Pros: Beautiful place so peaceful and relaxing hosts could not do enough to help tea and cakes on arrival crisps in the evening and took their car out of garage to let our motorcycle in top class
9.6 Excellent
Pros: very helpful and friendly owner couple, lovely rooms, beautiful garden, highly recommended. This is fairly close to Cork and a bargain considering what you get for the price compared to a hotel in Cork City.
Cons: the breakfast room may be too small for certain people, with one big table for everybody, but if all guests speak the same language, it makes way for getting in contact with other guests/travellers
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clare and Christopher were wonderful hosts interested only in pleasing us and our comfort. We loved their beautiful old house and property. The breakfast was top notch and we enjoyed interaction with other guests at their conversation inducing breakfast table.
Cons: My elderly cousin slipped and fell trying to get out of the tub where she had taken a shower. Not their fault. We probably should have asked for a room with a shower stall. Nevertheless, it was scary.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extraordinary property with a magnificent house of character, tastefully decorated in an authentic style by its owners. Located in the countryside midway between the coast and Cork, an ideal location for visiting the area. Room and bedding very comfortable and cozy. Bathroom very well equipped. Exceptional breakfast with fresh and homemade products. The owners are charming and attentive to their guests needs.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: • The welcome at check-in • The cleanliness • The spacious bathroom, fabulous bath tub and shower. The toiletries! • The food! The BEST burger I ever ate in my life! Everything exceeded my expectations!
Cons: I really can't fault anything. This was the most luxurious, comfortable, amazing experience I have ever had!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Too expensive - it should have included breakfast as room rate for one person occupancy was 340 eur per night
6.0 Good
Pros: Facilities
Cons: The hotel is hard to find. Even the GPS struggled to get us there. Old world atmosphere, with some unusual and welcome additions; a bottle of whisky at the reception desk to parch the thirst and ease the frustration of locating the place. Another fun touch, a putter and play practice green in the room. It is a nice place but would I stay there again? probably not. It's the little things that matter in a hotel and the dinning reception left us cold. We made dinner reservations and showed up on time, appropriately dressed, only to be kept waiting while others streamed by, were welcomed, and seated. Eventually,We were placed in a back room at what must have been the worst table in the place, center stage, traffic area in a room surrounded by cozy booths. The Food and service excellent, but the second rate treatment left a bad taste. So we move on, to a better experience somewhere else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant, staff and food was 6 star
Cons: Maybe check the room appliances like the iron and press?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was terrific. The staff is young and very enthusiastic. They were always so accommodating and well trained. FRANK the concierge was the best. Gave us so many great recommendations. Totally on point. Will surely go back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. We arrived early, got a room quickly, and even were upgraded to a suite just like that. The staff treated us like queens and kings, making us feel like part of their family. Everyone was cheerful and helpful during our stay, and the bartenders were eager to talk about local places to see and shop at. A highlight indeed for our Ireland trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome at reception set the tone immediately, the friendliness of the staff throughout, especially Jack the Barman and Maria in the Spa.
Cons: Our entire experience was beyond our expectations.

5.1 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: When I arrived, the owner claimed he did not receive the fax advising of my reservation for a double room. He first sent me to a twin room which had little space. After complaining, he moved me to a room with two twin beds and said he would push them together. He did not do that. Overall I was unimpressed with the accommodations.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great. The terrace was so nice to sit a chill there and the restaurant dining area is great! overall I loved and Enjoyed my stay in the hotel
Cons: The only thing I didn’t like that the bathrooms weren’t modern and there was no bathroom robe nor slippers in the room but the slippers were provided when asked.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great food, location, amenities. Comfy beds. Very clean bathroom and bedroom. Spacious room. Efficient staff.
Cons: Nothing was bad
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location along the river and they really show this off, with glass elevators and seats beside the windows on all levels. There's lots of areas to sit and relax and really enjoy your stay without being confined to your room. The staff on all occasions were extremely friendly and welcoming - this really makes a huge difference when you're traveling on your own.
Cons: Lights in the room were a bit annoying. There was no main light in the bedroom - only side lamps. Dinner was just ok - nothing special, considering the price (I went for the steak).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very good helpfull staff
Cons: Not a cheap hotel but having to pay extra for breakfast and at an extortionist rate is very off putting
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, beautifully decorated, great staff. Loved the Van Morrison lyric on the Do Not Disturb sign.
Cons: Can’t think of anything .

