The hotel was not too busy and the view from my room balcony was really nice. The hotel also has a good selection of restaurants to dine in serving great food, which me and my wife enjoyed. The service in the Executive Lounge was probably the best i've encountered with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was allso enjoyable. Overall, I thought the service in this hotel was good and matched that of a 5 Star hotel. The hotel gave me late check-out without any fuss, which I appreciated. The hotel also has a good childrens play area.
The location of this hotel is terrible, it is right under a flightpath. You can hear and see planes fying over you every 4-5 mins. I found this very annoying and played the main contributing factor for me not to return to this hotel. Also, the bedrooms do not have soundproof windows and i was often woken in the middle of the night from the airplane noises. Also, the hotel did not, at the start put us in a room in the Executive Tower. This was very disspointing as we had booked an Executive Suite. The bedroom carpet felt damp and the room had a musty smell. The hotel decor is very dated and needs changing. The beach(if that's what you call it) was tiny.We were all disspointed in this aspect. There is no beach, only a bit of sand in a Marina
Good relaxed atomsphere in the hotel since it was eid !!!!!, nothing was a problem, everything got sorted !!!!
No kettle, water,tea etc in the executive apartments !!!!!
Vicinity to the airport and city.
No market/shopping places near by.
It made a special weekend with my fiance, very special indeed.
I would have like tea and coffee facilities in the room.

I found the juice bar staff and service room staff extremely helpfull. fantastic beach and spa facilities !!! (on a safari trip we would sort out the bill upon our return at 6.30pm. I was really annoyed and i found the staff at reception unpleasant and rude)
I was very disappointed there was no swimming pool in operation during my stay. I was also very annoyed with the reception staff at the end of our stay. Charged to my credit card without me being present and i wanted to clear service charge before being billed. they were aware of this as we had rang the night before to inform them and we had also told them before we went out (see above)
Everything, the exellent staff, fine breakfast, the pool, location etc.
