Planning an event in Nuland? This hotel features 10764 square feet (1000 square meters) of event facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The rooms themselves had been brought up to date and were tastefully done. I liked the comfort of the beds and the deep stand alone tub.
Cons: Where to begin.....first of all, I will say that we have stayed in many Van de Valk hotels and this one just did not meet the Usual standards. This hotel is currently under a massive renovation - it’s difficult to know where to park and where the entrance is. The dirt all around us terrible. I booked two comfort rooms for our family at 135 euros each. One of the rooms had a terrible odor and I asked for it to be switched. Despite the fact that the hotel certainly did not appear full - the reception staff was unwilling to find a different room for our stay and instead had housekeeping spray a deodorizer which masked the odor for a few hours as would be expected. Unbudging and unacceptable. Very disappointed in the overall state of the hotel and the lack of the staff being willing to make things right. I paid close to 300 euro for very poor standards - Save your money! Maybe following the renovations things will improve.
Pros: The hotel is great. The food is fantastic. The hotel arranged a taxi to go to a concert, all perfect in time. The breakfasts is really good, more than enough choice. All in all a great stay
Cons: It was a warm night. The only things we missed was a fan or airconditioning.
Pros: great place great food
Pros: The room I had was super! Renovated very modern and comfortable.
Cons: They are reconstructing and i dislike the casino.

Pros: the room was very nice
Cons: the breakfast is too expensive
Pros: breakfast good, best facility near our relatives therefore we will stay again.
Cons: the width of single beds too little, no mini bar, very strange and confusing architecture with very long corridors and unexpected turns, definitely need a bellboy to carry luggage and take you through the maze to your room.
Pros: Excellent rooms clean and everything you need
Pros: Great, spacious room and a friendly staff. The only down side was the noisy heater, perhaps I was unlucky. Superb breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a chef cooking omelettes as you request!

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Surroundings very peacefull, and yet it the town of Nijmegen very close by.

Pros: The breakfast was abundant and the environment was beautiful. The hotel is in the heart of nature and near to the "Pannenkoekenhouis de Ontdekking" (15 minutes walk). It was very good to swim in the pool in the evening.
Cons: It was our second time in this hotel, and I was so disappointed. Unfortunately, the TV and the bathroom extractor did not work. The receptionist offered another room, but we did not want to move in the afternoon. I do not understand why they did not check everything before arrival of the guests. There was no towel in the wellness center. These are little but important things.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room is big and clean. The breakfast was abundant and the environment was beautiful. Great location, the hotel is in the heart of nature. I can recommend the "Pannenkoekenhouis de Ontdekking" (15 minutes walk). It was very good to swim in the pool in the evening.
Cons: Unfortunately, the mattress was too soft for me and the hot whirlpool did not work. In the restraurant we had to wait too long for the bill and the soup was terrible in the evening. However, we will definitely be back in the near future.

Pros: The hotel is very beautiful with a great decor. The staff is friendly and the receptionist Yassine did a very good job. He was at our service even at 2 AM. The breakfast was really delicious.
Cons: There was no water in the room and the pillow was not so good. I had the feeling that I was just sleeping on the bed. But thanks to the quick reaction of the receptionist (Yassine) I had a new one in no time.
Pros: Our drink at the bar was lovely. Location was great, 10 min walk to center of village for a lovely lunch
Cons: Breakfast was a bit bland. Dinner was ok, however, we expected better service.

Pros: Very nice place ! Very clean ! Recommend Recommend !
Pros: This is a truly wonderful accommodation! The main building is in great shape and the squeaking wooden floors make the experience complete. We had a relaxing walk in the morning, had lunch and did some reading by the fire place and went for dinner in the restaurant. Very relaxing!
Cons: 12,50 for rental bikes is pretty steep and during dinner we couldn't get tap water but we had to take bottled at almost 6,- per bottle. We're not cheap but these things should come complementary for e perfect guest experience. Otherwise we would've rated our stay with 10.

Pros: Location the village/town it resides in is super clean safe and fashionable

Pros: Amazing location, in the middle of nature! The hotel is comfortable, clean and staff are nice.
Cons: There was nothing we really disliked! But the rooms lack a fan and a small fridge (I can imagine that in summer rooms will be quite hot!)
Pros: Super location in the middle of the woods. Main building in an old villa. Delicious food!
Pros: The Hotel is a pretty normal one. Ideal for people who travel around it is a brilliant choice - easy check in and check out.
Cons: the Parking is pretty messi ... when it rains it is a MudPool

