Vienna Hotel

Vienna Hotel Coron offers a unique dining experience at the on-site restaurant, ideally located for those who want to stay nearby at mealtime. The on-site dining options are convenient, although slightly on the pricey side, which is not unusual for Coron. The food, however, is worth the cost, especially if you're too exhausted to venture out after a day of activities. I appreciated the flexibility in breakfast choices – opting for a plated breakfast suited our early morning schedule and was both fulfilling and more affordable than the buffet.

Some guests have mentioned concerns about the maintenance and service of the hotel. Specifically, issues with tidiness of the room, hard beds, non-existent a la carte breakfast, rooftop bar, and limited poolside amenities. However, the front office staff is trying their best, and the food from the restaurant is described as awesome.

The hotel is situated on a high slope, so guests should bear this in mind when booking the hotel. The uphill climb may be a drawback for some, but the overall location is strategic and easily accessible. Accessing it via trike can be a bit challenging due to an uphill terrain. However, the short walk is a manageable alternative and provides a chance to enjoy the surroundings.

What truly sets Vienna Hotel apart is its outstanding customer service. The staff members were incredibly hospitable and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay adds a significant positive note to the overall experience. The staffs are all kind and accommodating. Whenever they see you, they ensure to approach you with a smile and greetings.

The pool area looked well-maintained and inviting, and the hotel also offers a terrace/patio and balcony views. Additionally, the hotel offers a car rental desk, concierge service, and a 24-hour reception.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.

Some guests found the uphill walk back to the hotel challenging, so consider requesting a room on a lower floor if mobility is a concern.

Some guests reported issues with maintenance, such as non-functioning air conditioning and bathroom amenities. It may be helpful to check the room's condition upon arrival and promptly report any issues to the staff.

If you prefer an early breakfast, consider opting for the plated breakfast option, which is fulfilling and more affordable than the buffet.

Take advantage of the well-maintained and inviting pool area for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring Coron.

While the hotel is conveniently located, be prepared for the uphill terrain when walking back from town. Alternatively, cheap transport is readily available in front of the hotel.

Some guests noted that not all rooms face the mountains, and some rooms may have limited views due to obstructions like trees. Consider this when selecting a room.

The hotel's staff members are praised for their exceptional service and accommodating nature. Don't hesitate to engage with them for any assistance or special requests during your stay.

If the rooftop bar and seating area are important to you, it's advisable to check their operational status before booking, as some guests found it closed for maintenance during their stay.

Guests have reported that the tap water is not potable, and there are restrictions on flushing toilet paper. It's advisable to be mindful of this and to communicate any related concerns to the staff promptly.
