10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location with very comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, seafront view. Good supply of towels and toiletries. Staff called 2 days before to inform that we can have an early check-in and helped us with dinner reservations. Hotel was a short walk from the jetty.
Cons: The chairs in the room were too cold and hard. Would prefer them to be cosier. Breakfast and food served in the restaurant were big letdowns. The oranges were rotting and the food tasted unfresh and of poor quality. The kitchen staff themselves were amongst the guests every morning fetching breakfast and drinks for themselves. It would be better if they had their own food set aside since breakfast is already crowded, The restaurant had too many flies day or night which kept landing on the food and buzzing around us. For dinner, the wait for service or for food was much too long. Hope the service of the restaurant can improve and be cleaner.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was confortable, quite big, as the same time simple. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, closed to the walks in the National Park and to friends, resting in the garden or reading in the room, wich was like reading on a balcony with view to the small harbour. Self-made breakfast with delicious home made jam.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful personell. Large and clean rooms. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items and you may help yourself with breakfast. It is not served, but you can take bread, cereals, coffee, milk, juice etc.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The hotel was clean and Comfy, if you get a roo. With a view of the water, it is lovely
Cons: The room is over priced. The breakfast is a do it yourself buffet which could do with better choices. We arrived at 1pm and the Fresh food for breakfast was already in the fridge with no date on is so I have no idea on how long it has been there. The yougart was in litre cartons of of which were half full again no idea how long they had been open.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Realy Nice place away from the highway so no noise:) Clean and homefeel to the stay
7.9 Good
Pros: I like that the owner came all the way in helping the door opening. I was struggling with opening a number lock for some reason at night. And he came from his home..and helped me. I also like the breakfast very much. There were candles on every tables, and the it was a full breakfast. The venue for breakfast is a bit away from the accomodation. But it was worth walking. The place is a cafe renovated from the old school. I really like the feel of the place. And the cook (or waiter) was very kind. The ground floor of the accommodation is some craft shop. It looked interesting.
Cons: I did not take a shower in this place, cause I came quite late. But the owner told me that maybe the hot running water may have been used up by other guests. Which means..hot water supply is not that enough? I don't know. I stayed a single room. And I could hear very well the others on the same floor. Noise protection doesn't seem very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy place, amazing view, very friendly personnel... everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice homestay feeling with very friendly and helpful staff. Extra plus for the staff being available between 10 to 6 pm to answer the questions that arose during our stay.
Cons: Not a thing really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean cozy and fantastic view. Quiet, peaceful surroundings perfect for walks and contemplation. Breakfast was rich and very good with mostly organic products. The host was really service minded and super kind. We recommend a visit at the handicraft shop where you can find useful and beautiful things of all kinds.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really great value for money. Friendly staff! Thank you
Cons: All good
7.1 Good
Pros: The minimal design in the hostel rooms. The facilities in the stuga.
Cons: That it is more a hostel than hotel but the price is more hotel than hostel. The reception and place where you can get the included breakfast is about a kilometre away which is fine if you have a car but inconvenient and time consuming if you're on foot.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice, spacious room with e deck and nice view.
6.3 Good
Pros: Lots of space in the room, clean fridge, good working wifi, bathroom is ok. Balcony with a nice morning view to the lake.
Cons: I had to wait in the restaurant queue to check-in for the hotel. Reception is 700m from the hotel room, not so good when you're travelling by foot and with big luggage. The restaurant (which is also the reception) opens at 10am every day. Checkout prior to that is not possible.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: nothing
Cons: far too expensiv It shall cost 200SEK Not more. Look the breakfast, cold shower. You must the key in a petrol-station. Nothing, nothing good
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: No breafast before 08:00. The room is close to the road E4, noisy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: No one else was in my section of the house/hotel, so I had the place to myself. Nice, since it was shared toilet and shower room. Pleasant, quiet, with comfortable bed. Good to have wash basin/sink in the room. Good and adequate free breakfast, though not super-duper. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, reasonably near Skuleberget and High Coast hiking trail (Höga Kusten-leden). The evening meal I bought at the Docksta Bar restaurant was delicious and served promptly.
Cons: There was no indication on their Booking.com site that the hotel rooms were 700 meters (!) away from the check-in restaurant/baren and breakfast location. There was only one very small sign (easily missed!) for "Docksta Baren" and only "Hotel Rum" on the house where the hotel rooms were located. NOWHERE was there a sign: "Dockstabaren Hotel" as it is named on the Booking.com site, though there was a sign on the Hotel house that said "Docksta Baren 700 meters <----". Confusing and a bit hard to find where to check in, (especially since there is also a different "Docksta Hotel"). Plus it meant a good bit of walking between the two buildings for a tired 70-year-old hiker who had just done the "fairly easy" but STRENUOUS climb up and down Skuleberget. Still, once I knew the situation, I was thankful for a clean and comfortable place to stay overnight for a good price.

5.4 Okay
Pros: The breakfast offering and quality was good. Staff was helpful.
Cons: Breakfast opened very late at 8 am. Breakfast boxes were available for early birds at request before 8 am, but no coffee. The rooms on the east side were noisy because of the gas station and E4. It was extremely hot (by Nordic standards) and no air conditioning.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was for us conveniently located right next to the Höga Kustenleden. The food served was tasty, rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.
5.8 Okay
Pros: - Personal was helpful and helped find taxi in the area - Beds were comfortable - Breakfast
Cons: - Location close to the highway (but you dont heat it from the room at least!) and the bensin station - Could not open the window to have fresh air into the room - Limited warm water in the shower - Really overpriced
6.7 Good
Pros: Good breakfast. Nice to walk around the village.
Cons: Very noisy! We got a room in front of the petrol station. We got woken up few times during the night.

7.1 Good
Pros: Simple, clean bolt hole. Rooms (especially the bathrooms) were compact but functional… and the bed extremely comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast was only cold meats, cheese and bread. There was a small selection of oats and yogurt. The only hot food as such was soft boiled eggs. Everything was tasty but it was a shame no cooked food was available.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful. Really close to the highway. Great position.
Cons: Breakfast could be much better
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The welcome coffee/cookies
Cons: Bright outside lamp disturbing as we were still hoping to see the Northern Lights on a way from Kiruna :), but that's not a fault of the Motell.
8.3 Excellent