Located in 's-Hertogenbosch, Kloosterhotel de Soete Moeder is within a 15-minute walk of St. John's Cathedral and Zwanenbroedershuis. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: It is in a great location and a quiet area. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned every day. We loved our stay!
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast was nice.
Cons: There was only one “pump” of soap to wash your hands and one “pump” in the shower for shampoo and shower gel. For 150 euros I think you can expect some nicer toiletries.
Pros: The hotel has a rich history. It was a convent, and the chapel now serves as a quaint function room. We are only a walk away from St. John's Cathedral and the historic center. Do come in summer, when one could sail a boat literally underneath the city and behold the wonders of medieval times!
Pros: The location is not far from the center and the atmosphere in the hotel is positive and light. We also were happy to see a coffee machine inside. Totally recommended!
At the foot of the Saint Jan Cathedral in 's-Hertogenbosch we find the comfortable Best Western Plus City Centre Hotel Den Bosch (formerly known as Best Western Eurohotel). This hotel offers not only personal hospitality and comfortable rooms with bath, shower, commode, color television and telephone, but also car parking facilities for a small fee, in the indoor garage. Of course, your meeting or conference can be perfectly combined with a visit to the old, Burgundian city Den Bosch with its many inns, pubs, grand cafés and restaurants. Den Bosch is also the ideal base for local trips to theme parks such as De Efteling Fun Park, Beekse Bergen safari park, the Autotron traffic park or a fun boat trip to the old city Heusden. Enjoy your stay.
Pros: This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and yet again we were not disappointed, from the minute you arrive the hotel staff want to look after you and make your stay as comfortable and perfect as possible, the hotel decor is beautifully done and there are fresh flowers throughout the hotel. The location is perfect right in the town center with everything you could need and great transport links, we enjoyed a day in Amsterdam on the train. The breakfast is one of my favourite parts and is the best I have ever experienced with so much choice and so delicious. The room are clean, modern and comfortable and have everything you need, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
Cons: There isn't anything I didn't like
Pros: We chose this hotel for its location in the town
Cons: When we booked we booked car parking in the hotel parking lot. Two weeks before we travelled they informed us that because of carnival we could not use the car park. We had to use the Arena car park at €20 a day instead of €15 at the hotel. I paid €80 before i could move the car and luckily the hotel then wavered the rest of the week. But I was still €5 out of pocket. My friends had two bikes with then which they would have put two bikes in one bay but at arena car park they had to use a bay each so this cost them €200. I think that with the hotel not looking like a hotel but a carnival bar we paid way over the odds. We also were put in the wrong rooms which we paid more for but for me I could only change room after 4 days of the 6. So over all not a brilliant stay. Breakfast was also not included in the price. When I booked out the man handed me a bill for about €630 but I had already paid over €920 I have to ask which one was right and why the difference was it because I had originally booked a better room but was given an inferior room?
Pros: Next to the cathedral square - superb location - with parking.
Cons: We arrived to breakfast when it was closing - we thought we were there for 'last orders'. It was made very clear that the staff were upset at having to wait for so long. Maybe they should emphasise that closing time is closing time, and that we're not welcome to run in 5 minutes from the end. The breakfast was fabulous !
Pros: The location was excellent. We specifically went to Den Bosche for carnival which we knew would be busy and not a "normal" situation. Carnaval spectacular was excellent. We had breakfast one day out of the 6 and it was good with a good selection.
Cons: Carnaval is an annual event so all should be pretty slick with organisation at the hotel, unfortunately it was not the case. We booked really early (booked in May2019 for February 2020 trip). Specifically asked about parking and booked a space which was confirmed. 2 weeks before the trip we receive an email saying parking not available as being used for carnival. They would have known this when we booked and we would have booked elsewhere as parking is the main reason we booked this hotel. We also booked a Deluxe King room and we were put in a Comfort room. When we raised this we were moved to a very small deluxe room on 4th floor, we were told it was a normal deluxe but if it was, I hate to see how small a small deluxe is. The only plug sockets are underneath the desk so both the kettle and the hairdryer had to be plugged in there. Unless you get room 401, 407 or 410 the deluxe rooms are not worth bothering with. We were moved again, 2 days before departure to room 401 which is good. We also got access to a parking space 2 days before departure and were not charged for those 2 days. We expected parking to cost us 75 Euro for our trip but cost us 200 euro by parking elsewhere. On occasions we had to find the cleaner to ask for clean cups or reinstatement of tea bags etc, even once running out of loo roll. Just a bit slap dash. I understand it was a very busy time but it just failed to meet expectation all round. Disappointed.
Pros: It was a perfect stay but what made it even better was the amazing staff. Breakfast was good and the lobby was a nice place to enjoy a drink. We rented a bike from the hotel which was very convenient.
Cons: Directions to the parking
Pros: The breakfast at this hotel beats all others! Amazing selection of delicious food. Hot, freshly cooked breakfast. We have stayed before and will be back. The rooms and beds are really comfortable, everything is clean and when I called reception for assistance they were really helpful and came to the room. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town with lovely restaurants nearby. Loads to see and do in this area, we had a very enjoyable break.