Cons: There truly wasn't anything I didn't like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: John and Lorraine are most gracious hosts. Large comfortable room. Although an old building the room was modernised with every comfort. First class bedding and towels. Amazing breakfasts made by Lorraine. Our hosts are also very knowledgeable about what to see and do in Cork and surrounds. Everything within walking distance.

Pros: Everything was all right. Great place, near to city center. Very tasty breakfast. Friendly helpful and kind staff- Lorraine and John. Thank you very much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: John and Lorraine were outstanding hosts! They were accommodating with our early check in, made a great breakfast every morning, kept our room clean and were great fun to talk to! The location was fantastic, just a 15 minute walk to anywhere in Cork City center and across the street from the train station and close to the bus station for easy day trips.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that the room was a tiny bit loud being on the street, but nothing some ear plugs didn't fix.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfasts we had at Kent House were excellent with plenty of selection. The owners, Lorraine and John, were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful with any questions we had. We were very comfortable here. The location was perfect. We certainly hope to visit again.
Cons: Not being able to stay longer!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: John and Lorraine were super friendly with really good advice about the area. Superb breakfast made fresh to order and Lorraine's homemade oat cookies were yummy! Fabulous sleep in extra comfy bed
Cons: Being woken by train engine being run from 4am!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked that they had all the same amenities as an expensive hotel. Fluffy towels, wonderful bedding, hair dryer, face clothes (some hotels don't provide these) ironing board, safe, fridge, little shampoo bottles, etc. But paid half the money!
Cons: We didn't think ahead about having luggage to lug up and then down the stairs. Managed though. Also, our roon would have been a bit small with all our bags...but we were in the family room which had a second bedroom with two beds we could put our bags on...so worked out fine. Was still 1/2 the price of a hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lorraine and John were lovely. Gave good advice about where to go and what to see. The place was extremely clean and really central so we could walk to a lot of places. The places we couldn’t walk to we were right by the train station so we could jump on a train.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed breakfast a irish breakfast , BED Excellent shower excellent
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Was a bit noisy - could hear people passing the room. Pillows were too hard!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet and comfy rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and awesome view of Cork
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the staff especially on the front desk. Very helpful and personal. The decor in the hotel and rooms was fabulous. There was free parking and its location required use of a car.
Cons: The toilet in the room had a two button flush that was odd and not very effective.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and different hotel. Excellent staff and amenities. Free cinema showing every night with complimentary popcorn. You can also take drinks from the bar in. I used the gym and you also got a towel to use for free. Staff gave us extra water on exit. We didn't use the restaurant but what other people were eating looked great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional service and facilities
Cons: Location a bit away from central Cork.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and spacious
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facilities are beautiful. The rooms were modern, stylish and comfortable. The hotel is spacious with multiple indoor and outdoor places to dine or lounge. The large back deck featured a glorious view of the city and night sky. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff was extra friendly and helpful.
Cons: Montenotte is a perfect hotel for anyone wanting a classy hotel with a beautiful view. However, even though not far from town, the narrow roads are not suitable for walking. Hence, folks wanting to walk into town may not find this hotel to be the best.
7.9 Good
Pros: Facilities of hotel incl. comfort plus location very good.
Cons: Ability of restaurant+ chefs to manage gluten free breakfast for all 3 guests 0 in spite of giving them advance notice & speaking with the manager after the first breakfast. Full of promises but same abysmal result the allowing day, The hotel restaurant may work for others but simply terrible if you are celiac & must follow a Gluten Free diet!

