Pros (+) Love the friendly and pleasant staff. Mrs. Carolyn was an amazing help with everything. She even move us to a room that would accommodate the disability of my mother and myself.

Cons (-) The first night the room wasn't what I expected as far as cleanliness. We had a face cloth hanging over our tub from a previous guest and house keeping must have missed. I was truly unhappy with the amount of hair strands (look like pubic hairs) that appeared in the bathroom, the towels and face clothes didn't appear to be there best either. The young lady at the desk handed us brand new towels an...

Pros (+) Free actual breKfast, not just a pop tart, it’s close to a shopping center for items you might need or food, and the parking lot is safely lit.

Cons (-) Wish the beds were more comfortable, they were ok, the Sheets were clean, but the tub had hair in it. Not unclean, just random.

Cons (-) I reserved 3 rooms for 2 days. I needed to cancel a room because one of the 3 group members couldn't make it. However, I had to cancel and rebook, which doubled the room price. So I kept the original 3 rooms because it was cheaper and found someone to take the 3rd room. I found a cockroach in my room. one of the other rooms found dog poop. Never staying there again.
