The B&B itself is tasteful, stylish, comfortable and beautifully presented; spotless/sparking clean. Very best breakfast ever in Italy! All truly beyond outstanding!

Cons: Just renovated with good taste very good facilities

Pros: The host, Giulia, is a great host. Good beds and very good breakfast. The house has a nice garden where you can sit. There are many nice restaurants in the city center nearby.
Cons: The inner walls between rooms are a bit thin. One person of my group did not sleep well due to extreme loud snoring of a guest in another room.
Pros: Giulia is a great host!
Pros: First Giulia (our host) is the warmest and sweetest host we have ever met. She's given us the best advice on where to visit and where to eat. The property is right at the entrance of this town that seems to be forgotten by tourists. Far enough from the main road to get a peaceful night sleep. All windows and doors have mosquito screens. Breakfast was exceptional, we woke up to the smells of the baking by Giulia. Not sure if booking.com will post some of the pictures we have taken but the night of our arrival the town was celebrating something and everyone was in the main street in a very friendly and familial atmosphere. Norma you rock!
Pros: Gulia and Gorgia are very helpfull and welcoming. Good breakfast
Cons: Bed uncomfortable. Walls very thin,I could hear people in the bathroom upstairs and man next door snoring. Area didn't feel very safe, street lights are broken so had to walk in the dark to hotel in the evening.
Pros: Very clean, new place with lovely and friendly staff. Always felt welcome and taken care off. Breakfast available when requested and with what ever was requested. One of the best parts: Sitting with a hot mug of tee close to the fireplace in the evening which is used to heat the house.
Cons: The only minor downside was how to work out to have hot water in the shower. But after talking to Giulia it has been made work as well.
Pros: A fantastic family B&B in a cosy house with big garden. The room is quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with freshly baked bread, eggs, bacon, fruits etc. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they even drove us to Sermoneta to see the medieval parade which was the best part of our trip . I highly recommend this B&B to people travelling to Norma.
Pros: A beautiful and comfortable B&B in a lovely location. Thoughtfully designed, lovely linens and kind and welcoming hosts. Excellent breakfast. The ideal place to stay if you are visiting the garden at Ninfa.
Pros: The best place we’ve ever booked in Italy. Very well decorated. Nice relaxing area with a fireplace. Delicious breakfast (with two options: sweet and savory). Quite location. There are 3rooms, very well separated from each other. I’d stay here again.
Pros: Get yourself to Norma and stay at La Passeggiata! The facility was modern, immaculate and well-appointed. The home-cooked breakfasts were hearty and included a different local delicacy each morning - all prepared with a smile by the lovely hosts! The family was amazing and went above-and-beyond: driving us down the hill to Ninfa, calling taxis, recommending restaurants (amazing), telling us about village religious events, and even taking us to a medieval procession in a neighbouring hillside village!
Cons: There is NOTHING this family could have done better.

Would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Great building. Great wine. Beautiful views for an affordable price. Amazing dinner with local food meals. The hospitality was incredible offering a tour of the winery and how the wine is made.
Cons: Going in the early winter, the building wasn’t very well heated so make sure to bring layers if traveling in December.
Pros: Nice facility with good Italian restaurant
Cons: Not easy to find. The hotel sign not easy to see from road
Pros: The location was lovely. Our room was comfortable with good WiFi, great view.
Cons: We had a lovely balcony off our room but the floor was dirty with bird poop.
Pros: Great breakfast & excellent coffee.
Pros: Great Location, excellent Food!
Pros: The dining experience (wine-paired tasting menu) was exceptional. Great value and superb cuisine and wines.

Valentino and his partner are exceptional chefs and serve authentic, delicious Italian food. Breakfast was also delicious and we were given a food parcel to take on our travels. We loved our stay.
Pros: Nice place to stop by visiting Norba, Garden of Ninfa, Sermoneta. Owners/managers extremely helpful. We arrived late and hey managed to let us find everything easily.
Cons: A bit noisy at morning. Breakfast was basic.
Pros: The room had an incredible view and was beautiful inside. The bed was very comfortable. The noise level was low and I slept with the window open all night both nights. I would go back in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When you stay at B&B L'Arcangelo in Rocca Massima, you'll be steps from Lepini Mountains. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services and luggage storage.
Pros: Beautiful little place in beautiful countryside and great staff.
Cons: The only thing - needs to be clearer that the only way is to park and then walk to the the only thing to improve is to clarify where to park and then rgeneed to walk to the property. We damaged our car trying to follow the directions... a bit disappointing.
Pros: Great meals in their restaurant and breakfast was also good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.
Pros: Absolutely wonderful stay. Great views, friendly staff, great room, very clean, newly remodeled. Could not have wished for better.

Pros: A wonderful B&B with an excellent restaurant, the chef highly regarded. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The location is outstanding
Pros: View! Food at dinner! Staff!
Cons: A bit noisy late in the evening (till restaurant is closed). Some cheese at breakfast would make it better ))
Pros: Clean room, great bed, nice bathroom, superfriendly and helpful staff, breathtaking views, cute mountain village, delicious dinner and breakfast.
Cons: not a single thing
Pros: Nice view from the restaurant terrace, clean room, very friendly and helpfull staff
Pros: Nice people, nice reception, nice welcome, good value for money. The town is really kind of magic. Very old, very quaint. But I would say that it is a town that preferably should be visited June to August, during the tourist season. If you come in May you will have the whole town for yourself. We enjoyed ourselves but it is kind of desolate. The restaurant that belongs to the B&B is genuine, and good. Well recommended! A lot of locals go there and that's an excellent sign.
Cons: It is difficult to find the place. Some more signs (understandable ones) and instructions would be very useful.
Pros: Amazing location
Cons: It was a bit basic but alright

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We loved the swimming pool and the garden. The breakfast was typical Italian(sweet) and plentiful. Coffee was great and the hosts were so sweet. We couldn’t really understand each other, but we had conversations and they are just so helpful. Got offered ice cream and coffee while sitting at the pool. The owner told us to come back to swim again. We had a lovely time and hope to come back!
Cons: The location was hard to find at night, the address in booking.com doesn’t show the right place in google maps. So it took us an hour before the owners could pick us up (because of the language barriers). To find the place in google look for the name: bed and breakfast Casals dei Formali instead of the address.
