Front desk staff friendly and efficient
Interesting architecture Poor service. From not helping with luggage, making excuses, promising shuttles at wrong times etc. I'd stay away from this property l. Marriott should really review the management here.
Clean, good quality no..anything
Friendly and efficient reception staff. No attention to details in the cleaning of the rooms. If you look 'underneath' its not cleaned. Toilet seats getting loose, soap cups only cleaned on visible surface. Looks like an outsourced service and this makes the hotel look cheap. Bar was moved to dining area and only one table full. No ambience left. Free shuttle over crowded.
Good location and the room was as advertised (small if you're expecting a hotel room but as expected). Industrial check in.
Exterior design - friendly staff Interior design - not nice - unfriendly - especially ligthing not good - tv placed in a bad height and bad angle. Doublebed moved apart etc. Small things that could easily be fixed by a clever interior designer.
The is an ideal location for those (like us) who had a 21-hour layover in Copenhagen Airport and want to do some sightseeing. It couldn't be more convenient to the airport and metro system. Also, the included breakfast is outstanding. Nothing. It had no air conditioning and was a little stuffy, so we had to open the windows, but it was cool enough that it was fine.
Very convenient to the metro for trips to the city and airport. Rooms need renovations-carpeting is old and disgusting, toilets need to be flushed 3x before they work, mold around the shower, no ac and windows don't open wide.
The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The location was a bit too far out of the centre of Copenhagen.
The view of the Oresund and bridge. The price. The furnishings were very dated and tired, and the staff were disinterested. The hotel needs a lot of attention to bring it up to a reasonable standard.
