The rooms were nice designed and the staff were friendly. The brakefast was good and you could feel you are in a 5star hotel. It's a bit far from the centre, but it doesn't take long to get there with a taxi or car.
The room design, size and layout, the toiletries, the huge tv screen, everything first class. Very well priced for a five star. I didn't get to try the food. It is simply unbelieveable and unacceptable that a five star hotel should open his wellness center and gym only at 9 a.m. This way, it will be impossible to use it for most of the guests, simply because at 9am everybody (both business guests and tourists), are already out about their business. I think that is a huge setback!
very nice and modern room, special bathroom, very quiet airco, good bed not to hard, white and ...black!! slippers, the general theme is chessboard, Good breakfast, shopping-centre very close, but most off the shops are closed, cinema with original version films and good wok restaurant in walking distance parking difficult to find, do not mix with the parking from the shopping-centre, limit choice off TV channels,
The room was amazing. Very modern with nice furniture. The location. It's a bit far from most of sight seeing places in Zaragoza.
Excellent hotel with perfect service.Shopping and cinema very close by with excellent wok restaurant.
the interior design of the room.and the breakfast the receptionist in the evenig aswell in the morning were lacking of hospitality.Iin the evening it took time to sort out some room organisation and took time to get the room. In the morning the breakfast was not open at 7 am.The hotel closes door in the night against drunkenpeople. whilst 24/7 is given service with 4*.receptioninst do not stay at the desk. You cannot enter the hotel with your card or something as client.
Location, style of rooms and the size, they were very large A/C did not work right and room was very hot
Good location, clean room. The noiseist point on the planet on a Friday and Saturday night, especially if you are staying at the ground rooms. Seriously noisy until 5 am.
Location and amenities (free, excellent wireless) Marginal breakfast
nice location city centre, in the centre of all activity no
good hotel. not entirely clean.
I asked for a non smoking room and was surprsed that a hotel of this size and price did not have rooms designated non smoking let alone non-smoking floors. I had to ask for the room to be deodorised which was done but it all seemed to be a bit of an effort and I felt uncomfotable. Also there was a daily charge to use the safe in the room- quite a high charge for such a passive servuice. As the booking covered the weekend I had no option but to stay put. There seemed to be very few other facilities on offer either, the resturant was downstairs out of sight and the bar seemed not to be operating
Good location. Friendly staff. Hotel & room modern & clean. none
Very good hotel. We payed only 50 euro for a room. The hotel is just perfect and the location also.
Excellent hotel and facilities. Friendly staff. Rooftop pool was closed in October. Central location, but not in a pretty side of city
Luxury with great beds, facilities and position to major attractions No
the quiet and comfort of the rooms the swimmingpool was bad. the personql of the bar was bad.close early at 11 in the evening without asking. the airco in the room éé( was broken
The staff were all very helpful, our room was very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The restaurant was not open, which was a slight disappointment since it had been recommended.
the rooms were very clean and big considering it's location (city), the hotel is very well situated (in the center of the city), the breakfeast buffet was very nice
It was lovely to be able to relax in the pool and have an evening swim after a long hot drive. The hotel is conveniently placed and having its own parking, although expensive, was worth it for us. The reception decor was attractive.
Everything! Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great rooms in the middle of town, pefect hotel. The rooms were very warm and it was difficult to cool them, and the staff speaks hardly any English. But...minor details in a really great hotel!
Wonderful bed! Great breakfast. Terrible reception employees. Couldn't find reservation, didn't respect the reservation for double bed, sent us to a room with non woking air-conditioning, didn't complete registration of the veicle for the garage, didn't help with the lugage. Not a five star hotel.
Perfect central location, attractive accommodation and a superb breakfast. Secure parking also available. A little pricey.
Location and the room. Everything was excellent.
Very luxurious hotel (we got bargain for 90 euros only), very clean, ultramodern and spaceous rooms with huge whole-wall window looking on a river and the city. The room was probably specially designed for disabled (unless the whole hotel is like this) - the semi-transparent toilet door wouldn't close at all - would hang half open, there was no shower curtain, so everything got wet and slippery. Another note - you can't open the window, so if fresh air is your thing - don't go there. Very expensive restaurant.
