Pros: Oh where to start!!!! Wonderful location on an olive farm in a beautiful hacienda. Our hosts were so welcoming. It felt like home. We had the use a great kitchen, dining room, lounge, breakfast patio and the outdoors where a vista of lovely views greeted us. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
Cons: That we had only booked one night!!!
Pros: Quiet, lovely place. Very special and friendly. Decorated greatly
Pros: Charming house and hosts.
Pros: We really enjoyed a night away from all the tourist spots and to hear the birds. The property is divine and has been decorated perfectly. Our hosts couldn’t speak English well but we were made to feel welcome. All amenities are there for you to cook a meal if you feel inclined to do so. The surrounding area is picturesque and we loved staying here. Wish we’d booked 2 nights!
Cons: All good!
Pros: Oh my God what a beautiful place to stay! As soon as we checked in we decided to stay an extra night. The hosts, Nuria & Salvador, are such lovely people! So welcoming and obviously take great pride in their property - it is maintained to the highest possible standard. They even made us a cup of tea when we arrived and made us feel so welcome. The setting is so beautiful - on an olive farm. The grounds are immaculate and so beautiful and the accommodation itself is stunning! Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, it’s like a little peace of heaven. The property is just as the photos show and will definitely exceed your expectations!! Approximately 5km outside the town of Cazorla but there is a petrol station with a lovely café attached as well as a supermarket approximately 3km away. Shared kitchen downstairs from your bedroom which is very handy for cooking considering that the town is driving distance away. Safe, secure parking provided on site. Would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely return when we revisit the area.
Pros: great cozy place to stay! Feels like home! Thank you, Nuria and Salvador!
Cons: All perfect!
With a stay at Hotel Guadalquivir in Cazorla, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Plaza de la Corredera and Plaza de la Constitucion. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Pros: Lovely, friendly, helpful manager, Louisa Marie, her father and Beatrix (who spoke English). Louisa Marie showed us where there was free (our week only) municipal parking nearby, which worked very well. They know everyone in Cazorla, and so were very useful in giving us advice on where to eat and shop. Good sized bedroom, comfortable beds and pillows, and a bathroom that worked very well. Breakfast was quite adequate and included in the very reasonable price. Location super for walks around the town and nearby countryside, plus loads of nice restaurants and bars, tea/coffee house, etc.
Cons: Narrow cul de sac access road a little noisy and makes arriving and departing a bit tricky if you aren't fit, but then this is a mountain town for walkers!
Pros: The service was impeccable and friendly. The owners explained our surrounding, including parking availability and sights/activities within walking distance. We felt very safe and welcomed in the town, even late into the evening. The cleanliness exceeded expectations, compared to other hotels, including a parador we has previously stayed at. It was very quiet and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast, which is included in room price, was plentiful and delicious in a delightful dining room looking into a courtyard potted garden space. It was close to shopping and many food options and safe parking garage. Family owned and operated for 43 years and maintained beautifully. Will return someday.
Cons: The heat wave seemed to be challenging for the air conditioning to keep up with in the day but was very comfortable at night.
Pros: Very clean and close ro everything
Cons: No kettle to make tea, coffee
Pros: Great location
Pros: The staff were really friendly and they even bought oat milk, since we requested some plant based milk. The bed was quite comfy, and the room spacious. I'd definitely choose it again if I had the chance.
Cons: Nothing really. When we arrived there was a lot of noise, and we expected the worst. However, we had a very quiet night.
Located in La Iruela, Calerilla Hotel is a 1-minute drive from Sierra de Segura and 9 minutes from Plaza de la Constitucion. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lovely hotel in a great location with fantastic staff.
Pros: Lovely small hotel set in the most beautiful location. Owner very welcoming and keen to ensure everything met our expectations. Extraordinary views from the restaurant and bar area. Great food.
Cons: Shower cubical was a little small.
Pros: Helpful friendly and attentive owners and staff. The bed was very comfortable. Scenery wonderful.
Cons: English version of menu not accurate. No tea and coffee in room.
Pros: Good hotel in the middle of nowhere. Good restaurant and conveniently located for day trips.
Pros: The location was perfect, if you're ok with driving on good quality but very winding roads through a Parque Natural! The location is amazing and the views breath-taking! Our room had 4 windows each with different views over the valley. The host was very welcoming and the restaurant was lovely. The food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
Pros: It was a cute hotel on top of the mountain, with wonderful views. The rooms were comfortable. We got a room with a 1,80m bed, memory foam pillow (really comfy) and a balcony that looked to the swimming pool. The swimming pool was empty (too cold still) but the swimming pool area looked really nice.
