Nice building, old Villa and nice place. Poor service and quality. For example: no water in the bathroom and strong difficulties to obtain a solution / low medium equipment in bathroom. Bathroom not very clean: hair in the WC. Staff not very friendly and hepfull. This hotel is max a 3 stars as compared to many 4 stars hotel visited in the world.
hotel staffs were very nice and competent. Very nice atmosphere. peaceful. Air condition was not working. Refrigerator was out of order.
Food was good
Terrace Showercabin, no restaurant available, ants in our room, rolls during breakfast were baked 5 minutes too short (far too soft inside and white on the outside, no free internet.
The beautiful linens and ambiance of the room was very relaxing.
The hotel is a 17th century villa, relatively recently renovated and surrounded with gardens. Halls are impressive and the overall atmosphere is great. Rooms / bathrooms are spacious, very clean and all facilities are working well. Views are nice and the place is very quite. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay if visiting the lakes and have car. Not really. There might be a problem finding the place since it is located in a small village 2 Km off Varese, but when you get familiar with the signposting and the overall direction it is ok.
room had a good view. spacious room and bath. bath had window. good towels. good bed and bedding. no mirror in room, only in bath. no pictures on wall of room--looked unfinished. breakfast not included. not much to do or see in the town. bed pillows not good.
big parking, nice enviorment, nice rooms the restaurant services (and food) were very bad, in my room were problems with warm water
Beautiful Palazzo. Location to Lakes maggiore, lugano and como by auto. Great Value for March holiday. Beautiful dining room with great wait staff, however food was not up to expectations and disappointing.
The hotel was amazing!!! So beautiful, old world European. We loved it.