Friendly staff, large pleasant rooms Difficult to find, not on gps
Very comfortable - fantastic room and great views over the River to the City. Staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. No translation of welcome pack or Room Service menu into English so made it harder to use the facilities of the hotel. Lot of noise from an open air performance at The Beach, a little way from the hotel but the noise level was high and went on until about 1 a.m. Even with no opening windows in the bedroom it was quite hard to sleep through the noise. I know the hotel has no control over this noise pollution although they have tried to get something done.
Staff spoke english quite good, they were kind and very helpful. Rooms are really nice and quite big and we had excelent view from the room. Very hard to find because it is quite new and my GPS, which is a little more then 1 year old, didn't know this location.
rooms were nicely done . decor of the whole hotel was nice housekeeping took away bathing towels after the first night.which was very odd
Nice new hotel. Close to railwauy station 30 minutrs walk to tje center. No fitness room nor i.door swimming pool
Staff were off hand and not friendly. Chef couldn't boil two eggs for four minutes, I was handed raw boiled eggs to eat yuk!!
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and very quiet. Beautiful view from the room.
Nothing really this hotel does not cater for the customer needs and are nor prepared to make any attempt to accommodate the international traveler.ee above See above
Nice new hotel.werry freindly la staff. Nothing.
Our stay at Avenida was really nice, clean & safe. Location was ideal. Zaragoza is very interesting and we enjoyed the friendlyness.
room cleanliness and 24h availability
Location, cleen room, breakfast included in the price. Poor breakfast, walls not acustically isolated - noise from the adjoining rooms and from the outside were annoying.
I have stayed at this hotel before and I like the location. no
The welcome ...and access to snacks and water in the lounge.
Perfect location and very friendly staff Breakfast very basic
The hotel is in the heart of Zaragoza with easy parking. Zaragoza is amazing and only 15 minuits from the track at Zuera. going to work early
This Hotel is central.Zaragoza is an interesting city.A useful stop-over. Finding the car park difficult. Breakfast not good value for money, apart from toast, nothing hot available !
Nice hotel very near from touristic places in Zaragoza city
Staff very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable, though can be a little noisy outside with traffic and people. It had a lift too. no
Underground parking. The room was very very modern, clean and comfortable. The bathroom great. Kitchenette with a large fridge, which could be very practical. The reception staff friendly. No utensils, cups etc. in the kitchenette.
it's a 5* hotel!!! it's amazing the rooms :) it's really difficult to find the hotel!!!
Great hotel only too far from nowhere, but great for what we wanted The location
The room was very comfortable and clean. There's no free Internet connection.
It was clean I think that it isn't easy to find the hotel.. It need more and bigger adv
Mostly everything about the hotel is excellent. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, a bar and restaurant, internet facilities. A good self contained facility for a short stay. The hotel location relative to the city centre isn't the best. Perhaps more than one or two English speaking channels, as tends to happen in some other hotels.
the room was big but noisy unpleasant and not well organised staff. Hotel too far away from city centre
Lovely hotel, just location was a bit 'Ghost Town' as was the hotel itself Restaurant was closed (due to lack of trade)...
Staff inexperienced - no money changing - no cash point - no easy access - no laundry facilities - no mini bar - no room service - during exhibition time, a bus could have been arranged - taxi drivers don't know the hotel - restaurant & bar had no atmosphere - I did talk with the Manager during my stay and he did try and help - to make hotel recommendable : improve services> J. De Cock
Large space inside the rooms A bit far from the city - but good if you drive outside (no trafic problems)
Location, room design, size and capacity space for clothes. They let us leave the room between 13:00 and 13:30 instead of 12:00.
modern hotel with tasteful furnished rooms, comfortable beds, fancy bathrooms, excellent location in the historic center; wide selection at breakfast, excellent service due to attentive, helpful, qualified and even German-speaking staff in the restaurant, easy access to the main shopping areas. unfriendly and impolite reception desk (this is mostly applicable to a male employee, who kept the guests waiting while he was on a long phone conversation), the outdoor swimming pool was without water and the sun terrace was closed. The fitness room and the sauna were completely missing.
Set in the heart of town, all of the points of interest were within walking distance. The staff was very helpful, suggesting local cuisine and directing us to the proper times to dine. I recommend the mijas at Migueras about 4 blocks from the hotel. Although it doesn't open for lunch - the major meal of the day - until 1:30.
Hotel is new as of October 1, 2010. So facilities are in top notch shape. Room was enormous and well-appointed. Staff is still learning. Some minor "fit and finish" problems in room.