Pros: We travelled for our honeymoon.. they couldn't possibly have done more for us amazing place to stay would highly recommend it
Cons: The desserts at dinner were very over priced for what was served but all other food was lovely
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: We ware eating our lunch on Thursday when we arrived. And a young man in dirty boulders cloths walked in and proceeded to start cutting holes in the roof , Wile we ware eating our lunch ,,not what I expected from a five star hotel Thair was dust falling on our table ,wile we ware eating
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Beautiful approach and grounds. Great pool and spa. Lovely public areas. Some lovely staff especially at breakfast.
Cons: Our balcony (paid extra for deluxe room with balcony) looked out over a gravel rooftop to a few quite close trees. Not per the site photos at all. Dinner food in main restaurant was disappointing indeed. Whilst cost of main course refunded the experience overall was entirely underwhelming & not worth the star rating at all. Cold plates, cold side dishes & bland food overall. Wasn’t sure why hats required in pool but hey ho.
7.9 Good
Pros: The gardens and hotel area is amazing but unfortunately we didn’t have time to walk or use spa facilities. Room and bath are very spacious. We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and dinner staff was very friendly and attentive.
Cons: Breakfast can be very chaotic and if you’re a bit late there wouldn’t be much left to eat. Hard to get drinks as well as you have to catch anyone to order.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely relaxed atmosphere from the staff at check in to pat behind the bar. Fantastic massage from Charlene. Would highly recommend a visit to the spa
7.1 Good
Cons: The Spa "Thermal Suites" definitely not worth €25 pp. Rip off!

Pros: The whole place was wonderful. Couldn’t believe it was actually an island with its own forest, they even had a fairy trail for kids. Any staff member we approached couldn’t be friendlier and were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. We loved the whole thing and would love to return some time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful staff, beautiful room, comfortable bed, great food. Lovely private area for checkin in/ out.
Cons: Hidden price for the use of spa hydrotherapy pool- thought it was complimentary for hotel residents.

