Pros:I love that this hotel is pet friendly. Freddy and Guiselle at the Front desk were great! Gladys and Mel at the pool bar always providing amazing service! They keep me coming back!
Pros:Fun place to stay. I was referred by a friend to stay at Nuvo Suites on a little staycation with my family. The experience and service was amazing. Not to mention it's a pet friendly hotel, which is a big plus for me. My dog, Buddy, was the center of attention. The staff and guest were always playing with Buddy. Not only did my family enjoy their stay, but my dog as well. As a hotelier myself, I know how important it is to make sure each guest has a comfortable stay. Nuvo Suites made sure they exceeded our expectations. Special Recognition should be addressed to Guiselle and Jennifer at the front desk. Great attitude and friendly, made my kids and Buddy feel very welcomed. As well as Gladys and Mel at the pool bar area. They catered to our needs and even played with my kids. Breakfast was delicious, Carlos was exceptional. Freddy, the manager was great in assisting us with the booking. Nuvo Suites has a great team and I will definitely will be coming back! Definitely recommend!
Pros:The full kitchen was very convenient. The rooms were relatively clean.
Cons:Throughout every day and night loud flushing noises and running water echoed loudly through the walls of our room in L214. This was initially very scary until we figured out what it was. So we were awoken very early every morning when guest used their toilets by these disturbing abrasive sounds. The breakfast was also some disappointing. In fact of the five night stay we opted to head out in search of breackfast on 3 occasions rather than have the complimentary breakfast. The bedroom space was very cramped as was the shower space.
Pros:The hotel is centrally located to several shopping centers. The breakfast is decent if you can catch it and get a ticket.
Cons:The hotel staff are absolutely horrible. Check-in took forever with no other guests in sight and two people behind the desk. You are forced to valet your car for any length of time. It took me three staff members to solve the valet problems and the valet manager was extremely rude. Breakfast is open for only 2.5hrs and requires going to the front desk to obtain a ticket every morning. My room looked directly into a wall and had numerous stains on the walls and doors. My coffee maker and alarm clock did not work, and the TV reception was so poor I watched netflix on my phone instead. I had a maid walk in as I was nude n the restroom, only to stand and watch me. I can't stress enough how poor of an experience this hotel was.
Pros:I liked the room , wood floors and nice kitchen area . Basically you walk into a room with the kitchen on one wall and a sofa and table on the other. The living area is not cozy but it's clean . The bathroom and bedroom were clean , nice bedding and had black out shades
Cons:The tv quality wasn't good , fuzzy channels . Bathroom area was small . Breakfast was not good . The fruit and pastries was all I are Bc the eggs were undercooked and bacon was very fatty .
