The blond young girl at the reception, she wasn't just pretty but also very helping. Also we liked that the hotel is just at the train station. It was a little bit loud and the staff didn't put us in a room which isn't facing the rails as I have requested 5 months ago.
Hotel is right next to train track. Getting to it was a breeze. We were able to explore Copenhagen and save a lot of money by using public transport. Good breakfast spread. If we had to go Copenhagen we would stay there again A bit of noise from the rails.
Good atmosphere in the hotel hall. Rooms a very basic, even a bit old, but quiet and you can get a good rest.Good breakfast buffet.
Location across from Osterport Station is great. The breakfast is a good deal, as Copenhagen is an expensive city for food. My room intermittently smelled bad. Like maybe gas was coming up through the sink drain? But it didn't happen often enough and wasn't bad enough for me to ask for a room change during my short stay. That's really the only negative.
The room was a nice size, with a door opening onto a green area. Nice bathroom. Free wifi. Was told it was an upgrade from my original booking. That makes me worried about what the intended room was like, since this is what I had expected. Breakfast not included because I booked the room through kayak. Staff was not very friendly or helpful (because I was a "second class" guest?).
Location, very nice price, Very noisy souround,
Nothing The most ridiculous hotel I have ever stayed at. Very long and half the rooms face an active railroad line. They lied that the trains stopped at 00.30 but they were still running at 2.30 when they reluctantly agreed to let me move to the other side. I will never go back there and hope no one else will
Right across the street from the train and metro. Only a 15 minutes walk from most places we wanted to visit Right next to a beautiful park Inexpensive It's a budget hotel, which most reviewers don't seem to understand. For the price, it's a good value. It is definitely not a hostel, but don't expect any frills. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. It does back up to the railway station, so if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend. But, I am a pretty light sleeper and with ear plugs it was fine.
right across from train station perfecly silent in the room; no noise from the train station (really impressed by that) the bed was very comfortable the lobby felt up-scale there was a tiny bit of mold/mildew in the grout in the shower (not a big deal) the outlets and switches were not in convenient locations (not a big deal)
The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. I'd compare the size and feel of the room to a cabin on a cruise ship. Extremely basic. The location was very good being across the street from train station. Can be noisy because it's across the street from train station. Before booking, several reviews mentioned this, and suggested getting odd numbered room to be further from train, this helped some.
Easy and free access to Internet One side of the Hotel, i.e. half of the rooms are next to a busy train line and therefore very noisy. This should be signalled on the website, so customers can freely decide whether or not they accept this drawback.
- Awesome breakfast, especially the breads and yoghurts - Great location, walkable distance from all the castles, city center convenient train to airport and station right in front of the hotel - Bus stop right in front of the hotel - Convenience store in front of the hotel - Next to railway station, so you can hear the trains pulling through all the time.
well decorated, good furniture, not air conditioned which I like, old fashioned exterior which is good, generaly low key and casual character which again I like. Not really
Excellent staff and beautiful rooms and facilities!
Fantastic friendly staff