Pros: Excellent accommodation, would highly recommend for wedding ,great service for my brothers yesterday
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and rooms were very attractive and clean. The restaurant was fine.
Cons: The room was on the warm side and the only bedding was a duvet. We prefer a sheet with a blanket.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location next to Cork Airport. Everything was easy, and met all our expectations.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very helpful staff. Very comfortable stay
7.0 Good
Cons: The only thing that makes me say good rather than excellent was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The ambience was very relaxing , the breakfast was superb !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great large room with all facilities incl wifi. Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Great evening meal in restaurant. We are world travelers staying in 3-4 star chain hotels, we wish every hotel was this good! We never heard one plane take off! Stay here. We cancelled a city centre hotel in Cork on arrival because of traffic and limited parking. i.e. No parking! Stay at this hotel ! You will be pleased. Staff are very helpful too!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: fast check in and check out what it very welcome when you choose a hotel nearby an airport
Cons: the food at the restaurant was not very good, vegetable was liked cooked in water without any salt and the stir fry was also not salty enough (I am a person who does not use much salt at all).
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location and cleanliness, except for being a smoking room, of the hotel are very good.
Cons: We had to book online at the last minute. Booked 3 rooms for 3 adult family couples. When we got there we realized with the rooms given, no way to tell online, we could get away with 2 rooms as they were big rooms. We asked to change and weren't allowed because of the online booking. Also one day of the rooms assigned was a smoking room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes, again asked to change and weren't allowed to. Rooms were quite pricey as well, the most expensive night on our 2 week vacation was at this hotel. Had breakfast the next morning and one room came with breakfast, no idea why?
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Great overall. Slow service in lobby area for the lobby menu was only complaint.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: While the wait staff (excluding the bar staff) were rather helpful, the one working elevator was slow, the spa did not have any openings, and we received a 3am wake up call that we did not authorize. For a luxury hotel, they have some work to do.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a nice setting...fab hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cork. The upper deck jacuzzi overlooking the river was a pleasant way to finish a day of travel.
Cons: The dinner wasn’t amazing but the wine was wonderful and the other restaurants/bar made up for it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed previously and was left underwhelmed however most recent stay improved by view. Room was more modern and a significant improvement and more in line with expectations. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: The room could have been a lot cleaner other than that it was an ok stay. Couldn't believe the state of it and when complained was just told they have no more rooms to transfer me, disgusting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spa is beautiful and good value for money nice staff
Cons: No robes in room especially when ur using the spa
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and well presented, and the bar and restaurant both good. The choices for dinner were excellent, and the staff had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. Great parking, and a nice riverside walk.
Cons: The only downside is its distance from the town centre - about a 25 minute walk.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room was large with king size bed
Cons: Food average and room had overpowering smell of bleach which was still there next morning. We had room at front of hotel and very noisy as we were facing main road.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely luxury room, courteous and friendly staff, free water, excellent restaurant (the seafood chowder with home-made bread was to die for, as was the rich, firey peppercorn sauce served with the prime Irish sirloin), air conditioning, great shower (with choice of a bath as well), beautiful views of the river. Decent breakfast buffet too. There is also a pool and spa at the hotel, but didn’t have time to use these, sadly.
Cons: Only minor issue is the distance from Cork City, but there are regular buses and taxis (around €12) were plentiful and the drivers were very friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Kingsley was a great place to settle down In Cork. The staff were professional and took pride in their work. The rooms were nice and clean. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: I didn't mind this actually but the Kingsley is about a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. You could take a cab or walk it. The reason i didn't mind was because it was far enough away that you weren't surrounded by the noise.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were going to the Bons hospital so the location was great for us. Our room was lovely.
Cons: Nothing really. The rain?

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty to choose from, and generous portions. They had every kind of breakfast, a full Irish, a vegetarian option, a Continental breakfast, cold meats and cheese, fruit compote, prunes, lovely creamy yogurt, different cereals, porridge, brown and white toast, tea or coffee, different fruit juices, and the service was great. There was buffet service for the cold items, and waitress service for the hot items. My breakfasts really set me up for the day.
Cons: Nothing - I was very happy with everything. No problems at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facility was very central and easy to locate. Very comfortable and recommend getting the Portside views.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, breakfast was good too.
Cons: Lighting in room was very dim, was difficult to put on make up before heading out.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property is more like a hotel than a B and B. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a large room although I only booked a single. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold dishes. The dining room overlooked the well kept garden. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is a short walk into the CBD. A lovely place to stay.
Cons: The property is only a short walk from the CBD but it’s uphill! Dragging a large suitcase up the hill was slightly difficult as I’m not as young as I used to be. My lovely upgraded room was on the 3rd floor, which again was a bit of a struggle with a large suitcase. In saying this, I managed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff , comfortable bed, great choices for breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We so enjoyed our stay at Gabriel House! We arrived very wet as we chose to walk in the rain from the train station which wasn’t one of our best decisions. However, when we arrived we were greeted by an absolutely wonderful person named Valerie. Even though we arrived in the morning and check-in wasn’t til the afternoon she showed us to our room. She also asked if she could dry our clothes and jackets for us. She then asked if we’d like coffee and tea to warm up. While sitting there she also offered us some amazing homemade shortbread. She went completely out of her way to bring a major ray of sunshine to our very wet rainy day. When I inquired about the possibilities of getting a room with a view of the city Valerie made it happen. She moved our luggage for us while we were out. Once again she went out of her way to make our stay absolutely wonderful. Once we were dried off and ready to move about for the day. Valerie had come back to see what our plans were. We told her we planned to hang at a brewery for a while til the rain cleared. She then offered to personally drop us off at the pub we were going to as she was headed out. The breakfast in the morning is absolutely wonderful and comes with another delightful lady. Gabriel House can really boast about having premier serviced for the people lucky enough to make the choice to stay with them. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend that you do as well!
Cons: That I couldn’t permanently move in!

