- plenty of parking
- breakfast was crowded and mediocre - pool wasn't heated - swapped us to a smoking room with only one bed (everything else was full)
Close proximity to airport. Close eateries and shopping.
Easy to find back a long creepy driveway. Close to the city.
My wife and I were headed for a quick trip to the city and I should have known better. This facility only draws a crowd looking for a really cheap hotel. Spend the $20 more and head elsewhere. Rooms desperately needed an upgrade. Out shower head wouldn't stop dripping but we felt it futile to even call the front desk. Extremely understaffed.
Worth for money
Iron board was not clean. Hotel staff was not that friendly.
The location is convenient. My kids loved the indoor pool, but it was kind of cold. Most of the staff is super friendly
As soon as we arrived the front desk clerk got annoyed with me because she was talking so fast I couldn't understand her. The room wasn't very clean, especially the bathroom and the sheets. Kind of expensive for the quality of the room
The room was comfortable
The indoor pool was freezing. Water wasn't hot or even warm at all
gym not open, limited hot items on bfeast
Other than the hard beds, this hotel turned out to be okay for my purpose in visiting Pittsburgh
Staff was helpfull and nice, the receptionist even suggested the restaurant for us and gave us coupon for discount.
Cheap sheets kept popping off the corners of mattress, no coverings on mattresses. Cobwebs in the corners of celling. Coffeepot had a layer of dust on it.. Ice bucket was stickey and filthy.
clean, good price to value/service ratio
2 male members of staff (evenign portier and shuttle driver) somewhat on grumpy side, while other personell was very friendly
great breakfasts; nice heated swimming pool; polite staff
The manager, desk clerks, cleaning crew, breakfast help and many of the guests were Indo-Chinese. Some of the male guests came to breakfast in their pajamas and I did not appreciate that. Although I am aware that their are cultural differences, I think the staff should have stepped in and addressed American customs of dress in public. As a single female guest, I felt uncomfortable. If I were a male, it would probably have amused me.
They had no record of my reservation through booking.comI had to pay 20 dolalrs more up front than booked on your website. what is the deal?!?!
Couldn't beat the price, very easy to get to the city and inexpensive.
Check in was a little hectic and I had to park at the local K-Mart.
