Pros: The breakfast was good and everything was clean.
Cons: There was only one person working the front desk when I was trying to check out. She had stepped away and there were several of us waiting for a long time...

Pros: Clean rooms, great breakfast, great pool, welcoming staff, great breakfast great location. I would stay here again.
Cons: would have loved 2 queen bed rooms that were adjoining, but this configuration doesn't exist, online or in person. If I could have chosen that option or been better described if it was an option I would have chose that.
Pros: Fair price.
Cons: Front desk check in was very slow.

Cons: The building was undergoing major renovation. The front desk was in an entrance hallway. The pool, sauna and fitness center advertised on the front sign were all closed. During check-in the fire alarm went off five times. There was scaffolding around the building and men with hardhats on the elevators removing wheelbarrows of cement and other materials. Ceiling tiles were missing as electrical work was being done and large equipment and machinery was being operated near hotel guest rooms. The parking lot was full of construction trucks and trailers and signs were posted that guest assumed all liability for accidents. Once I decided not to stay, management refused a refund. Horrible customer service and a worksite that is likely illegal in some way to have the public moving in and out of.
Pros: The staff was very pleasant and the pool was amazing as well as the hot tub. The housekeeping was great. very friendly and very polite.
Cons: Couldn't connect to the internet.. it took too long to work.

Cons: They were out of shampoo, not a major issue, but an inconvenience. Lights from the parking lot were a bit bright.
Pros: We had a good sleep and good breakfast. Pool was good too.
Cons: I cannot think of any.

Pros: The pool and staff were wonderful and inviting
The bed was so soft and comfy.
Cons: There was a stain on one of the blankets and the floor had left over crumbs by one side of the bed.
Pros: The location, staff, and cleanlyness is great! The rooms are super small but comfortable beds. The rest of the facilities for guests could use renovations and upgrades.
Pros: The staff was helpful. I had to get to the airport early, so I checked out before 5am. My flight was changed to the next day, so I went back to the motel. They gave me back my room until the regular checkout time, so I got some more sleep. I would've stayed again that night, but my mom wanted to stay downtown to watch the boats go through the locks.
Cons: The walls are thin, but that wasn't a huge issue under the circumstances. The bathroom sink drained slow. There were two shampoos in the bathroom, but no body lotion. No significant room for improvement.
Pros: I can t think of anything.
Cons: The room was to small, no desk space, tv was old. They added an extra occupancy tax afterwards. You can hear people in the next room talking.
Pros: We had never been to the U.P. before we found everything very easy to find and the people running the Super 8 were extremely helpful and our stay was very pleasant we would come back again if we were ever in the area.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons: Although we had a smoke-free room, I woke with a headache and nauseated from the smell of smoke. You can smell it everywhere and eating at the restaurant with the smoke smell was nauseating.
Pros: The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Cons: Facility appeared rather"tired".
Pros: We had the pool to ourself and the hotel was off to the side from the casino. Made it nice that we didn't have to hear that all night long.
Cons: There was no free breakfast.
Pros: The price was very good and the room was comfortable. I liked the king bed and the fact there was a couch so you didn't have to sit on the bed to watch tv. It was quiet when we were in our room, but I think it was due to the lack of people.
Cons: The staff behind the desk were disinterested. We requested a fridge, but when it didn't arrive by evening, we cancelled it. We were charged for it anyway and I had to go down and have it taken off our bill. There was some wrappers and stuff on the floor in the halls and gaming areas that layed there a couple days. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room. I had to call down and request it. Buffet was terrible and overpriced.
Pros: Price and location
Cons: Parking lot wasn't plowed but I guess it was because it was always full. Very hard to find a spot to park. Yes I could have used valet but that's not convient when you are staying in the east wing.
Pros: The food at the little cafe was great, the man playing traditional Indian music was awesome and very friendly
Cons: The staff seemed extremely busy, there were long black hairs under the bed sheets, the room was old and needs updating/repairs
Pros: Very nice hotel and cheap price. Everything was clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly. Good size gaming areas.
Cons: Nothing was wrong with this hotel to me

