Pros: We stayed in the a Garden Room for one night and it was a perfect. We were very lucky to be the only ones occupying a garden room at the time which made it even more enjoyable and private. The views from the room and decking area is lovely and peaceful and we were able to sit by the swimming lake enjoying the sunshine. We loved using the hot tub and managed to do so on 3 separate occasions even on a one night stay. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is amazing, the whole room is a 10/10. Definitely worth paying the extra to have one of these rooms. We were also able to have a late check out until 12 which was great.
Cons: We were excited about staying in this beautiful room and setting, but just didn’t feel very welcomed when we checked in, like we were an inconvenience to him or as if we were non paying guests who’d won a nights stay in a raffle! Took the sparkle out of the overall experience for us. Customer service is so important!! Good job the room, surroundings and food made up for it.
