The bathroom was a mystery -- there was a bathtub, but no way to have a bath -- the shower was one of those handheld things, mounted on the wall at the height of the faucets, meaning you had to stand and hold the thing the entire time, and there was no shower curtain, meaning there was water everywhere when you were done..... I don't get it...... Also, no coffee making amenities in the room -- the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with no access to cafes other than the very expensive hotel restaurant -- a coffee machine would have been wonderful. Also, no internet access...
The owner and staff were very cooperative and friendly, and the situation was everything we expected.
The owner/manager is very charming but as a manager invcompetent Restaurnat was closed one night and the quality the other night terrible!
Absolutely the nicest hotel we stayed at in our recent visit to France. It was quiet, charming and a nice break from the busy cities where we had been staying. Dominique was such a gracious and helpful hostess. A wonderful place to have a wedding. Also, don't miss the Chateau Camarac just across the street.
Fantastic rooms and fantastic owners - highly recommended
