Located in Historical Center, this historic hotel is within a 5-minute walk of Juderia de Sevilla Interpretation Center, Alcazar, and Giralda Tower. Seville Cathedral and Torre del Oro Watchtower are also within 10 minutes.
Pros: The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed.
Cons: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful in helping us navigate Seville as well as rent a car so we could venture to the coast.
Cons: We booked this particular hotel because of the pool and rooftop options and when we arrived we found that it was closed until the end of June. Perhaps of no fault to the hotel, but the closure of this facility was definitely detrimental to the enjoyment of our stay and was not advertised very clearly when we booked the hotel.
Pros: Cheap price for an amazing hotel. Clean and very nice staff!

Pros: We were in the old part of the city next to Hercules square with lots of shops and retaurants surrounding us. The staff was very helpful, quick to provide keen advice on what to do and where to go.
Cons: The pillows were rock hard, very uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny. We were there visiting the city with another couple, the city is so vibrant and fun that we stayed up until 3 am people watching, eating tapas, drinking sangrias and watching the young folks partying it up. By the time we made it back to the room we were so tired that we didn't let the hard pillow bother us. Extended stayers may need to figure something out.

Pros: This was a wonderful hotel with a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel!
Pros: I loved everything about this hotel. The location is wonderful. It's not in the center of the hustle and bustle but very close, only a few minute walk. It's nice and quiet at night. The hotel itself is stunning, so romantic & charming. The hotel is a maze - be patient it could take you 45 to find your room but it's worth the adventure. It's a very charming hotel that hasn't been updated in a big way in a long time so if you're looking for something NEW this is not the place for you. If you like character & tranquility you'll love this spot.
Cons: I don't have anything negative to say but there are a few things I wish I knew before I booked because for some people these could be deal breakers. If you have mobility issues or can't climb stairs easily this is NOT the place for you. I mentioned the place is like a maze, which I loved but when I had 8 bags (2 weeks worth of luggage for travel around Spain) and couldn't find my room for 45 min. There is no rhyme or reason to the layout of this place so some rooms are up around winding hallways and hidden passage ways & there are no signs. Not handicap friendly! The other thing is that there is only wifi in the one common area lobby - so if you need to work or don't feel like splurging on an international data plan, you'll be disconnected for most of your stay as a lot of surround places don't have wifi either.
Pros: The collection of buildings is beautiful and charming and the staff was very helpful after our initial problem with getting us into a nicer room. Well situated in the city. Much more impressive inside than you would expect.
Cons: Our first room had mildew in the closet. I was bummed because we lost the spa tub, but they upgraded us to a suite as soon as we pointed out the issue.
Pros: Decor and architecture
Cons: Small room
Somewhat difficult to navigate
Pros: Great location, fascinating grounds, helpful staff.
Pros: Everything was great. The staff were very friendly, the decor was beautiful and definitely set up a romantic feel, made you feel like you were in another era.
