Pros: The reception staff are courteously acknowledged and professional
Cons: I was a fan of this hotel and I was one of the pioneers always, but unfortunately there is a serious flaw has happened. The only one thing I can say honestly, is the politeness of the reception staff still the same perfect great quality that I have to admit it.

Pros: Excellent Resort with 5 Stars facilities. The high quality of the staff professionalism, top service, and happy attitude to serve, made our stay even more pleasent. Starting from the manage Mr. Ziyad who took care personally of fixing our booking, to the “Lady in Red” staff who are there to attend to your requests within or outside the hotel in booking restaurants and making recommendations in Beirut, to the staff in the main restaurant making the buffet breakfast a superior experience, and even to the pool staff who are always available, you will always feel that someone is very close by to serve your every need.

Pros: The location was great
Cons: The hotel was dirty. Toilet seat was broken. The staff took 2 nights to provide us with toilet tissue, it was lucky I packed wet wipes. The hotel smelt of damp. The lifts continuously sent us to the wrong floor. The out glass of the window was broken. The electronics were malfunctioning. Not all the lights in the room were operational. The Wi-Fi was poor and required us to continuously log in. The shower head was mouldy. The air filter needed replacing. The shower gel and shampoo were only filled to 3/4, there were two of us staying for three nights? I hope this is helpful.

Cons: Ordering food the hotel wasn’t allowed (we had to argue about it). Some of the staff was kind of rude. There wasn’t a table in the room, I had to put the lamps on the floor to use a table. And the ‘Miss Europe’ contestants (obviously not the official one) were staying at the hotel, so there were a lot of people in the lobby (not hotel guests, mainly shady guys), which was annoying and unsettling.
