-) very good and big breakfast-buffet with (nearly) all you would dream of! Beside the buffet you can even let you cook fresh Quesadillas (even the taco is made fresh), omlettes, spare ribs/steak/fish from the grill! So you can get all you want the breakfast and then you need the whole nothing till the dinner :D -) very polite and kind staff all over the place -) beautiful "garden area" -) very beautiful decoration of the room with the romantic package -) big balcony with whirlpool
-) the whirlpool on the balcony could have been cleaner
We appreciate the hotel accepting us and treating us very well, the staff was very welcoming and gracious. It was a perfect place for us for an important time in our lives. The food was outstanding and the location was great, not too close or too far from the center of town. The area is a bit higher so there were pleasant cooler breezes during our stay. I will inform my coworkers, family and friends about this peaceful place.
Great service, nice place, clean and good food.
A little noisy in the nite.
The food was really nice! Specially on Saturday when we get a buffet in the morning with all those different dishes.
Air conditioning is missing. We had a little fan, but was not helping too much.
Beautiful hotel with a great view of the city and volcano. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well taken care of. The staff is extremely friendly.
The place is far from any shopping, restaurant and activities. This is basically a weekend resort. So, during the week, the place is pretty much dead. They close their restaurant at 7 PM. The bar is only open on the weekends. This all means, there is no dinner at the hotel. Either one has to go out again which is a big pain, or should stay out for a long time which is very inconvenient, or buy something from grocery store and have it at the room. some of the restaurants deliver, but you don't want to eat pizza and tacos every night. The rooms are nice , but not quiet. The walls are thin and one can hear everything. During weekends, when people stay up until 2-3 in the morning, forget about falling sleep. People are loud and inconsiderate. During the week nights, it is quiet.