Located in train station. Big rooms and quite Breakfast could be better
Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent transport facilities for easy travelling.Comfotable rooms with excellent views over the mountains. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Location is fantastic. It is in the train station. Big rooms. Breakfast and amenities are poor
Location of hotel was good close to all the places we wanted to visit The fact that it was a four star hotel and did not have any tea or coffee making facilities which you tend to get with hotels of less quality
The room was spacious and felt more like a junior suite
spacious room 1) impossible to get shower temp. stable (hot - cold - hot - cold etc. 2) rooms too noisy/not well isolated for the noise of the highway in front; 3) room was not vacuum cleaned for my 2nd night: all in all - give the 4 star rating and (very) high price per night (due to ongoing Zaragoza exhibition?), it was (very) poor value for money
good rooms and bathrooms, free parking near the hotel, Internet free in the business corner hard to find
Very little Built in the wrong locatuon.Virtually empty with few staff. Very limited food.
Please note that there are no rooms for smokers - misguiding from your side. The standard of this hotel is mediocre in best case - I would not even go that far.
Good location very helpful staff. My wife thought Antonio was gorgeous. We would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Comfortable room, well equipped close to sights and shops
The room itself was perfect - it was the last leg of our "minimoon" and after lots of typical Spanish hotels this hotel gave us a good rest: the bed was huge and comfortable; wifi actually worked; it was very spacious and modern and the shower was strong - the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch too (we stayed in Avanza - one of the superior doubles/suites for eur99).
The location is very central No English TV channels, no spa facilities
It is a design hotel: nice bathroom, wide screen tv, decoration attractive. Hotel is in the middle of the centre. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Shower temperature kept changing: from very cold to almost boiling hot: dangerous!
good location. hotel staff were not friendly. coffee at breakfest was bad. It is absolutely overpriced (212 Euro per night without breakfest).
Location, design Shower door should avoid water to go to the bathroom floor
Good staff Internet not working
We have stayed at the Silken Zentro many times and always enjoy it. The hotel is very central and within walking distance to everything. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the staff very accommodating. We also like it because they have parking beneath so checking in and out is easy. It is a very modern hotel built on top of the ancient ruins that exist all over Zaragoza and that are on display through glass in this hotel.
I really liked the location and the comfort of the room. Everything was quite pleasant. Our shower was leaking and we had to mop the tiled floor, so that it wouldnt run down the next floor.
A relatively small hotel, but very central for shopping and sightseeing.Good underground car park.
wonderful shower mirror didnt steam up. very comfortable bed & room good breakfast the entrance looked dull & didnt create a very good impression
This is a very modern hotel with comfotable rooms and a restaurant offering good value.Although out of town, it is convenient as a stopover if travelling through Spain.
Everything was perfect room, staff, breakfast, dinner
proximidade do aeroporto e de centros comercias, ideal para quem viaja de carro
The hotel is new and very well run. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are special. The heater didn't work well. The hotel is a long way out of Zaragoza and they have a courtesy van that takes you to the train station. However, the van driver was 15 minutes late. He was in the hotel but "otherwise occupied". The heater in the room did not work well and the room was very cold.
Room was excellent. Breakfast was excellent (but expensive). Dinner was expensive and utterly unmemorable.
The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, the services included in the price very good, the buffet breakfsat variety was good, and the location next to the exhibition center, shopping centers, and the airport very convenient. If the visitor requires a taxi has to be booked in advance as there is no taxi stop nearby or public transport. It was not my case as I had a car, however other visitors might want to take it into consideration
Hotel is modern and well situated There is no restaurant at the week-end which should be made clear on web site.
Fantastic modern room, lots of space and a huge bed. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to city centre. Located in a desolate logistical park miles from anywhere. No cafeteria open and nowhere to get anything to eat to drink if you arrive late. Fine if you arrive late and just want a stopover near the airport.
Central location, good breakfast buffet Cost of parking
Excellent location. Good parking. No real negatives.
good location room was not clean, double bedroom booked with king size bed but not available, the bar is not cosy.
The room overlooked the air conditioning shaft and there was a constant noise. All in all the hotel is not bad, but it is not what we expected from a 4 star hotel.
Comfy bed. Excellent location within walking distance of main sights . We had a meal in the restaurant which was good value. Parking - choose this instead of sister next door for ease of parking in garage.