Pros: Amazing views from the terrace and restaurant, really nice staff and owner Jose Juan, comfy 1.80 bed, cozy stay overall. The food at the restaurant is really nice, we had dinner there every night! They even adapted their menu for me as I had a stomach virus during my stay. Nice breakfast buffet for 5 euros. Very clean. Location is convenient for trekking.
Located in La Iruela, El Curro Hotel Rural is within a 15-minute drive of Plaza Santa Maria and Yedra Castle. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and an elevator.
Pros: The stuff was very polite and helpful. They helped us with information regarding our hiking. We really enjoyed the Spanish breakfast (that has a very good price as well).
Pros: breakfast was good, staff lovely.
Cons: nothing to dislike
Pros: The staff of this family run hotel could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a delightful room and found the food, prepared in traditional Spanish style, to be very good.
Cons: We had no negatives whatsoever.
Pros: All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating; they are also very knowledgeable about the Sierra and can provide tips regarding where to go and how to get there. Food (Spanish cuisine) is excellent, better than some of the 4 and 5 star hotels where we stayed at on the same trip. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the restaurant. We were comfortable speaking to the staff just in Spanish, so we can't really comment on what other languages are spoken. Overall a great value in a great location.
Pros: Family run hotel with warm welcome and happy friendly personal service. Room was very comfortable, view superb. We had no guide book, but the daughter speaks English and drew great maps and directed us to great walks of varying length and suggested places to visit helping us see a lot of wildlife and the beautiful accessible scenery of this area.
Pros: It is a lovely family run hotel in a good location, we will definately be visiting again for a longer period of time
Pros: Very nice staff, providing excellent recommendations for bars/restaurants/sight seeing and activities in the area. From our room with a roof terrace we had a stunning view into the stars and onto the mountains. The room service was great and very reasonable. We might come back on our next trip to spain. Thanky you
Pros: The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of therir way to be welcoming and give ideas for places to visit. The public rooms were charming, very attractive and well furnished. Our bedroom was spacious, well furnished and with a great view from the balcony. The meals were very good value, with a good choice and great service. The best hotel we stayed at in our tour of Spain.
Pros: The staff is excellent. The woman who met us at the front desk particularly gave us some very good information about the region and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant served good food and the rooms were spotless and comfortable.
Pros: We loved this place! The staff were fantastic! So warm and lovely, really, really nice people. We booked for two days and stayed four we liked it so much. The food in the restaurant was very good and the public areas are very nice. I can't say enough good things about this place as it was the very best place we stayed during our month in Spain. We'd go back in a heartbeat!
Cons: I don't have one thing bad to say about this place. Put simply, it was perfect for us and we loved it!
Pros: Hotel staff really did their best to inform us on attractive wanderings in the National Parc, visits etc and to make us feel welcome.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Event facilities at this hostel consist of conference space and a meeting room.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. The pool was super clean and supervised by a life guard.
Cons: I would welcome if the pool was also open in the morning.
Pros: Great location up a hill from the main square. We had the swimming pool to ourselves for a couple of hours in the after. The rooms were clean modern and very comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was a bit basic, but great value for the price!
Pros: Staff, location and rooms were all very good!
Pros: Friendly staff, they recommended a great local place to have dinner. If arriving by car you need to park the car a couple of streets higher up in the town or main parking lot.
Cons: The water in the shower was cold both days I stayed there, and receptionist didn't seem to know what to do about it.
Pros: Clean Tidy Modern. Perfect Hostel located near centre of Cazorla. The building is pretty awesome.
The Coto del Valle de Cazorla is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Cazorla. Wi-Fi in designated areas is available at this property. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings.
Pros: location is great - just in the middle of the reservation room was nice , clean ,basic good breakfast and great dinner nice pool and SPA nice staff - didn't speak English at all but tried to help as much as they can
Cons: nice staff - wuld be nice if they spoke a little English
Pros: the views from the outside were stunning nestled in a valley with mountains rising up, stunning swimming pool also with great views
Cons: I think we just chose the wrong hotel. Because of the name we thought it was in Cazorla but it was a 40 minute drive away so not a good start. The checkin wasn't great, for a four star hotel nobody spoke English. The room was a classic Spanish dark room which we found oppressive and claustrophobic. The hotel felt stuffy as well so we didn't want to eat there, generally not a good experience for us but as I said, I think we just chose the wrong hotel for us. As asp a hotel I al sure it is very good, we just didn't like it personally.
Pros: The hydrotherapeutic spa here is incredible and very affordable. I didn't go to the hotel with the intention of using the spa, but it really was worth it. The scenery is also beautiful. I can imagine that in summer it is a fun place to stay, as there are tons of hiking trails and other outdoor activities next to the hotel.
Cons: The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit spartan, and the staff was not all that friendly.
