Pros: We had amazing time in Le Case dei Baff. Amazing place, amazing view, big and clean rooms. Don't miss the homemade dinner, it was the best dinner we ate in this trip. And of course, the biggest advantage in this place is the amazing family!
Pros: Wonderfully spacious room, bathroom and shower were nice, very clean. The restaurant was extremely good, great service and the food was THE BEST! It was great to be able to use the free bikes. The owners went out of their way to make our 7 night stay excellent. The tour of their facilities was a highlight. All in all, this is a great place to stay.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
Pros: This is a lovely hotel run by a very friendly family will return !!
Pros: We had a great time in Le Case dei Baff. The room was very nice, clean and big, and the dinner in the hotel's restaurant was excellent! Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.
Pros: The hotel is set in a beautiful location beneath mountains and Vineyards. There are beautiful hikes and drives just a few minutes away and the location feels like you are right in the heart of rural Italy. The hotel and room itself were well appointed and very clean.
Cons: The hotel restaurant was closed on Monday’s which was the night I stayed. It did mention this on the website so that was my fault for not checking. The issue is that it appeared that Monday is also everyone’s day off. As such, I did not see anyone from the hotel until breakfast the next morning! I spoke to the hotel and was told I could let myself in via a key they had left for me. When I couldn’t find the key, I was let in by a friend of the hotel who located it for me. I couldn’t find another restaurant within walking distance and messaged the hotel, and to be fair they came back quickly and recommended a reasonable pizzeria down the road. This was the only walkable option. It was very surreal to have had no contact at all for the majority of my stay, I would definitely recommend that someone at least welcomes guests and gives a little information.

Pros: In The most beautiful part of Morbegno, near landmarks of the village and the historical center
Cons: Breakfast and dinner were bland
Pros: Excellent breakfast, great town.
Cons: Staff are correct, professional and courteous, though not outgoing to be extra-friendly.
Pros: The location in Morbegno was great for us. Breakfast was good. Mostly carb options but we did have yogurt, hard boiled eggs (once) and some sliced meat and cheese. Coffee and tea can be ordered. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite large with both a tub and a stall shower. This was the first shower in our 2 week trip that didn't leak all over the floor so they get points for that. The staff doesn't speak much English and our Italian isn't great either. But we managed to communicate the essentials. Bring Google Translate!
Cons: The safe wasn't very effective as it was not attached to the room/walls so anyone could walk off with the entire safe. But we didn't feel as if we needed it anyway. Parking was the biggest challenge. We got back late on 2 nights and there really wasn't a spot left. Once we left the car on the road, risking someone running into it. And the other night we just parked and blocked other cars since there wasn't anywhere else to put the vehicle.

Pros: The owner Emanuela was extremely kind and gentle. Me and my 2 friends arrived 30 minutes later of the check-in time but she welcomed us without problem. Her husband prepared a delicious dinner for us with taroz, tagliatelle with fresh Porcini mushrooms and Pizzocccheri even if we were the last ones in the dining area. They also provided us with a big room only for the 3 of us. The place is recently restorated with wood and is nice, clean and arranged with taste. I definitely reccomend this place for who wants to have a taste of the Val di Mello with all the conforts and great food!
Pros: The surrounding is just breathtaking. As you leave the Valtellina valley and you climb higher and get closer to the village (Tartano), you'll see more and more of the picturesque Orobie-Valtellinesi National Park. If you're lucky, you can get a room with a balcony from which you can see the snowy mountain caps of the Italian/Swiss Bernina Alps. The hotel room is small but well equipped. The bath as well!! ;) Tips: use the GPS coordinates that the hotel gives you in the confirmation and you won't get lost!
Cons: I expected far more variety when it came to breakfast. It was quite plain indeed: tea/coffee, water/juice and maybe two different types of pastry with butter and different jams. The hotel was maybe not full house or we were too early, i don't know... :o
