16.50 for a classically horrible breakfast is ridiculous. C Barrel is 3 minutes away. They should have a shuttle to take folks there.

Pros (+) The walk in shower was my favorite after a long flight it was like my owne personal spa followed by a soft place to rest in the way of a King size comfortable bed. And close to virtually anything you need during your stay, such as: food, entertainment, shopping & within 10 min of the airport

Pros (+) We stayed for 5 days to set up and recover from our daughters wedding. Everyone was wonderful! From check in to check out everyone friendly and helpful. The valet service was outstanding. We will return.

Pros (+) It was new and clean. Restaurant and bar were good, service very friendly.
Cons (-) Internet didn't work, dead plug in the wall. The Internet was a significant annoyance for a company that seems to mostly entertain business travel.

Pros (+) Staff and cleanliness were above average!
Cons (-) The fact I could hear everything happening in the hallway including to kids playing some game at 7:30 am on a Sunday and one guest continually knocking on another guests door while saying housekeeping at least 20 times in two morning.

Pros (+) We loved the staff especially Jade our server in the bar/restaurant. She was amazing and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and recently updated.
Cons (-) The reason we paid slightly more for Holiday Inn over other hotels was for the bar and restaurant. The restaurant was out of everything. It had no chicken, no salmon, half the menu was unavailable. The bar only served beer. I don't drink beer. I wanted a nice glass of wine after 10 hours of driving and to go up to my room. We didn't even chance the rest of our meals there. Which was the point of r...

Pros (+) Location to downtown was great
Cons (-) Staff complained to each other in front of guests, room was small and even though it was a corner room, it only had 1 window. Only 2 elevators for 15 floors and its shared by the staff (no freight elevators) so wait times were bad. Check-in time was 3pm but room was not ready until 3:45pm. Overall it was "ok" but not what I expect from a DoubleTree.

Cons (-) Empty! No dislikes. But, did see several Fall bugs visiting the room. No big deal for us.