Pros: The host are absolutely amazing - we never get a bad host in our trip in Ireland but the host at Garnish house is the best! They are very professional - giving exact amount of information you need, not too much nor too less, and yet friendly enough and personalized their service to every guest. Their words just make you feel so comfortable! The room are surprisingly spacious! and furnitures are good quality stuff. Location are fairly good in a city - walking distance to city centre attractions. Breakfast is great, tasty and good portion, you may not need lunch after.
Cons: Only some bathroom facilities are many a little bit aged. (you can see they were good quality in their time, but some maintenance is probably needed)

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bed and friendly staff
Cons: Room 203 was very small for a couple, could not order room service breakfast as there was no where to eat it, missed this treat. Room extremely stuffy, and couldn't sleep much due to some extractor outside that was going all nite. Shower over bath we could not use as even at coolest setting was still too hot, so we used the mixer tap shower attachment on the bath. Think I will try Isaccs hotel across the road next time.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. Location was excellent. Bar staff were really friendly
9.6 Excellent
Pros: great choice for breakfast--staff very accommodating. The whole ambience of the hotel was lovely.A great welcome for our first visit to Cork !!!!!
Cons: Nothing apart from a few showers!!!
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast is good, beds are comfortable, staff always helpful.
Cons: Room was v small compared to what I have had in the same hotel, for cheaper. Room very warm.
7.5 Good
Pros: My room was quiet (except for noise from the busy street outside). However my friend was not so lucky with her room. Staff were lovely. Leisure centre was welcome, if a bit shabby & run down. WiFi worked well.
Cons: No adequate reading light by bed. No fridge or minibar in room. Leisure centre in need of a facelift (eg. Missing tiles, etc). No onsite parking but reasonable day rates available close by.

Pros: Lunch on arrival Friday great value and staff so friendly, .great view from our room on new pedestrian bridge . Our daughter was also staying down the corridor she was visiting from Boston on business .
Cons: Breakfast was amazing, but I felt a smaller breakfast for smaller cost would have suited me better Children playing the piano in the hall at 10pm very loud, we had to finish our drinks and retire
7.9 Good
Pros: Grand old Hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast menu, no buffet. Fantastic facilities, indoor pool, gym etc. Right on the street, hive of activity, only issue was pub across the road didn't close till 3am so toe tapped the Irish Jig until all the revellers went home then got some sleep.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great room on 4th floor in the dormer. Really nice. Terrific bathroom and really nice feel. Good amenities
Cons: Physical areas like halls and elevator and main doors are really worn and need attention.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location- easy walk to train station and shopping district. Good restaurants close by. Tall shower and excellent water pressure. Pretty room decor. Friendly staff and excellent workout center and pool.
Cons: I didn't care for the fragmented bathroom with steps and light switch on the outside of the door. It was a small room with uncomfortable chairs and lots of drawers which concealed a tea kettle I did not discover until the second day. Small elevator.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff.
Cons: Old building which means old windows which means lots of street noise which means bad sleep :(

7.1 Good
Pros: Central location was very nice to walk around.
Cons: Room was very loud. Not just cars on street but also traffic lights beeping. There was a sound proofing window which blocked some sound but mad the apt very stuffy.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Very loud all night long
5.4 Okay
Pros: Hotel is clean and located centrally, staff are helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hotel is really noisy, there is a wine bar next door that had live music and it was so loud we could hear it even with earplugs in. It was really hard to sleep and like being over a nightclub. Not what you want for a relaxing hotel break. Very basic room for the price so overall dissapointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, apartment and staff!
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Large room with a lot of charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast and restaurant.
Cons: The sound system played the same annoying song over and over during breakfast one morning.
5.0 Okay