Pros: Location and staff, room and pool
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in room - tapas being available would be excellent
Pros: Lovely stuation ...very well run...lovely restaurant...cheap in comparison....
Cons: Slightly abandoned for breakfast...made to sit on unlayed table...othewise little to carp about...
Pros: Location for purposes of the visit.
Cons: Rural accommodation with to many stuff animals on show. B’fast is not that grate.

With a stay at Hotel La Finca Mercedes in La Iruela, you'll be a 1-minute walk from Sierra de Segura and 5 minutes by foot from La Iruela Castle. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Lovely friendly family run hotel. Great views from the terrace. Good food. Would stay again.
Pros: The pool.the cleanliness of the rooms.the balcony.
Cons: The breakfast.
Pros: A very nice little hotel in a nice village. Fine views from the large windows. Easy parking in front of the property. An interesting castle and ruined church at a walking distance. A very good in-house restaurant. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Staying only one night.
Pros: Very friendly host. Homemade preserves for breakfast. Tomatoes from the garden. All excellent.
Pros: Great view from room.
Cons: The room had sewer smell. Had to do another room with twin beds versus full bed.
Pros: On the floor with rooms, the hotel is divided into 4 small rooms that face the street which may be singles, and 4 large rooms with balcony's that have a wonderful view of a huge valley of olive trees. We had the corner room, and if you could book a room with a balcony and a view, I honestly do not know why anyone would stay in Carzola when they could stay here. Inexpensive, a bargain, easy to find by car, easy to park, truly exceptional view. They have their own La Finca wine which we thought was very good.
Cons: Breakfast surprisingly limited. Dinner was good. Very limited english spoken but was never a problem.
Pros: Good Food, Great beads,Great views
Pros: Location superb with great views and fantastic sunset. Local food and wine on the varied menu.
Cons: Fly screens on door to balcony would have been nice then could have left door open rather than switch on A/C
Pros: Superb large room with comfortable armchairs and table. The balcony had splendid views and was a lovely place to sit. It is easy to find with parking outside, unlike so many hotels down the road in Cazorla town. Parking space is limited but if full you should have no problem parking close by. We had lunch here (from 2pm). It was superb.
Cons: Our interface with the staff was very mixed. The girl who met us when we arrived and waited in the restaurant was wonderful. However, our experience of paying was poor and the handling of an issue with the temperature of the room should have been better but was resolved in the end.
Apartamentos Valle del Guadalquivir is situated in the village of Arroyo Frío, within the Cazorla Natural Park. It offers a swimming pool and well-equipped rooms and apartments with free Wi-Fi. Rooms and apartments feature a balcony or terrace and views over the natural park. They are well furnished and include tiled floors. A hairdryer is provided in the bathroom. Guests can make use of the on-site tour desk, bicycle rental and shop at the Valle del Guadalquivir complex.
Pros: The hotel is on the edge of Hornos but the town is so small it might as well be in the center. Our room had good views over the hills to the rear with the castle to the side. Beds firm and comfortable. Ample parking next to the hotel and beside the small park. The restaurant on the ground floor serves excellent pizzas.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Pros: The apartments are located at the edge of Hornos village. It's a very short walk to the centre from which there is a wonderful view of the valley and the lake. Our apartment (just a room and a bathroom) was small, but adequate for a stopover. We really enjoyed the bar and restaurant under the apartments. The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was typical of the area, generous and great value.
Pros: Easy parking. Friendly staff. Wonderful location. Excellent value for money. Thoroughly recommended.
Cons: Only one plug in room and no bin
Pros: The owner and staff were very helpful and kind during my entire visit. The location in the center of Hornos is outstanding, and the in-house bar/restaurant is very good and operates at all hours.
Cons: Tends to be a bit noisy because of the downstairs restaurant - but pretty moderate.
Pros: Very nice place in a small mountain village. We found parking spots right in front of the house. Rooms were comfortable and fitted our needs perfectly. Highly recommend having dinner in the downstairs pizzeria; awesome pizza and service.
Pros: For everybody who is interested in staying at a cozy apartment while walking around chilled-out Hornos or doing some tours around. I recommend motorcycling through the valley of Sierra der Cazorla. Restaurant has also nice food and the open chimney is really a great thing to sit at. Very much recommended, although the room may not be too spacious. Mine had also a nice balcony with a view of the castle.
Cons: In the night there was some noise from the lower restaurant, but still ok to sleep after some time. Fan of the bathroom was noisy as well, but if you turn the light off, it goes out. When the staff of the restaurant is busy, they are not too attentive.
Pros: Owner very helpful with safe lock-up garage for our bicycles.
Pros: Great basic accomodation—clean, comfortable, quiet. Great value.

