The staff is amazing, people are really polite! They also wanted to make everything to make me comfortable.

The bathroom is really small, but you should not worry about. It is always clean!

Everything was simply great during our stay. The guesthouseouse is huge with common areas such as a living room and rooftop terrace overlooking the village of Covilha. The room was set up very nice with a classic touch. It is also very clean, which makes you feel comfortable during your stay. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel right at home!

The water in the shower does not drain quickly, however this is only a very minor set back. Other than that everything was perfect!!

The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the city center and 5 minutes' walk away from UBI University. The building is a renovated old factory, and the owner made the amazing job of adapting it into a hotel, at the same time leaving historical feeling to it. The patio on the top floor gives a breathtaking view of the city and near mountains, one that rivals with official viewing points for tourists through the city. Personnel working there is really good at their job as well, making the atmosphere comfortable and like at home during the stay.

Very nice room with a balcony, comfortable bed with AC and modern bathroom. Every single one of the staff members we encountered were incredibly helpful and lovely! The breakfast was delicious and there is a nice rooftop to see views over the city.

We couldn’t figure out how to open the drain to the sink so that was confusing but we arrived so late and didn’t want to bother the lovely man after he waited for our arrival! The bathroom is modern and has a cloudy glass sliding door to the bedroom which may not be for everyone but it was fine for us.

Lovely building, beautifully decorated, great roof terrace, high quality materials (duvets instead of the traditional sheets and blankets - makes a difference at this altitude), an absolute bargain for the price (I think it was a last minute offer). The staff were incredibly friendly and the food in the restaurant is really wonderful and also a bargain. I think this is the best place to eat in Covilha - you should definitely eat here even if you don't stay.

Nothing major, but just for info for sensitive sleepers: we were upgraded to a bigger room, which was kind, but actually I think I would have preferred the small room for coziness and view. It's very hard to get a big room warm with air con heating...the hotel is right next to a church so noise from the bells is unavoidable. Only one window had shutters so no black-out possible. The bathroom was just part of the room with no door, which was a bit strange.
