From Martin Berasategui, a Michelin three-starred restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain to the best restaurant in the world, NOMA in Copenhagen, Denmark, Chef Meza has taken his learnings from each experience to create a truly unique dining experience for patrons here at Jalisco Norte. Meza’s dishes reflect Mexican heritage and tradition, while sticking to the philosophy of obtaining only the highest-quality ingredients and maintaining standards of high-end service required of the best restaurants. He draws inspiration from his family. During his travels through his home country from Oaxaca, Puebla and Yucatan, and from those towns, he crafted menu items that pay homage to its people, cultures and customs.