Cons: The bed was horrible. At knee height. And you felt the springs through mattress. Also had a major slant to mattress. I don't think the AC was working but it was cool enough outside at night to crack the window.
Pros: It was easy to find. The girl on the phone was helpful with directions.
Cons: We were given fist floor room. Next to the syairwell with the head of the beds next to it. Of course people were going up and down all night to smoke outside of the door. The little dog down the hall barked for at least 2 hours while his people were gone.
Pros: The hotel was updated and remodeled and check in was fast
Pros: Good location. Clean.
Cons: The bed a lil too hard
Pros: Very accommodating when we needed more light in the room.
Cons: Too small for a kingsize bed. No room for a chair to sit on. It was all bed and dresser.
Pros: Most staff was friendly.
Cons: The bed and chair in room where woren out and not very comfortable
Pros: The location was good to what we wanted to do. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful!
Cons: Nope not that I can think of.
Pros: Not a lot. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: Found a dirty, dusty toddler sock. Room felt more like a kennel with no carpet on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
Pros: The cost was the lowest around the area.
Cons: We were in a handicap room and could not change, even though there was other rooms. The room had no table or chairs. We had to sit on the bed. Plus our room was noisy and could here people talking in lobby and the room next to us.
Cons: I paid for a King size bed and got a room with one Queen size bed. Front desk said they would put in a roll away but after waiting 2 and a half hours the front desk said they had no roll away. Tried to contact the manager but got no response or call back.
Pros: Price - didn't need anything fancy. just a convenient place to stay for the night.
Cons: Noisy. Wood floors which help with the cleanliness, but noise level was really high.
Pros: Very clean sheets good breakfast and staff were accommodating.
Cons: Paper thin ceiling. Heard upstairs noise. Late night people above us. Hard to sleep.

Pros: Location is great! Within walking distance to most, if not all, local attractions. For a budget hotel, it was quite clean. No signs of bed bugs. I was just looking for a place to sleep for the night and this motel is just that. Will use again if needed.
Cons: Has a slight odor but nothing too bad. It could use a little interior updating as the decor is outdated.
Pros: Location was great to the downtown. Price was good.
Cons: Can't complain about anything for the price we paid. Owner was very Nice and accommodating.
Cons: Bathroom next to the bed in room# 114 that we stayed. Room had a strong overpowering smell of jasmine fragrance.
Pros: The clerk (owner?) was very friendly and knowledgable about Sault Sainte Marie. He answered the questions we had quickly and accurately.
Pros: This hotel was spotlessly clean, the owner was very nice/helpful, and the location was perfect downtown and by the locks. Right next-door to the Tower of History. Probably the cleanest dog friendly room I have ever had.
Cons: The hotel was extremely dated. I had read the other reviews ahead of time so I was not really surprised. It's a budget hotel so I really wasn't expecting much. As long as your don't care about the looks of the hotel it's a clean, safe, budget place.
Pros: The Ojibway is right in downtown Sault Ste. Marie close to shops, restaurants, the Soo Locks and historical sites. They have a very friendly staff.
Cons: The Ojibwa is historical and is starting to show its age. My room had a vaulted ceiling which needed some cobweb attention. It also had an old green chair that either needed to be reupholstered, or thrown away. There was no refrigerator in the room, and the television needed to be upgraded.
Pros: clean rooms, friendly staff, great location
Cons: older & needed some updating of rooms and decor

Pros: Easy to get to.... Clean and friendly management.
Cons: Stairs to upper level.
Pros: Everything was clean. All ammenities were present. Shower worked great. Plenty of hot water. Staff went the extra mile to accomodate our needs.
Cons: The air conditioning unit in our room was falling apart. The room smelled musty.
Pros: very clean, friendly owner, drive up to room, pet friendly
Cons: a little outdated and the fried made a lot of noise at night.
Pros: The staff was great. The manager or whoever he was gave me a room with 3 beds so my 2 kids could have a bed to themselves. The room was clean. He was very nice and helpful. Overall, was very satisfied. Would recommend & would stay again.

Cons: The room wasn't cleaned very well and there was things in the room that didn' work.
Pros: It was very basic. There was a decent pool but the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was yogurt, breads, cereal and warm up eggs. It is located with most of the other hotels and about a 5 minute drive from the locks. I think it is next to a Walmart.
Cons: There must have been a junior high school baseball tournament in town because the hotel was full of young girls and their family. I believe the staff were annoyed by this and some what cold/unfriendly. We were given a handicapped accessible room but the shower head was below waist level at all times and the tub would not hold water for a bath. We didn't mention this to the staff because the hotel was very crowded. There is a small dated jungle gym with some broken features near the parking lot for kids. There were nails sticking out.
