Serious need I'd update/patching/paint. Carpets we're filthy
Convenient, comfortable, extremely pleasant staff
No fridge in the room and quite old and outdated stuff
The rooms were comfortable. The overall hotel was quiet. Location was good for our needs around the area.
The overall appearance of the hotel was rather old and musty feeling. The carpets were torn in many places and stained. The breakfast was not really a breakfast- just some bread, oatmeal, fruit and coffee. The front office staff were not friendly and unaccommodating. Our room phone had no cord to operate, we asked several times for a cord which fell on deaf ears. The alarm clock didn't work and was never replaced. They seemed bothered by questions and would rather play on their cell phones than deal with guests. Brutal ! The room power outlets did not all work properly, so use of charges for phones and electronics was a waste of time. The paint was chipped and stained. The fitness room had a universal machine that was in horrible condition and literally falling apart on the floor. I was very disappointed with this hotel and the staff and I never give bad reviews. I was very surprised by the low quality of this Ramada. (I've attached a few pictures, should have taken more for the full experience)
Location was close to what I needed to do.
Nothing in particular.
The staff was an absolute delight. We had a late check in, around midnight, and they were more than ready for us. They also helped us with local restaraunt tips, and storing our bags for the day when we walked the city. The rooms and hallways were beautiful and clean. It definitely had a lot more character than any other chain hotel I have ever stayed out. Will be back if I am in Denver again!
