It is quite new and I had a very big bed and things were very clean. It was quite quiet perhaps because of the time of year. It is attached to a development so it does not feel as remote as one might expect. However, it was very quiet and peaceful.
The accomodation and homely feel. The setting which is within a housing complex. The restaurant that services the hotel for dinner is awful! Breakfast dissapointing for 15 Euro per person! No staff around at all in the evening if u want something!
Our room and terrace was quiet and comfortable. The heated outdoor pool was a boon in late September. Our complaints about a bathroom problem were acknowledged but ignored. Disappointing breakfast choices.
The price for the buffet breakfast was way too much for what was offered.
Great room, well decorated. Heated pool was lovely to swim in (in October). Free Wifi available (although only in main building).
New, modern, spacious room (for French hotels) with unbelievable views of mountains. Large great bathroom. Great spa with small inside pool (plus outside pool) and hot tub and sauna. Very romantic hotel - even the bed quilt was red with several decorative pillows. Extremely helpful staff who spoke english Overpriced breakfast, 15 euro per person. No coffee maker in room so must pay 2.5 euro per cup of coffee. Must have a car since it is about 10 min. drive out of town.
The staff kindness, clean and beautiful room & facilities (both things very rare in this area and impossible to find in Aix) The only problem is the location somehow remote for busines travellers but very nice for a holiday trip.
everything was great could use better signage on the road - it was a bit hard to find
quiet and confort surrounding countryside
A nice enough hotel but in a poor location a half block from a main road and opposite a large modern concrete building. A disappointment. see above
Excellent hotel, facilities and food Price, considering it is in a small town
Our stay at La Bonne Etape was the highlight of our travels to Provence. I only regret is that we did not stay longer. The accommodations, service, and food exceeded our expectation. If you can afford to stay here do not hesitate to book! Nothing. At first I was unhappy that the scale in the bathroom did not work. However, after tasting the food the chef was turning out it turned out to be a good thinkg.
The country setting Food much overrated. Too expensive. Food was cold. Staff was young and immature and inexperienced.
An excellent stay all around
Very elegant old inn, great staff, superb dining, rooms comfortable with very well equipped bathrooms. A real gem in a pretty little town/ the narrow halls and different levels makes it awkward to handle large luggage.
Location and ambience. Great restaurant (expensive but tops off a great stay)
Excellent buffet. Excellent swimming pool. Easy to locate.

The hotel was easy to find fom direction, clean and welcoming. The children loved the pool and the food portions were good and tasty.. Information/menus were also in English. A good stop over.
Nothing No Staff on arrival, had to knock on the door for 10 minutes. No Reception during the night, No bar r food after 21:00hrs approx