Pros: Great location, very friendly owner, clean and comfortable, great value for money will definitely be returning.
Pros: Loved it all. Quiet, clean, quaint, friendly, entirely aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.
Pros: We really enjoyed the property and surrounding area. Our room was great size, clean and bright. The breakfast was great as well.
Cons: We booked a family room for two people and a baby for two nights but by our mistake or the website it seems like the baby did not show up on the reservation. We only had the baby with us for one breakfast and owner didn't react well to that. We had a baby bed and didn't ask for anything extra and explained that we had booked the family suite on purpose so we could bring him with us. She sulked and told us we had to leave by noon on the checkout day rather than just saying she would charge us extra. After we asked her where to leave the keys and left, she emailed us saying she didn't realize we were leaving and that we had to pay for the tourist tax and extra for the baby which was fine by us and we paid but then why sulk? It ruined our last day.

Pros: Clean, good breakfast
Cons: Uncomfortable, not well-insulated
Pros: Nice interior
Cons: Very big complex
Pros: The staff was friendly. I had a great time.
Cons: Everything was wonderful.
Pros: Staff were lovely and food in the restaurant was good.
Cons: I think the rooms were a bit tired and could definitely do with refurbishment. Facilities were pretty basic. The 'gym' was a dingy room in the basement and was not somewhere you would want to spend any time.
Pros: Excellent place to relax, service very nice, breakfast very good.

A stay at Little Duke Hotel places you in the heart of 's-Hertogenbosch, within a 15-minute walk of Noordbrabants Museum and St. John's Cathedral. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage.
Pros: No breakfast facilities but there is a coffee shop below, unfortunately they do not start breakfast until 8am. Location is great, just across from the station. Self Service check in was easy to follow.
Cons: Because it is on main road it can be quite noisy, depends how heavy a sleeper you are.
Pros: Comfortable beds, quiet, great location.
Cons: All was good.
Pros: The bed was comfortable, clean and the room was well designed for the space Loved the Netflix option on the Tv and the easy convenience the hotel had as its mission!
Cons: Nothing, was great!
Pros: The location is perfect, in the centre close to the station! Self checkin is perfect. Everything was clean!
Cons: The room was a bit small
Pros: Just a fantastic hotel. Clean, very comfortable and affordable. I really hope this hotel keeps up the good work!
Pros: Great option if you're looking for an overnight stay. In the center of a town, with self checkin. For us it was a great advantage because of very late check-in, and in Little Duke we were not limited in time. The room is extremely small but cosy and clean. Just perfect to have a sleep and continue the trip.
Cons: It's not a problem of a hotel itself. But in the whole s'Hertegenbosh parkomats don't accept ViSA and Mastercard. Very big problem for tourists travelling by car. So take into account that you'll need coins or Maestro card to be able to park somewhere in this town.
Pros: Great location, well equipped room, easy checking.
Cons: Lots of stairs, narrow staircase, difficult with - heavy- luggage
Pros: Excellent location, 1 minute walk from trainstation, 3 minutes from city center. Cleand and everything seemed to be well thought through.
Cons: On the website is written that the room was small, but under a sloping ceiling it was even smaller. For the size of the room it seemed a bit overprized
With a stay at The Duke Boutique Hotel, you'll be centrally located in 's-Hertogenbosch, steps from St. John's Cathedral and within a 5-minute walk of Noordbrabants Museum. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: - design - fast checkin - central location
Cons: Suite with balcony is not isolated at all !! even on 3rd floor, you can hear people walking on the street, so when you have drunk people shouting all night because it’s a busy area, you just don’t sleep. First time I book such an expensive hotel with this kind of problem. And sleeping is actually something you expect in a hotel, maybe I’m too demanding, but the team looked that they just didn’t care
Pros: Super friendly staff! Superb location. Beautiful hotel! Delicious breakfast.
Cons: Everything was great.
Pros: The location was great, in the heart of the city. The bed and bedding super. The staff very friendly. The slippers very comfy. The "headboard" not very clean and impractical for cleaning reasons.
Cons: The room was fine. The bathroom, considering the choice of black tiles, looked like it could use a proper scrub. The shower-head was covered in plaque, the side shower head was broken, the glasses and cups were not really very clean. Breakfast did not really look very appealing, so decided to eat elswhere.
Pros: I loved the position, the interior decor, the suite size and the warm welcome. In a difficult period like this one the staff was exceptional, and I couldn’t wish for anything more. I am pretty sure I will come back here. I absolutely recommend this place!
Pros: The staff was great!
Cons: At night you hear the noise from outside. But you are in city centre. They do provide earplugs we now know why.
