Could check in early, had a big room, staff was friendly and distinct
seemed to be a bit lonely, quiet, hardly see anyone
The location is perfect
The room didn't have soap or shampoo
Once we found the hotel (above a shoe shop in a pedestrian area of the city) we enjoyed the nearby town square restaurants
We arrived by car and with limited knowledge of German had great difficulty in finding the hotel, one way street systems and where to park (underground complex) - additional charges included parking and a local tax adding 10 euro to the advertised cost
The location was astounding, so close to everything. The staff were great and so helpful.
Here and in all of the german hotels i`ve staying at have little or no shampoo. It might be a German thing. The breakfast was ok, not to my liking but others seemed to enjoy it!
Cleanliness of the room.
Clean; well located for the centre of town.
At €155/night, the room was twice as expensive as normal - but three was little choice due to a trade fair in town. Very slow check-out process - we queued for 20 minutes as one guest at a time slowly had an invoice typed out.
The room was very good, recently renovated with a good standard of the interior.
The hotel was under reconstruction at the point of our arrival, no staff was available, all doors closed and no one answered on the telephone. Later in the afternoon we got in contact with someone in the staff that did not seem quite competent for the job. However, let´s hope this was a beginning of something that could be developed to an excellent hotel, situated just in the center.
the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of my just renovated room
Construction workers started at 6:15 A.M. banging outside hotel window. No breakfast or food machines. Tv Satelite was dis-connected and did not work. Room very hot. Was not told hotel was under construction.
Small family-owned hotel. Very gently athmospere.
