Proximity to beach, Boardwalk and shops.
It's closeness to the beach, and it's convenience to downtown. We walked to the restaurants we frequented. The water pressure in the shower was low due to the use of a water restrictor in the shower head was the only real negative. The water pressure in the sink, and if you wanted to take a bath, was fine.
Location was great, just a short walk to the beach. They provide chairs and umbrellas which is very convenient. Close to restaurants, etc. The rooms have VERY thin walls! The room itself was clean, spacious, and recently renovated but we could hear every word of the people on either side of us. It was awkward, but fine for a night. I just wouldn't want to spend too much time like that.
Loved the room and attention to detail, it really felt so clean and the breakfast was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! Totally recommend staying here for a romantic getaway with your significant other. Pretty strict on number of guests and significant fee if there is a cancellation.
It was close to the beach, and was close to many restaurants. I had heard so many great things about Bellmoor Inn from friends, so I was really surprised when we had the opposite experience -- particularly since we were paying so much. When we arrived, the management was really rude. We walked in with our 3 year old son, and it seemed like they weren't too keen on having children at the hotel. I had booked a room for 2 people, and had asked for a cot or rollaway bed for our son. They were incredibly rude and mentioned at least 3-4 times that it's not their policy to provide these things, and that we'd need another room. The manager specifically said they didn't have anything and that we'd have to make it work (which was fine). He also mentioned that the garden rooms were for people without kids so that the other guests wouldn't be disturbed by kids waking up in the "middle of the night and crying." Needless to say, we felt incredibly unwelcome. Also, the management at the spa was rude. I went in for a massage, and the lady did not welcome me in, or offer me anything. For the amount that we paid, I wouldn't have expected this. The room was fine -- nothing over the top. On our second day here, we noticed ants all over the bathroom area!! We ended up closing up all of our toiletry bags, and I used the washcloths to wipe away all the ants I could see. A few hours later when I returned from the beach, they were back! I did the same thing -- wipe down the counters. However, I'm surprised that the cleaning crew didn't see them or try to clean that area? My recommendation -- do not stay here.
room was okay fast elevator breakfast was all sugar, no eggs or yogurt or fresh fruit. door lock- was hard to open and hard to lock. I mentioned this and was told "they just opened" and that's why.... thought we were getting a room that faced the ocean and it didn't. Entire building needs some updating Parking had tight spaces
Nice location, good internet, decent view with easy access to beach and Boardwalk. Hotel is dated, parking was cramped in an underground garage, breakfast was all prepackaged foods, although plentiful.
I did not like the fact that I gave ample notice to cancel our reservations due to my daughter being admitted to the hospital. I did not get my full refund. Very disappointing! I will never book from this ever again and I am going to share this experience with friends and family. My name is Damita Carl I was to check in on August 24 for the week.
The entire hotel has been updated recently and it's in the perfect location so that you can park your car in the free on-site garage and simply walk everywhere else you want to go in the area! Traffic getting there was trying, but that is in no part the fault of the hotel!
Location All good
This was a great little spot in a good location, and priced nicely for something not on the water. Lots of the offered amenities weren't available because it was September, which was a bummer. We didn't know about that until we got there, as it's not indicated on the website.
You had to walk 3 blocks for breakfast, front counter was not helpful, pay for parking.
Location, staff, bed TV was old and hard to control. Toilet seat had a bolt missing. Dirty windows and grimy balcony.
Good staff, clean room Rooms open out to exterior walkway, felt very exposed and cheap.
Bein central to the strip was great and walking everywhere was really easy Bathroom was dirty and the bad were not very comfortable
The best parts were free off-street parking, excellent location within walking distance to the main strip and beach/boardwalk, and a great breakfast included at a neighboring hotel. Having a pool was also very nice. Staff was great and very friendly. If you're coming to Rehoboth to enjoy the beach and shops/restaurants, this is a great place to stay. Don't stay here if you're looking for a hotel that has all the amenities that you can live in luxury for your whole trip. The beds were not the newest but not altogether uncomfortable. The biggest con was the shower - the water temperature fluctuated constantly and became scalding.
