The one girl who worked there was the only one who was at all helpful.
When I arrived the hostel was very dirty and completely different than the pictures. A staff member told me that the pictures were from the early days of the hostel and nothing had been done since. I have been traveling for a while and decided to treat myself to a single room. What it was a tiny room with a triple bunk bed so low you couldn't sit up. My problem was not the bunk bed but rather the fact that it looked like the sheets had not been cleaned in weeks. The door was incredibly difficult to close and lock. When I asked them to show me how to successfully use the broken lock it took them 20 minutes to help me. The guy was on his phone talking to a friend watching me awkwardly standing there rather than helping me. There was no fan or air conditioning and said that fans cost extra (it was over 30 degrees Celsius). When I complained that this was not the room I booked they said I could change rooms at an extra cost (the hostel was empty). The room they suggested was a double bunk bed in a room with no windows or any form of air. The pictures showed a nice pool with a fabulous mural. There is no mural and its tiny and not very usable.
the staff o.k
Doesn't seem like in the pictures! very small room , dirty pool , the kitchen open just between 11 - 14 ,18- 22 , and just one toilet and shower for the all hostel !
Nice common area Nice tiny pool Beds alright Staff was friendly
Bathrooms dirty and doors broken. You can't even lock them. Too many little kids Loud all day and night
It was the cheapest hostel available, plus there is a breakfast included in the price. It is only tea/coffee and toast and cereal, but is still more than expected for the cost. It is located right in the centre of the town and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are security lockers to keep your valuable possessions safe.
The hostel looks a lot nicer in the pictures, it also looks like it has changed a wee bit since the photos were taken. The double room we were expecting looked very nice in the pictures, with plenty of space and a double bed, however we were given a tiny room with a triple-decker bunk. It would be unbearable in the Argentinian summer.
The staff was nice and the hostel has a good style
I couldn't pay with credit card although it was written in the description on booking. Also the room I stayed in had only one window which didn't let much light through.
