-style house features a traditional combination of stone and wooden finishes. With classic décor, rooms are set surrounding a patio. Each room features a flat-screen TV and private bathroom including a bathtub and free toiletries. San Millan’s traditional restaurant serves local Castilian cuisine. The guest house is located in the centre of picturesque Sepúlveda and there is a variety of boutiques and typical Spanish restaurants within a 3-minute walk. Surrounded by nature, the location is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking or kayaking in the river. Historic Segovia is 60 km from the property. Madrid Airport and the city centre are 125 km away.
Pros: Historical charm, built in the 12th century with some of it original features.
Cons: No bar or restaurant
Pros: The 12th century building was an amazing experience in itself. The staff was very kind and patient with our halting Spanish. Ronnie was the most exuberant and welcoming breakfast host we have ever had. The town is lovely and the gorge outside is a great diversion from typical European cultural vacations and only a short walk to the other side of town. There are excellent restaurants in this little town. You will feel like you are driving out to the middle of nowhere on a dreary rural plain, you will worry that you have made a mistake choosing to stray off the well-beaten track, you will worry that your car will run out of gas because you don't see any gas stations on the way. Fear not. Sepulveda will be worth it.
Cons: Nothing. It is a great place.
Pros: It is a useful distance from Bilbao if you are traveling to the South. House is fascinating. Village is old not developed. Host was charmeing
Pros: Lovely old historical building, comfortable bed, nice soft sheets, nice breakfast
Cons: No problem with the hotel itself, but we would not recommend staying in Sepulveda in mid June unless absolutely essential!! We found it very difficult to find anywhere to eat as everywhere seemed to be closed for holidays. We found it quite depressing - a very unfriendly bar (Casa Paulino) for a really overpriced stale sandwich for lunch and a pretty diabolical meal at night at Señorio de Sepulveda - the only restaurant we could find that was open but with a limited menu. Sepulveda has been voted one of the 'pueblos mas bonitos de espana' (most beautiful villages in Spain) and therefore will attract many tourists because of this. It doesn't seem to care for those tourists however, and if people visit but, like us, find no facilities available, they will not return or recommend that others visit.
Pros: Everything was perfect. The Posada is very beautiful, clean and cozy. The views are amazing! The combination of visiting Sepulveda and being accommodated here represents a great and unique experience. We will come back for sure.
Pros: Historically stunning
Pros: We were there on a night that most restaurants were closed. Luckily, we were able to have lunch at the wonderful restaurant just up the hill and had plenty of food leftover for takeout for dinner. The owner of Posada de San Millan was kind enough to reheat our leftovers so that we could sit in the beautiful dining room and drink a great bottle of wine with dinner.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free hotel parking close by. Sepulveda is a wonderful small town to visit and the surrounding area is outstanding. The hotel is very near the centre in a quiet road. Our 3rd visit to this hotel.
Pros: Everything, amazing
Cons: Not a good breakfast
Pros: Loved the location the hotel was much more than expected, friendly and helpful staff. The town was very interesting and we found a great local restaurant for a meal. I would highly recommend the hotel and town and hope to come back again.
Pros: Excellent Hotel with parking in a nice old town. Our Third visit.
Cons: Not many Restaurants open this time of year so make other arrangements.

With a stay at Hospedería de los Templarios in Sepulveda, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Museo de los Fueros and Sepulveda El Salvador Church. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in a common area.
Pros: The location of the hotel and the views to the mountains from the room is amazing. The breakfast with handmade bakery (due the owner has a bakery too) is excellent.
Pros: The old day that received us is really nice. The house is in an old building with charm and location is perfect. The breakfast has quite a wide variety and the quality is good.
Cons: the room is a bit small but it is fine for short stay.
Pros: The view from the window is excellent and breakfast with pastries from the bakery downstairs to die for. The hotel is located in the centre of Sepulveda with good access to nice walking trails. The room has a large cupboard to store away luggage (otherwise this would have been a problem as the room only has enough space to walk around the bed. Parking can be done on the roads leading into the town with opportunity to drive to the square and unload the luggage. Friendly staff providing suggestions for walks.
