Great experience! Excellent location for a business/leisure combination.
Stunning location..very modern bedrooms..excellent bathroom..friendly staff..very good food..definately exceeded our expectations. Have already recommended it to friends in Jersey. Will certaiinly use the hotel again..perhaps for a weekend break from Jersey Difficult to find !!
Clisson is a beautiful town and the hotel is in a stunning location. We would love to return for a longer stay and enjoy the surroundings at leisure. This time we only stayed one night passing through. Very difficult to fund the hotel and access by car is also difficult. The Aircon system did not work and one of the staff on duty tried to pretend it was working fine.
nice staff, clean rooms and sanitaries internet acess
It was a very nice modern hotel, which fitted in with it's much older surroundings. The staff were friendly and the room was great. Also it was reasonably priced. It was difficult to find.
This is a charming hotel. All of the staff and the unassuming propieter were anxious to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We found the fare in the restaurant of a very high standard, if unusual to our palate, an experience.
The hotel is quirky and charming, its location peaceful, the staff supportive, the rooms interesting, the gourmet food outstanding. Nothing
Very good hotel looking like countryside style- romantic and quit atmosphere. The room was great with nice view. Breakfast was expensive and not delicious.
Very good restaurant. poor television set; bathroom a bit poor: not easy to take a shower in bath without a shower curtain.
The house. This place is wonderfull to stay
A really peaceful quite place to relax and enjoy some luxury. Great food. Worth the money. Pool could have been cleaned better.
Most positive was our upgrade to a most beautful room from our classic room booking at no extra charge. The opportunity to experience staying in such an historic and beautiful chateau without it being pretentious and overdone. The sense of place and time has been preserved in its restoration which makes it stand apart from 'noveau' restoration projects which usually lack sympathy and understanding for the original buildings. One small item would be that there sitting/lounge room could be made more homely with more comfy couches. This would also add more warmth to the adjoining cloister walkway and help balance out the beautiful stonework within the overall building.... ie a touch of softness..
The food vg No wifi in rooms- 3 Flights of stairs no lift- No check out till 9am
