Pros: Clean room and bathroom.
Cons: The breakfast was disappointing and by far too expensive for the poor quality and very limited choice. We came to the appointed time at 8:30 but the coffee was not hot anymore; there was no mineral water, no plain yoghurt; basically nothing "healthy" except hard-boiled eggs (also cold) and bananas.
Pros: Super comfortable and clean

Pros: I especially liked the balcony with its view over farmland
Pros: Fresh place, nice owner, super-breakfast.
Cons: Everything was ok.
Pros: Very quiet accomodation. Comfortable beds. Nice sight on the campaign from the balcony. Good place for your car.
Cons: We are very used to go in the B&Bs and also because the welcome is really different versus the hotels. Here, it was really more like at the hotel... what's your name? your room is showed with some information, that's all... no (possibility of) friendly discussion or the woman was too busy for doing so (?)... the next day, you pay anyways within an office with computers and 3 machines for payments ... we felt that this B&B is more for doing business firstly and not for welcoming the people, even if, of course, it is always business, we are not naive... consequently, for us at least, being welcomed in a real B&B would have been important but for the rest, all was ok (the bathtub shutter control was broken however, I forgot to tell). If you are not so sensitive like us to the B&B habits, this accomodation should meet your needs for a quiet overnight.

Pros: Location, parking and breakfast. The room was clean and the bathroom had everything I needed.

When you stay at Guesthouse Elisabeth Hoppe in Emden, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Ostfriesisches Landesmuseum Emden and Kunsthalle Emden.
Pros: Elisabeth was very nice. My bus had a delay. I called her. Also if there is check in normaly just until 8pm, she told me, she will wait for me. It was very nice to do so. I arrived at the end at 8:45pm and it was no problem, because she new it early enough.
Pros: I live in the U.S., and I travel frequently to different states in the U.S., and around different counties in Europe or Asia, so I have stayed and always stay in many different hotels, I must say that staying in this place is the worst experience I have ever had, as a result, I am rating this is the worst place for any traveler. Because it's the person runs this place, her arrogant attitude is the root the problem, it's her uneasiness, her unfriendly attitudes toward guess. Simply put, if she doesn't like people, she is not fit in this business. Simply, Google map can't even find the walking direction for her place, and she doesn't want to simply answer a question for where is place on the map, because her place is in NO WHERE can be find the walking direction through Google map, and she doesn't want to be bother for 1 simple question, then she not be in business. And this happen, simply can't do without your website help to create this monster. This reason I say this is that though I see only 2 "positive commons" posts related to this place since 2014, but guess those a very few good common are the "selected"; any other "negative" ratings are not being post, this is so unfair to us that we can't see the real picture, because we are deceived into a place that makes our travel journey so unpleasant as a result of DECEITFUL practice, I believe that makes us think that your website is very dishonest we can't trust your website to make room reservation anymore. This makes us thinking that your website has NO credibility, not trustworthy for booking rooms from your website.
Pros: Very very clean. Very professionally run with lots of good guidelines ensuring everything ran like clockwork. We had a great sleep in a good bed - room quiet, dark, warm and very clean. Excellent bathroom with super shower. So well run, thank you Elisabeth.
Cons: Double bed mattress isnnotnas supportive as single one.
Pros: A very comfortable bed.
Cons: One towel could be larger (for the shower)
Pros: I stay over in this property on a regular basis. This is my second review of the same property. Last time I wrote that a larger bath towel was missing. Next time I came a large nice bath towel was waiting for me. Ms. Hoppe reacted imediately. On top of it the TV set got better. Almost all channels are in HD. It's a treat to come from work and see the TV in HD. I don't want to recommend the property too strongly because of the danger of not getting a place for myself. Otherwise it's the best choice in Emden!

Pros: The room was great, breakfast was good.
Cons: The location is over a shopping mall, wifi was a problem
Cons: As I was on a business trip it was necessary to get an Invoice for the company and I clearly mentioned it when made reservation. Nothing I received on check-out, tried to call few time later and still no response.

Cons: The shower above the bath wasn't exactly very spacious
Pros: Small room, comfy bed perfect for 1 night. Location good 10 minute walk to town centre. Stayed here before in the loft apartment which I personally preferred. Unfortunately it was booked this time.
Pros: Location is beautifull, apartment is neatly decorated, looks new and clean. Checking in and out is easy. Easy to reach staff for questions. Nice shower, good working facilities. Bakery around the corner. Nice restaurants nearby (walking distance). Close to busstop.
Cons: House is not suitable for people with asthma or other lungproblems, this should be mentioned in description. Appartement is clean but the air is stuffy. Maybe its because of the damp cellar below the appartement in combination with lack of fresh air. Windows have no air-grid. Leaving windows open for a while does not help much. I couldnt sleep well because of this unfortunately. Not a big problem but a tip: having explanation about where to park your car would be nice. Its not clear for those who are not from germany. We found out but it cost us an hour and a half.
Pros: Location was far too small. WC extremely small! Room was not clean!