Cons: The lights in the room are focussed on lighting the pictures on the wall with two table lamps on either side of the bed but these barely allow you to read. We visited in September when the weather was cooler, but the room has no air conditioning and might get warm in summer.
Pros: Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice, lovely lady, location is in the main square and the parking very close.
Pros: Location was perfect and the staff were lovely.
Pros: It was in the main square. The room was very clean and a very large comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Beautiful location and lovely breakfast. Loved it!
With a stay at Hostal Posada La Panadera in Sepulveda, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Hoces del Rio Duratón Natural Park Visitor Center and Sepulveda El Salvador Church.
Pros: The area was just perfect.
Cons: It was not really cleaned.
Pros: Very clean and spacious
Cons: It would make life a little more easy if the staff spoke English. However, with the help of google translate we managed to talk to each other and the host was very helpful!
Pros: Got there very late but owner waited up for us.
Cons: Very hard to find. Recommend using lat and longtitude in set nav as postcode not enough.very spanish breakfast.
Located in Sepulveda, Hotel Rural Puente del Duraton is within a 5-minute drive of Hoces del Rio Duratón Natural Park Visitor Center and Museo Lope Tablada de Diego. Featured amenities include multilingual staff and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and take very good care of their guests. They went above and beyond at several occasions to ensure our comfort and made us feeling like home. The facilities were tidy and comfortable - make sure to bring your swimmers :)
Cons: There could have been options for simple food after 7 pm.
Pros: Very clean .value for money . lovley location .staff very nice .and parking . breakfast very simple but suficant..would go back .
Pros: Very nice staff
Cons: Maybe rooms were a bit old and they are currently in construction of an extension so there is a scaffolding in the front.
Pros: Friendly family hotel with excellent individual care. Food excellent. Very limited English but plenty of goodwill led to much enjoyed visit.
Cons: Initially difficult to identify hotel.
With a stay at Hotel Puerta Sepúlveda by Bossh Hotels in Sepulveda, you'll be within a 10-minute walk of Museo de los Fueros and Sepulveda El Salvador Church. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Comfortable and clean
Pros: This family run hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our trip wasn't planned, our car had broken down and we were taken to this town and had to get emergency accomodation. What a gem. Although they spoke very little English, and we spoke very little Spanish, their help in trying to get information on our car repair was wonderful. They allowed us to keep our rooms for the day in the hope our car would be repaired by the evening and didn't charge us for such a late checkout. Lovely family, lovely hotel. Would highly recommend.
Cons: This town is on a hillside surrounded by beautiful scenery, however the hotel is just a few minutes walk outside of the centre, which is an uphill walk. Fine if you dont have any mobility problems but a struggle if you do.
Cons: It had a restuarant, but it was closed and so were all the other resturants in the town because it was Viesta Week We had no choice but to leave the next day, although we had booked for two nights. They still charged us for the two nights. I complained to Booking.com and they contacted the hotel but they still refused to make a refund. Fortunatley Booking.com refunded me the money
Pros: Very nice light room, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Able to park outside.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
Pros: Friendly staff who care
With a stay at Hostal El Panadero in Sepulveda, just steps from Hoces del Rio Duratón Natural Park Visitor Center and Sepulveda El Salvador Church. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities.
Pros: The location was very good, with parking nearby. Sepulveda is a lovely old town well worth visiting. There was a lovely atmosphere in the busy main square throughout the evening. The breakfast was excellent. Wonderful staff.
Cons: One of the main reasons for visiting was for the slow cooked lamb, unfortunately this was not available at any of the restaurants because "it's Thursday" ?? We were kept awake until 1am by a group of youngsters gathered in a small square opposite the hotel playing loud music and shouting.
Pros: The owner, despite not speaking English, was very helpful and friendly. She made coffee to order with breakfast. Her restaurant was not open for dinner the nights we were there, but she suggested a place that was excellent. All in all a very comfortable historic property.
