Very nice hotel, close to the town centre, good restaurant
Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was good and clean and food was ok too. No.
the lobby was very nicely decorated
Although connected to a Casino it was very quiet The bar shut at 11pm although there were other bars in the area
big rooms, very clean, great breakfast and the closest to a "king bed" you will find in rural Austria no
Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Staff really nice. Wlan signal could have been stronger to reach the room better.
This was a decadent hotel, which needs a renovation.
good sized bedroom. poor dinner menu also not repreented in english.
Great staff. Good breakfast, ample parking, convenient stopping off point
every thing and the staffs too
very helpfull staff, nice looking room, no problem with car parking Unbelievable stench coming from room carpet...mice?!?!?!?! it was so hard to stand it all the night...never again in this very room. Hotel too far from the city centre
Convenience to Feldkirch and area. The new dining room a big improvement. The evening food served in the bar was excellent Only one pillow per bed. Two would have been far more comfortable
The staff was helpful in locating a restaurant and in enabling us to eat later for breakfast.
Very satisfactory. The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly since we know next to nothing about the place and the country we wanted to visit- Liechtenstein. No Airrconditioning.
Very helpful staff & clean room. Nice cheese etc. store around the corner & decent pizzeria close by. I didn't like the location, there was no mini-bar, styling was a little 70s, the meat (ham/salami) at breakfast was only medium quality. The area smelt quite strongly of cow.
We stayed overnight at this hotel during our trip from Milan to Munich. It was a good rate for the hotel close the highway. Very Old Hotel and needs major renovation. The bed and linens were not changed for many many years and had very specific smell. This is not ok for 21st century.
This is not a 4* star hotel: reception is closed during night; no minibar in the room; no safe box in the room; small very cheap TV; no English language channels; very thin, narrow and low quality mattress; no toiletries in the bathroom (just liquid soap dispenser). And more: smelly rooms, dirty carpets and towels; I had a pile of cow or horse manure just below my windows. Great disappointment!
charming and great local food.
very quiet, agreable
Very kind staff, parking facility, good internet connection, comfortable and clean room. There is also an area for children outside, with slope, swing, etc. next to the bar and restaurant windows
Lovely ambience and village location. Would be helpful if the website indicated evenings when restaurant is closed; this was the case on the Sunday evening of my stay. Fortunately there was one open within walking distance, which was of a very good standard.
the resturant in the hotel was great, good food with style, good stuff and good vibe
The location and the standard of the hotel is excellent and I don't think the pictures do it justice. The restaurant food is lovely however breakfast cooked in the morning would have been appreciated although the continental was good. The rooms are really clean and fit for purpose although they could do with updating. Don't let this put you off though they aren't that bad, its just an observation.
It was stated that it was 39.4k from the ski resort however it was actually 70k from the resort
It was en route to our skiing destination. We were very disappointed that the restaurant is now closed at week-ends. We had booked the hotel on the strength of the restaurant, which we had experienced last year, and it had made an excellent start to our holiday. The hotel is basic but the restaurant made it worth the stay. We would make other arrangements if we were to visit the area again in future years.
Nice hotel in a great spot for exporation of the area. Wish we could have stayed longer. Nice restaurant
I have stayed one night only on a business trip and arrived late night, well after closing hours of reception. It was at about 02.20, still the door opened at arrival and key on the reception desk with my name and welcoming instructions. Very good feeling after 10 hour drive in rain, fog and snowing at the end. Nice people indeed! Actitud perfect and most professional. I loved the short stay. Everything at place. Countryside beatiful and and I tasted real cheese at the breakfast instead of junk food we have at the multimarkets...if you understand what I mean. I wish to thank you too for this great experince and please convey my thanks to Hotel andministration if you can!
we stayed in the apartment instead of the room, bigger for 2 adults and 2 kids I don't like how this hotel and others that you have to pay a % for children; I have a degree and hotel and restaurant management; I like the lodging side of the US- kids are free.
Staff very good Poor breakfast and no social area, just a few seats in reception
The personell (I think that he is the owner) was very very friendly and helpful!! I can recommend...
The location of the hotel, easy access to four countries and across the street from the train station.
Cheap price for this comfort. The staff was extremely professional!
Lovely town, good room, good restaurants locally A bit noisy if room at the front
Easy to find, adequate parking, good for an overnight. Located across the street from the Bahnhoff meant a noisy night with the window open.
hotel is located near the main road on our way to At. Anton so next morning quickly on our way again. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. We were with two tall people who could not normally stand in the shower. Further the isolation was not very good. During the night we heard people having a shower, going to the toilet, talking etc.
It was very clean and the staff was nice. It was right across from the train station which is a hang out even when trains stop running. There were fireworks or some sort of really loud explosives set off from 2100-2130 for some reason (maybe to get the birds out of the trees) It truly sounded like a war zone. It was incredibly hot in the room. This was the worst night I spent in all of the hotels I stayed at in Europe. It was very expensive also. It is hard traveling in Europe with older children. You have to pay for two rooms. It's too bad this hotel is located in such a noisy area because it is overall very nice.
