Bathroom was clean but a little bit old fashion (did not really matched the rest of the hotel)
This is a beautiful hotel and a real credit to the Hilton brand. We were greatly impressed by the design/layout of the hotel; the quiet rooms; great views of the ocean, aquarium and city; and the dedication and courtesy of all staff we encountered. And it's pretty fabulous that you can literally be at your airport gate within five minutes.
It's more work to get into the city, but it's incredibly easy to get on the Metro and arrive there quickly.
Great location after 26 hours of flying. Fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff.
Loved everything about this hotel, spacious, airy, great staff. I stayed there several years ago, and the design has not aged. It was great to be able to take back my rental car to the garage across the street, and be able to walk from there to the hotel. It has a wonderful connection to Copenhagen and other places in Sjaelland via S train, Metro or intercity trains. And you can catch a train to Sweden without ever setting foot outside. I highly recommend this hotel.
Checking out in the morning was a problem, with huge crowds of weary americans trying to check in. So I just left my key in the box provided, and hope they found it! The front desk staff were a bit overwhelmed.
Staying overnight before an early flight was easy and comfortable. Hotel was modern and very clean.
Waiters at the bar were a little slow.
Nice hotel. Easy access to metro. A great stay!
Fornt desk was very helpful and kind.
Difficult to regulate the temperature of water in the shower . Constantly became hotter . Turn to proper temp and got hot again Wife fell in Tub. Bottom is very slick. Should provide mat or Friction tall strips
Very easy walk to airport terminal, covered walkway, for a very early morning flight. Early breakfast offered, though we did not take advantage of it. We were able to check in with our luggage, and then return our rental car at the airport. Staff friendly and helpful, especially concierge.
Restaurant a bit pricey, but food was good. Wifi not free, which is ridiculous in this day in age.
EVERY WAS GOOD FOR OUR STAY..WE STAYED THREE DAYS TO SEE COPENHAGEN,THE HOTEL HAD A NICE POOL, SPA ETC. ONLY THE WEATHER WAS COLD AND I DIDN'T GO PLACES, .
THE WEATHER WAS COLD AND RAIN..
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. Location is great when you have the early flight in the morning. Hotel is connected to the terminal. Great breakfast and dinner buffet.
No free wifi in the room, only in the hallway.
Location for overnight connecting flights, easy to take luggage cart to room
Directions to hotel are confusing from both train level and on airport concourse. Prices of food and drink is very high, one glass of white New Zealand wine was in excess of €20!, also room WIFI is charged for in this day and age. TV operation was challenging, could not easily get rid of sub-screens on picture
This is an awesome place to stay. It is so incredibly convenient as it is a couple of minutes walk from the terminal and the Metro. Service was excellent, room and amenities are all modern and top of the line, and the A/C worked great. It is a bit pricey (so are the other Hotels in Copenhagen) but this is one of those times when you should splurge as it is really worth it. We stayed there one night at the beginning of our trip and were so impressed we cancelled our reservation at the end of the trip with another hotel in town and spend another two nights at the Hilton. I know this review sounds like a hotel staff member but I am not associated with the Hilton in anyway (and I travel frequently).