Pros: Friendly staff in a small, family-run pension It's located near the center while also close to ample parking space. The staff was very accommodating us and recommended places to eat & to discover
Pros: The staff was very carreful about our wellness during pour stay. The homemade breakfast before hiking was delicious Easy parking in front of the hotel
Pros: V friendly staff, v helpful. Nice and comfy rooms
Pros: I arrived 3 hours late because my transport was not on time. And at the hotel a very sleepy nice old man opened and gave me the keys with a sleepy smile on his face. And he didn't speak english or italian and I didin't speak spanish. But everything was perfect. As for the room it was nice for one night stay. Everything was clean and tidy. There is nothing special to say about the location because everything in Cazorla is very close.
Pros: Staff were very friendly and always available when required. The room and toilet were very clean and comfortable and peaceful. I would say good value for money. Bed very comfortable. Good quality shower. Hot water through out the day. Philip and Igone.
Pros: It's a traditional family run budget hotel. Very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, especially the home-made walnut cake which was delicious. The staff (owners?) were friendly and helpful. All in all, the hotel was exactly what we wanted, and excellent value for money.
Cons: It's a bit of a walk from the old part of town in the heat of August, but not a big problem, and wouldn't be an issue at all at other times of year. (Don't go to Cazorla if you don't like walking, it's very hilly!)
Pros: A lovely family run hotel, that is terrific value for money. Big rooms, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Gemma the daughter of the family hotel, was great with communication, friendly and speaks English.

Pros: Everything about this hotel was fantastic, the staff were very friendly , we had a great room overlooking the pool side, it was the only hotel on our travels in Andalucia that had a fridge in the room which was well appreciated. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked good and was a good price as an extra
Cons: The only thing I would comment on is that it would have been good to have a changing area near the pool (maybe there was one but we didn't find it)
Pros: The property is correct but not expect a beautiful hotel. It is very well organized and and the people attending exceed the expectations, very nice. Very functional and is comfortable enough.
Cons: Nothing you can change, irrt is what it is.
Pros: It was clean and tidy.
Cons: My friend says that his room was noise. To walk back from the town was hard work up very steep roads with lots of cars. Not for the unfit. The shower by the pool was not working, and the pool could have been cleaner.
Pros: Spacious bathroom
Cons: There's nothing much in the room. Location far and steep walk from center
This charming rural hotel is located in 20 minutes’ drive from Santiago-Pontones in the Cazorla Segura y Las Villas Natural Reserve. Pros: Location is great with a number of hikes from the Hospederia or starting close by. Great view from room (cliffs of Rio Zumeta gorge) and terrace. Openair swimming pool and jacuzzi. Also indoor pool available, which we did not use. Owners friendly but language problem because only Spanish spoken.
Cons: At reception rather uninformative and a little grumpy (not the owners but a servant?). Perhaps because of language problems on both sides. We no Spanish, he even less English. Food at restaurant okay and cheap (15 euro for 3 courses) but very basic. Have been in Cazorla the week before where we had great Andalusian food. We stayed 7 nights but towels were not changed. Would have been nice to have had it changed at least once.
Pros: Fantastic location, in the middle of stunning scenery. Lovely Hotel with spa facilities. Excellent bar area, lovely downstairs dining room. Comfortable beds. Lovely bedrooms. Excellent hotel.
Pros: This hotel is great for a relaxing holiday away from it all.
Pros: This place is VERY remote. The roads around it are narrow and winding, but around every corner is beautiful countryside. We thought we would wander off one day in search of a shop ... you can forget that, but it didn’t matter at all. There are wild boar, eagles, vultures, lizards, deer, and the rare Iberian lynx. The Hotel is a jewel in the midst of this wilderness, with a lovely heated indoor pool. We didn’t come across anyone at all from the U.K., and just had the most relaxing time. If you really , REALLY want to get lost, this is THE place, and you won’t get stung.
Cons: We didn’t like leaving ........
Pros: The remote mountain situation, the garden and pool, the excellent food.
Cons: The indoor pool or the jacuzzi were not open. The outdoor pool needs renovating as many of the mosaic tiles are missing. Breakfast is sparse and not served until 9.00 hrs which is late for those who wish to start early. The day we arrived there was a very surly unfriendly man serving dinner, we didn't see him again, we were then looked after by a very nice woman who seemed to be cooking and serving.

Pros: Location, nature, staff
Cons: Rooms were a bit old, but for this money - I have noting to complain about
Pros: Amazing location. Near various hiking routes.

Cons: Cold floors, no rugs, and a leaky bathroom shower screen.
Pros: Hiking track just outside the hotel, beautiful location. Beautiful hotel with lovely garden with a big lake.