The Central Nature of the hotel, parking and superb staff It is undoubtedly noisy, particularly so in the front rooms
Everything was absolutely wonderful!!!! I will highly recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a really pleasant stay at Zaragoza. Perfect location, spacious room, clean and a very friendly and helpful staff! Garage was very convenient too. Just perfect!!!!
The hotel is in a good central position for the historic sites - recommend the Zaragoza card Prefer to have breakfast included in the price. Would like to have seen a more Arogonese dinner menu and more Arogonese wines on the standard menu - Sunday was the Arogonese evening.
location very close to airport Girona rooms not too large; too hot and aircon did not work properly
The best feature of this hotel is that guests are in a city center hotel for a reasonable price. The reception staff could have been a little more friendly, especially the male staff.
I liked the fact that it was downtown, very near of my conference location.
Excellent location for major sights in walking distance, 10 minutes away from airport bus terminus, good breakfast Furniture in room and decor need updating
Location. Value for money. Breakfast. Room size. Parking facilities. Some street noise. No free WiFi.
Excellent location, very good variety of food for breakfast Had asked for a non smoking room, I think thier idea of one is to hide the ash trays!! The hotel looks a bit tired, could do with a 'makeover'.
Central location, helpful staff
The positiom staff andservices
Centre location, excellent.Lift from safe car park, excellent.Ease of use and comfort, excellent.Good menu and helpful staff.Enjoyable stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent I can't think of anything.
The facilities and location are excellent. The staff was extremely professional. The nightly rate was excellent through booking. com 20 Euros a day for parking is excessive. However, when bundled with the room rate, the value is still exceptional.
the location is central The bed is terrible, the room smell dump, the forniture is very old and ugly.
Multilingual staff at reception desk. Restaurant is open till 23 PM. Every time you enter the room, a commercial video is played on the TV screen. Annoying!
The languge is the main problem!! The only people who speak english are reception staff, and you have to face problems with room service, laundry, and resturant staff if you are not speaking spainish.
the friendliness of the hotel staff. willingness to assist with Feria del Pilar information.
Exceptional hospitality, service. Some of the facilities need renovating or modernizing.
garage facility, good price, clean and recent bad insonorization- reception called at 24 h when we came to the room sayng that the next door guest complainted about the noise. We were just talking normaly !
Courteous staff, clean and spacious. I would recommend this hotel for business use only; as long as you did not want to keep fit at the same time. See my comments below. Nothing to do at the hotel if the weather was bad. The Spa Treatments were not at the actual hotel; you had to go to a Health/Leisure Club situated on the adjacent street. The gym/sauna that were at the hotel were locked; you had to go to the reception to have the door unlocked and then wait 20 minutes for the sauna to be switched on and warm up. There was not any drinking water available in the gym and to add salt to the wounds I was charged 8 Euros for using the sauna.
Good central location, ample parking in the hotel although a bit expensive at 19.95 per day. Good value for the money, mind you I'd rate it a 4 star business hotel not 5.
We were upgraded to suites with jacuzzi baths and separate sitting rooms, very comfortable. Quite difficult to find as the entrance to the road is across a wide pavement and a bus/taxi lane.
The hotel was very attractive and comfortable, well situated.
This hotel was excellent - we had a family room which had 2 separate bedrooms - perfect for our needs.
Very good value for money. Bar and Restaurant both closed on a Sunday night. Would have liked to try them out.
The hotel staff is very polite and well trained, it is a classical four star hotel. The room is fulfilling, you have good WiFi, everything was great. The beds are giant. The parking is a bit steep for a small town like Zaragoza-15 Euros. They have a settlement with a public parking which is about 300 m away. Also the hotel was a bit worn down and you can see it has seen better days. The glass shower wall was cracked and also some of the tabletops but we didn't mind. All in all it was quite alright.
well located near the city center.
The rooms are clean and of comfortable size. After a couple of visits to the on-site restaurant, I found it totally lacking: as a solo traveler, who speaks the language fluently, I received a cold welcome, neglectful service, and the food was inedible...at very high prices. I would highly recommend the hotel, but definitely not the restaurant.
central and clean room. The hotel was difficult to find, could have been supplied with a better map together with our booking confirmation. The underground parking is was very narrow and very difficult to find a space. This facility should be improved!
Staff is friendly, beds are big and comfortable. Location is geat, street is not noisy. Elevator suitable for two person, had to wait for it often. No really space to sit at the working desk. No shelf in the bathroom to put stuff.
