La Quinta Inn & Suites are nice - well kept, comfortable and affordable.
Proximity to airport is a plus, facility is your standard la Quinta. Clean.
The shuttle service is very poor. They gave me a time for departure to the airport and proceeded to be very rude because when they called 15 minutes early I wasn't ready right away. This alone is no big deal; however, when returning to the hotel from DIA I ended up taking an uber because the front desk told me the wrong pickup area 2x, I waited and waited, and finally gave up as it was well below freezing out. When I told the front desk about my shuttle issue they finally told me the shuttle does not say "la Quinta" on it in a noticeable way. I guess I was supposed to just know this?
We booked this hotel thinking we could park there, take a shuttle to the airport and leave the car. This wasn't the case because we booked through kayak. Frustrating.
Its great for a quick business stay over in Denver.
Very nice and clean.
Can hear neighbors way to easy.
You usually know what to expect with LaQuinta although this one ranked the lowest of those I have stayed in.
The staff was rude and not very helpful and I was told that because I booked with kayak I didn't get the same services I would get if I booked directly with them.
The room was very nice, comfortable & clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good and had a large selection.
My wife is very disabled, We turned our car in the evening before so we could catch the shuttle to DIA. The driver picked us up at La Quinta, and made a few more stops along the way. He then drove us to DIA. When we all arrived at Dia he pulled up do the Delta side of the airport at door 9 and stated this is as far as I go. Not 1 passenger was flying delta. He was complaining about a new schedule for him starting that day 9-1 so that may have been the reason. When we entered the airport we were at the baggage claim carousel . It took me 30 minutes to get my wife all the way to the other side of the airport where we could get a wheelchair for her, there was no one in that area that could help get a wheelchair. We were flying southwest as well as most of the other passengers. This was a totally uncalled for as other people were be dropped by there buses and vans on the other side of the airport. If I had known that the La Quinta van would not drop us at our gate I would have kept my rental car till the next morning and dropped my wife off myself. Dave Fessler Albuquerque NM.
I didn't stay long enough due to a delayed flight to know about what I liked.
We arrived after midnight due to a 6 hour delay at another airport. We were exhausted and had to get up at 4:00 a.m. for next flight. Despite our fatigue, we attempted to be pleasant with the night clerk. She gave us a room that reeked of smoke and was extremely hot. She did give us another room, but was not very friendly. The hotel is in need of updating.
Free shuttle service to the airport saved us some money
Hotel was dirty. Carpets were filthy and stained in hallways and in rooms. All airport hotels should think to have luggage scales to help out customers that need to prepare luggage.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Always clean and consistent quality
The bed was too soft
Ease of Access/Check In Shuttle to airport Pool Continental Breakfast Staff assistance/friendliness Comfortable
Coffee wasn't very good in breakfast area...but everything else was quick, easy and fun. Thank you!
Great location, very good breakfast that kept up with a very busy breakfast area, spacious rooms, very nice pool and jacuzzi, excellent price.
Small beds and a very busy hotel that was noisy early in the morning.