The central location was excellent, as was the english spoken by the reception staff. Air conditioning would have been helpful. We found the evening meals to be somewhat expensive so we sought out the local restaurants instead.
Lack of airconditioning
everything is very nice! I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Very close to old town, shopping, restaurants. Short walk from train station. Room was very modern, clean, and well appointed. None.
the atmosphere of the room was modern but also very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and like new. the beds (mattresses and covers) were of excellent quality, I slept better then in most other hotels I have been (and I travel a lot). the staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast good and the restaurant excellent. no complaints
Good location, family atmosphere, very quiet and good restaurant. Perfect bathroom!!!
Very friendly and helpful staff; free parking in a pedestrian old Swiss town, breakfast included in rate (many European hotels now tack on as much as 10 euros per person for breakfast). Most of the amenities of a more Luxury class hotel.
Good sized room, bathroom with bath Slightly faded appearance, expensive for what it offered. Difficult to find way to car park through very narrow pedestrianised streets.
It is a convenient stopover after arriving at Zurich. A good staff and great dining. Old world charm.
The and room was large and the bathroom was spacious with plenty of counter space. Parking is nearby. My tall sons' room on the top floor had slanted ceilings. The hotel was difficult to find with a car.
Room was smart, modern and clean. Breakfast was ample and the choices on offer were good. Evening meal was in a nice restaurant area, also the food was very good and realistically priced The room could have benefitted from air conditioning as it got very hot in July. If the window was left open you could not fail to hear the church clock chiming.
its a nice ans easy hotel :) very nice hotel
spacious new room, nice materials
Good value for the money, good breakfast, good restaurant Like many place in central europe, church bells in the morning...
That it was easy to arrange my late arrival.
nice hotel for a reasonable price there is chirch with a clock which rings every 15 min all niight.
Location: You can walk up the hill on the other side of the street and after 15-20 minutes you are in Liechtenstein. Pets: are allowed. The breakfast time ends a little bit early, at 9:30. If you happen to stay there at the weekend when there are more guests, you will have to get up early if you don't want to miss the best pieces.
Great restaurant. Dinner was excellent. The room could have been a little cleaner, but wasn't horrible. Nice, homey feel.
Very nice and new room.
Nice room, good price. No
The heated bathroom floors and the staff were very nice. Smoke smell from the smoking rooms in the hallway.
The position in the old town Without minibar inside the room A bad breakfast
reception staff helpful
Löwen serves breakfast and you can order a pizza, but there is no real restaurant service in the evening. This is not too bad because there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Another point is the prominent presence of a betting office located in the same building when you arrive via the Schlossgraben. This devaluates the "quality" image of the Löwen hotel.
Hotel location, food and the spa services. It was a nice experience!
the location. In the middle of the centre. Broken TV set.
in centre of city, silent, very big room with even little salon, good breakfast, friendly service no bar in room
central-situated,friendly,good services,modern design
Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast.
Ver modern rooms. Excellent location. A bit of traffic noise at front of hotel. Free internet access. Breakfast superb ! N/A
We only stayed one night but were treated very well by the owner's son. He gave us a good tip on a restaurant. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was quite modern, and the breakfast was great,
Staff was helpful answering my questions.
Fine for solo traveller and business use, not suitable for families or for those seeking full service hotel
clean, efficient vrey basic
Yes it's clean and confortable good value for the money
Nice hotel, near to the highway. 1 night there. Perfect if you travel somewhere, and you need 1 night during your journey.
Good Wi-Fi, clean and nice room. No staff seemed to be on premises - check in was via a computer. Made me concerned what would happen if I locked myself out or something along those lines.
We decided to stay at the hotel again since we had good experience before. And, it was a good decision. The hotel owner and staff were so kind to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.
The surrounding scenary was beautiful and the local transport was good staff were pleasant
Good service and very clean. The backyard is beautiful and a must for little kids.
good selection for breakfast
Nice staff, clean rooms and good food
The room was clean and quiet with very nice surroundings. The service was below average: no one was at the reception when we arrived at 16:00 and the hotel door was closed, we ordered scrambled eggs for breakfast but only after 20 minutes we were informed (after having asked twice!) that they were not ready and we had to take the boiled ones instead. This is poor for a 4-star hotel at this price range.
Clean, warm and tidy youth hostel, renovated 700 year old building, looked a bit deserted from the frount, but inside is warm, clean and cosy. helpful honest staff usual facilities found in hostels bars and take away nearby v cheap excellent value and recommneded if you are happy with youth hostels - be warned youth hostels are not hotels If you know what to expect from youth hostels, there are no complaints at all there were a lot of young children in a school trip here though that suprised me and meant we had to watch our p's and q's ;)
pretty funny design
Very nice hostel; reasonably close to the train station; interesting old building; clean bathrooms. Highly recommend.