Nothing. Everything. Four stars? No way.
The superior room is gorgeous with sauna and spa (jacuzzi) in the huge bathroom, an isolated huge room for the luggage, 2 TVs (one in the bedroom and one in the livingroom), balcony, very clean. The cot for the baby was already there when we arrived without question. Really good value for money. N/A
very nice no
We enjoyed being treated with respect, having the car taken to garage and brought back when needed. Difficulty to find especially as road works had closed roads. Took us nearly two hours to find from reaching Zaragoza.
friendliness of the reception staff no
Ease of access to City centre. reception staff and porters excellent, very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast good and staff very attentive. The toaster was tempperamental !
An architectural gem of a hotel with lots of character. Within reasonable walking distance of the city centre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which was a bit of a surprise in a city hotel. Quite difficult to find.
The hotel was very well located. It was easy to find and the service was also excellent. The staff were very attentive to our needs. The standard of the rooms were also very good, spacious and very clean. When we return to Zaragoza we will be staying at the same hotel.
Central Location, Clean, Staff v good Breakfast a bit dear, as cafes just outside for half the price
Location, prestige A little devoid of atmosphere, unnecessarily so
Ideally situated in center of city. Big rooms. International hotel so all is very professionel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Possibility to use parking service to your car (altough a bit expense). Lift is a bit small. There were 2 marriages the day we stayed in the hotel so lots of noise untill small hours of the night. Parking is a problem (as you would expect in the center of a city).
The locality, the ambiance, the service,
Well located, friendly helpful staff, large well appointed rooms
confortable and big room for 3 persons
great location, good facility but air did not work
I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the last five years, the prices seem to have decreased giving better value for money. It is comfortable, the rooms are large, bedding of good quality. My concern is the same as always, the hotel staff, especially the receptionists can sometimes be a bit unwelcoming, austere, but they are efficient. This has never changed in several years. However it is a small issue and would not change my view that this is a good hotel.
Good hotel, centrally located I did not like the hotel and room decor, it was outdated and very heavy Hotel needs remodeling , it is not a five star hotel in my opinion
central location and very welcome
Good price, but... Unconfortable bed and pillows, noisy room (room 320), badly isolated sound- wise. Parking really expensive at 20eur / night, but in the surroundings it's really hard to park outside, too.
Very nice hotel, friendly atmosphere, perfect location .
Luxury rooms for an affordable price
The staff were very couteous. The room was very nice
the gym and size of room
right next to the center, and amazing price
The hotel location Was cold
Location is excellent for walking to key shops, attractions, and restaurants in the old town. Room well-appointed and comfortable. Hotel across the street from a nightclub which was very loud and had bright lights on into the wee hours for rooms at front of hotel. Bring earplugs.
noise, airconditioning not functioning
very central and convenient location night club opposite (Friday night)
clean. comfortable. good bathroom. the nightclub outside.
Perfect in the center of city, for business, city holiday It is difficult to come to the hotel by car, and one should be aware that additional price for carparking is 17,50€ per night
perfect location, nice and friendly staff not many people spoke english
Very close to EXPO 2008 in Zaragoza. Hotel has its own parking spaces. Personal attention to the clients by the hotel staff. Design and the colour combination used in the room,
Friendly staff, location, good rooms. Access to the hotel, paid Internet should be free.
It´s a new hotel and next to the expo at the rush hours check in check out no enough staff
Because Zaragoza is a permanent cinstruction site for the 2008 EXPO, the Hotel is situated right in te middle of this chaos.
Extremely distinctive building which is fortunate as sat nav is almost useless due to massive re-development and re-routing of roads nearby. Ultra modern hotel which has all essential facilities. Very hepful staff. A good 30 minuite walk from the old town through not the most desirable area!
Nice employees the restaurant is more a luxurious fast food than a real restaurant
The hotel and room were clean and bright, and everything was as advertised -- cheerful and modern.
the rooms were clean and adequately furnished, and the staff very friendly and helpful the restaurant menu was uninteresting and very limited in choice
Modern well equiped rooms, helpful staff, good underground car park Not easy to find for the first time, should improve when the Convention centre and roads are finished
excellent hotel, everything perfect, big quiet room, good infrastructure, helpful, professional staff, very good breakfast. very close to two supermarkets.