Cons: Uncomfortable beds, especially the mattresses. Stained carpet in room, stain on toilet seat. Noise from hotel bar. Scrimping on quality of loo paper/tissues.
7.5 Good
Pros: Very good location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a great location. The option for parking was a great addition. There was a restaurant which was a great option but we did not eat there. There is a great outdoor entertainment area where you could eat or get drinks from the bar next door. There was even a waterfall in the back. Would definitely stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel . U expected waterfall in courtyard bar . Glass elevator with view of waterfall . 5 minute walk to main shopping area . Would definitely recommend. Will be back
Cons: Would like to have had water in room for nighttime drink .

Pros: We loved the location and that it offered parking (though at a rate)
Cons: The half shower pane wall doesn’t retain all the water spray — the bathroom floor would be all wet after each shower

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent and breakfast very good Lovely and hot
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff were great, check-in was smooth, parking was easy. Comfortable walk into the city centre.
Cons: The only way to get airflow in the room is opening the single window. The street is noisy until quite late. Cannot darken the room properly due to the hotel external lighting blasting the front of the building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean nice staff lovely breakfast
Cons: Missed having a bar would loved to have came back in the evenings for a drink
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful. Although the location wasn't charming, it was near lots of restaurants and nightlife.
Cons: It was very difficult finding the entrance to the hotel using GPS. Be very careful not to turn too soon.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The Location is perfect for the Courts. Parking Facilities are excellent.
Cons: I had a lot of luggage with me on arrival and it would have been helpful if they had a trolley to assist in bringing it up in the lift. This wasn't really an issue though as the staff in reception kindly offered to watch my bags when I brought them up to my room in two trips.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was good, with a comfortable bed and my room was quiet.
Cons: The hotel is a little bit of the city centre.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant helpful friendly made it a great place to stay.
7.9 Good
Pros: The common rooms were clean and modern without being luxurious and I think the same could also be said for the bedroom. So it wasn’t really a place to spend a great deal of time whilst on a break and I don’t think the hotel will be disappointed to hear that I wouldn’t really describe it as a hotel it’s more of a lodge. But the rooms were very clean and kept clean by the staff. The communal areas again were spotless albeit slightly bland. Where Lancaster Lodge excels is the staff who are any competent and helpful and there can be no complaints about the extensive selection and quality of the food available for breakfast which would suit any pallete.
Cons: I suppose I could’ve been more travel guides to Cork in the area, some more magazines and free street maps.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean modern hotel.
Cons: Can't fault anything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location with free parking and just a 10 minute walk into town. A quiet spot.
Cons: Nothing really. Only the price was a little expensive for room only.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Benadette is a fantastic host and she went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She has many nice touches in the room like little packages of tissues! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location to the town centre is right there. Nothing to do with the guesthouse but the parking is outrageously expensive and not close to the property. There was also some business next door moving beer barrels early in the morning. Again nothing to do with the wonderful service we got from Bernadette.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super hospitality, great location, clean room.

Cons: Nothing to say
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the English Market and the centre. The outside of the building and reception are full of character. Also the breakfast was good.
Cons: The room was poky, the bathroom was old. None of the sockets were reachable. In fact we had to move furniture and put a chair between the beds to put the kettle on. The view from the room was really awful. The hotel has not cleaned the roof or the windows. I can only give this a two star and will probably take another away for the price!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, very friendly staff. They have a parking option near by. Our room was clean however the floors were not level. It is an older building so I wrote it off as part of the older charm. The location was very good.

Pros: Beautiful comfortable hotel in the middle of Cork, beautiful room, a very restful place. Dinner in the Pembroke restaurant was gorgeous!! Very relaxing stay!
Cons: Parking can be an issue as the paid parking (€10 a night) is a wee distance from the hotel but that's the joys of a central location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Th staff were really helpful even though they were extremely busy. The décor was attractive, and the café was a bonus.
