Good service N/A
Convenient location. Served our purpose of only needing a place to sleep and that's it. It was old and noisy. Continental breakfast was coffee and a choice of a plastic wrapped muffin or croissant. When our roomed was cleaned, we were only left with one towel. We called to ask for another and were told he'd look into it and get back to us. We did not hear back.
The room and the bathroom were clean, the parking was free and it was a 5 minute drive from the metro station. The rate was also very good. For the price, this motel was very good.
It had a working bathtub and television. It was very cheap. There was no internet. The room smelled like mold and smoke. It was a bit too long of a walk from the metro with bags. There was a mirror on the ceiling.
it was quiet and clean for one night it's good
The worst experience I've ever had in my life! The room was dirty, and the place is not safe!
Finally falling asleep The attitude of the receptionist/white trash lady
Price is relatively cheaper than others Wifi is not available for all rooms. Breakfast is terrible.
It was close to the event that we were attaining at this time. It did serve us in this short space of time. The mirroe on the ceiling over the bed and tv was on prone.
Old and scummy
Great place. Friendly, helpful proprietor. Recently renovated. The rooms are small but very functional. Quiet location beautiful view of the water. If you are looking to spend time in Montreal it is a bit of a drive.
The bed was a double bed advertized as a queen. It was to small and not comfortable! We thought the price was a bit high for what you get. They even added an extra charge for the coffe at the reception! I would maybe recommend woth some warning in advance
A very peaceful place on the water yet close to Rt 20 and to St Anne's locks and restaurants. Owners are dedicated to keeping the motel to the highest standards and obviously enjoy meeting guests from around the world. Very kind and accommodating.
It has character and the owners are super friendly Water/plumbing smelled a little ...
This is in a great location and check-in was quick and easy. Free parking. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning unit did not work at all. The free wifi was tremendously slow... I felt like it was 1996 trying to search the web. It's a little on the expensive side for a budget motel.
Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished. Bathroom was beautiful. Staff was super friendly and would check on us every day. Plenty of parking and great view of water and Montreal skyline. Would definitely recommend! Can be a little bit of a delay due to traffic to cross bridge into Montreal, depending on time of day, but it's no big deal.
Excellent service, helpful staff. They even had preprinted directions to the local event we were in town for. Nothing.
Great, quiet location convenient to Montreal, Brossard, and St. Hubert. Friendly bilingual staff. The room was clean, comfortable, mostly quiet, and the heating/AirConditioning worked fine. The WiFi was a life-saver. I'd recommend it or stay there again. The location is right on the river, with a bike path 100m from the back door. Got woken up a bit early (8AM) by construction on the site, but only a bit, and clearly they are putting money into the place to renovate it.
Not much. Bed was ok. Entrance a bit scary. Could have done something to brighten the entrance.
Sleazy motel. Tv channel has pornographic. I was with young children and each time i tried to search for kids channel the pornographic channel would come on. What a nightmare!
Located next to a river, we had great time dining next to river
Plenty of free parking spaces. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Free internet. Friendly Staff. Room is small.
The location is good with easy access to the buses which can take you into downtown Montreal for $3.25 CD one way ($6.50 R/T). The hotel is situated on the banks of the St. Lawrence River which is nice. The price is very good for budget-conscious traveler The hotel does rent by the hour. The room had very little ventilation and became stuffy at times.
perfect stay!! nice staff
Inexpensive - you get what you pay for. Run down - funky smell - in need of updates
Well its the cheapest to find not too bad location but looks run down room has an old feel air conditioner looks nasty but works unfortunatly a huuuuge bee got in our room from the air conditioner so be carefull but staff was great room was clean
close to downtown and free parking. good place if you are price conscious, but not a place to bring dignitries!!! staff was ok. didn't clean the rooms every day, but otherwise they were friendly. I would stay again.
The price They had a sign outside advertising they rent by the hour
LOCATED ON THE ST LAWRENCE RIVER. NICE VIEW IN THE EVENING. COULD SEE THE FIREWORKS FROM ACROSS THE RIVER AT THIS LOCATION. ROOM WERE OUTDATED BUT VERY CLEAN, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY QUIET AREA. ROOMS WERE VERY QUIET.
nothing The room I got was compeletely not clean. this was never happened before in my traveling.
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
The lower price, the localisation, it's very quiet. We'll prefer to have a more modern t.v. screen and the color of the wall isn't in today taste! Maybe repaint and change the t.v. screen for a mordern one.
Location close to attractions and restaurants. Quiet and safe. Free parking. Shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was a slice of toast. Bed was as hard as a rock. Room was dirty and ants were all over the bathroom. Water was either scalding hot or ice cold. Faucet was very hard to turn on and off.
The 'breakfast' is just coffee
Nothing My son got bit by bed bugs and developed a terrible allergic reaction😡😡😡
