9.6 Excellent
Pros: 1. clean air, peaceful atmosphere - actually it’s Pyeongchang’s pros 2. good service, kind staffs 3. good breakfast 4. clean room 5. restaurants near the hotel - Domino’s really good!
Cons: 1. poor sound proof 2. old carpet’s smell
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Receptionists and room
Cons: Restaurant, especially staffs
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, you can sleep with open window-very silent, rooms have balconies, good starting point for excursions. Quiet ok english speaking staff members
Cons: The lobby bar closes at 10:30pm - then no chance to get any drinks in the hotel. The slippers in the hotel room did not look new. Air condition seems to be very old.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Parking was included with the room, location was close to all the places we wanted to visit.
Cons: Perhaps a bit more choices in restaurants would have been nice. I think there was only one plus the lounge.
7.7 Good
Pros: Service,clean,neighborhood
Cons: Breakfast should be free it's 4star hotel
7.1 Good
Pros: The room condition was generally good. Bedding was clean and comfortable which was beyond my expectation. Air-conditioning was also good.
Cons: The quality of restaurant buffet was poor. Dinner BBQ buffet was over-priced considering its quality. Price of wine was ridiculous. 10 times more expensive than retail price and 3 times more than other usual hotel restaurants. Breakfast buffet was better than dinner.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: I cant find what I didn't like
7.1 Good

Pros: We loved this hotel! It was completely deep in the nature, the interior was so cozy and also the owners were a couple that lived there and they were just so nice! They had a small farm and they gave us a lot of vegetables and were so kind! We loved everything it was great to bring my parents there and show them koreans’ 정 (affection, love)! Thank you so much for everything! Love from Italy!
Cons: Nothing at all. It was perfect! Don’t forget to bring the car though!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were lovely & nothing was too much trouble. They picked us up & dropped us off at the ski slope each day. They also eagerly helped me with ski hire. We were very early in the season so not all slopes were open, but the hosts will drop you at either Yongpyong or Alpensia resorts. Good location - it was easy walking distance to really good restaurants & supermarkets. The room was huge, very clean & tidy. An easy place to relax after a day of skiing. All we could have wished for to enjoy our holiday in Pyeongchang. Thank you! Hope to be back.
Cons: Nothing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Host provide free transport from and to alpensia resort. Bring us to borrow ski shoes too for free. They help us to communicate with the ski rental shop as they don’t know English. The room was warm even outside was so cold (-10 and below) Near by got restaurant but need to walk under cold weather if you go in winter. There is a kitchen for you to prepare food too. Thank you so much for your great help!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was really cozy. The hosts are great, they help us a lot for our skiing.
7.5 Good
Pros: It’s so cute. The owners take care very good, if you have any information you can ask them.
Cons: The location’s on the hill, you need to have a car. A bit far from the city if you walk.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The pension owners were the kindest hostesses we have ever met! Besides the cleanliness, comfort and other characteristics, the owners went beyond their way to make us feel welcome. Moreover, they took us everyday to the ski tracks in Yongpyong, helped us with gear rental and ski lessons. If you intend spend one week or more in this area this is a great place to stay, great value for your money.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room and nice people. Kids love the house and we enjoyed a good time for skiing
7.9 Good
Pros: Unique design of the room. Host is very friendly and nice. Great service provided. Room is clean and spacious.
Cons: The shower was a bit inconvenient as it joins together with the toilet. The hot water is a bit hard to adjust.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great resort for skiing. Very close to lifts, many restaurants, bowling . Convenient shuttles to Seoul- center and airport
Cons: futon beds are ok, but linen is little dirty
7.9 Good
Pros: It was satisfactory in every aspect. However, the local transportation was a total mismanagement and terrible.
Cons: The local transportation - to and from the train station - was a total disaster and extremely discouraging to foreign travelers. Although we had to take taxi, the shuttle bus company is totally mismanaged, disorganized, did not keep the schedule, everyone involved in was evasive, not helpful, and almost shocking to foreign travelers.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: The sheets did not look like they were changed from previous guest. There was a towel hanging in our towel with a red stain. I also didn't like that you had to pay extra for hotel facilities such as the gym and the pool.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I like everything about the room except they dont do the cleaning everyday. We stay in the kondo korean room fit 4 persons so we can do cooking.Even they provide the rubbish bin but i think the hotel should at least throw the rubbish out everyday expecially for guess stay more than a night.
Cons: The rubbish bin
7.9 Good
Pros: We stayed in Tower Condominium. The twin rooms are a good size, with plenty of space and storage for two people with luggage, and cooking, eating, and relaxing. There was a decent view from the balcony. The location is ideal, right by the bottom of the ski area. There are eateries downstairs in Tower Plaza, although some are very over priced. There's also a small supermarket and lockers, if needed. The rear exit of Tower Plaza is a short 5 min walk to the gondola, ticket office and ski rental area.
Cons: The soap/shampoo dispenser was empty in both rooms and we seemed unable to control the thermostat in either room, so it was too hot for me (underfloor heating, I think). N.B. We went in mid-March. For the best snow conditions and access to all runs, I'd recommend going Jan - mid-Feb. For us, half the runs were closed and the snow conditions were very poor. Also, many of the facilities were closed. But we knew that before we went.

Pros: Nice family run Korean style guesthouse. Stayed here for the 2018 Winter Olympics due to convenient location. Cheaper than other nearby options.
Cons: Not a fan of shared bathrooms but the facilities were very clean. Not on a main road but near the Olympic venues.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The guest house is very nice and they also provide pickup service from the Jinbu train station, which helped me a lot. At dinner time, they drove us to the restaurant and we had a lovely dinner together. If you wonder why they also name them egg house, you will find out once you get there. I really love the big smile they have on their faces. Thank you all!
Cons: Not that I can think of
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I went there for the Olympic games and it was conveniently close to a lot of action (biathlon, cross country, ski jumping, alpine skiing, sliding sports). Owners very helpful even with language barriers. Even with super cold weather, the temperature in the room was great.
Cons: It is far away from any shops, restaurants, cafes etc. still the owner will drive you there at a small fee. Because it was Olympic games time the price was super high, still preferable than going back to Seoul every night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location. Nestled in the mountain and 10 minute drive from yongpyong ski resort. The owners of the house are realky great. They helped us with everything and were always around the property.
Cons: You need a car or must arrange for a taxi which is very expensive there.

The room was newly renovated, and comfortably warm even during winter. Response time for messages and questions was very quick and efficient.

Pros: at this area, if you dont want to spend money for ski resort or pension, this place is the best option. But price is the only advantage you should expect. restaurant, bakery and everything you need is at walking distance.
Cons: Housekeeping quaity is not satisfying. I still found many stains and hair in my room.