Pros: The location was great. The bed was extra comfortable. It was great value for money too. The view from Our window was fantastic, especially at sunset. (Picture included)
Cons: The only downside was that the wifi was more difficult than necessary to sign into. The restaurant choices were limited and vegetarians would have a tough time eating there.
Pros: Nice, if basic, room. Central location. Great architecture and views and excellent hiking.
Cons: Everything was basically fine but the breakfast, which is typical in Spain, left me hungry afterwards. I was there out of season but was still surprised to find most restaurants and the tourist office closed on Monday AND Tuesday.
Pros: - Staff very friendly and good location - Room very clean
Cons: - The views from my little room
Pros: good breakfast good central location, parking close by,free.
Cons: note that retaurant is only open friday saturday sunday
Pros: Well located and the breakfast was to my taste and represented the Spanish style breakfast with some additions.
Cons: The room was a little bit dark and too close to the other room opposite to it. Therefore, the curtain had to be kept closed. However, if you just sleep there it's excellent, because the mattress was really good, the room and bathroom clean.

Cons: Breakfast, mainly due to language barrier
Cons: No air-conditioning which, in the height of Summer in the middle of Spain is less than ideal. We decided not to stay and we forfeited our non-refundable room charge!
Pros: I loved the cozy warm room and the location was so close to beautiful hikes with my dogs. The staff were very friendly also.
Pros: The location
Pros: The staff was friendly and gentle. Sebulcor is well located with all you need in a small village. We liked the food, it was real home made.
Cons: We visited the place in july, so the temperature was above 30 deg. C and our room didn't have air conditioning, only a fan. If you open the window you will let flyes get in the room making the nigth a bit uncorfotable. It's not a big inconvenience because we knew that it's a village.
Pros: Quiet, cosy and veth helpful people. Felt líka home.
Cons: Air condition could be better

Pros: Very friendly staff, happy to help
Pros: My satnat couldn’t find the address but luckily, as I drove into town there was a sign with an arrow indicating the hotel. Parking is on the road opposite the hotel - one of the reasons I chose it. I was met by one of the sons, Eusebio, and later met mum, dad and brother plus baby. Very nice people. Eusebio is also a torero so we had long chats about bullfighting and other toreros. I was the only resident that night so I had the place to myself. They cooked me a reasonable three course menu which, with a bottle of wine and water, cost 10€. As I went to bed, everybody else left and the place was locked up, leaving me with three keys and in charge. I was up before anyone arrived back in the morning so I let myself out, locked up and put the keys in the post box as instructed. Rather bizarre. Just a few complaints....There was a bedside lamp but no socket near enough to enable me to use it. I was told I could turn on the radiator if it was cold but the control valve was too loose to turn it on. Luckily it wasn't cold. As I was the only one eating, why did I get the chipped dinner plate?
Pros: the whole atmosphere was very good, nice staff
Pros: Nice and very helpful people. Rooms clean.
Cons: Rooms clean but very basic. No airconditioning, hot in summer. Location on the main road. Buzzing machines all day and night.
Pros: Room was comfortable, although view onto a back yard was not ideal! Hotel location - a bit out of town - was not great, in view of the cold weather. We decided against going out in evening because of the distance from town, etc. However food was good in the hotel, and we managed without any communication problems although no English was spoken there.
Cons: Had problems FINDING the hotel in the first place! GPS/SatNav led us 'up the garden path', and there was nobody about anywhere to ask for help. Drove round the village several times with no success, and had to resort to asking in the baker's shop for directions - this being the only place where English was spoken! Lady was most helpful, and even drew us a map. Had already tried phoning the hotel, but of course no English there meant we could not communicate our problem about being lost!

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, amazing location! Like you are back in time.
Pros: Beautiful building and the decoration was lovely.
Cons: The fly screens weren’t in great condition and the lamp shade above the bed was missing.
Pros: Great location, staff great, good restaurant quality, vibes of the place
Cons: Isolation of windows and walls (i.e. hear easily neighbors, people in the stairs and talking outside)
