Pros: customer service was friendly, hassle free, quick to resolve my issue.
Cons: First car offered smelled like smoke. Dollar quickly got us a nice new car. i was happy.

Little more customer service needed
Pros: Quck shuttle service
Cons: We were given no explanation regarding drop off at 5am. Had to stop by day prior to confirm shuttle ran that early. Maybe should have asked at pickup but was in a hurry to pick up other family at airport. No explanation or overview if van.... Here are the keys..ho get it yourself basically.

Car with prior damage and service rep refused to i
Cons: The car had significant damage (Red car with dents and yellow paint transfer) when picked up. Advised service rep and asked her to view damage. She told me to fill out a form and said she wasn't going to view the damage. I was the only person at the lot picking up a car and the vehicle was maybe 50 feet from the door. Asked if damage had been previously reported. She didn't know? Gave her the form and took numerous photos. Also noticed while I had car that the left side doors didn't close properly, like the car had been in an accident. Not viewing the damage is unacceptable!
