handige lokatie op doorreis, met restaurants naast de deur.
The reception staff and breakfast staff were polite. The room was very cramped, and not described accurately on the internet. We ended up with flea bites all over our backs. Disgusting.
Good relation price / Services
For the price it's a good hotel. It has a bed, a clean bathroom module and a small TV. If you only plan to sleep there it is fine. Good breakfast Insulation between the rooms is not good. Take ear plugs
Convenience and value fo rmoney
The hotel was located in pleasant surroundings and proved to be a good stop over point on my drive back to the uk from spain. the only draw back I found with the hotel was the size of the room. I found it a bit awkward to get into the room around the edge of the bed.
Convenient and good value Low quality of fittings in room and sound traveled through hotel
The picture on web site is difference with hotel
During our stay for 1evening it was oké. For the price it was very well
good price one night the room was not cleaned
The hotel has a wonderful location across from the chateau and tourist information in a very quaint town and building. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever seen, the air is incredibly fresh and the rooms spotless! Wonderful breakfast too!
The location is perfect to visit the wonderful castle (it's just across the street) and also to go shopping or eating. It was silent, clean, comfortable, with a nice mini-bar and coffee/tea set. We chose the hotel to stay for one night and continue our trip, but we found it so nice that we decided to stay one more night. The staff was also very kind to allow us to have our bikes in their depots (so we could feel safer by not leaving them attached to our car). There is a public parking just in front, but also there are more parkings all around the area (we had no problems since we stayed during the weekend, but it seems that Tuesdays and Fridays it's forbidden to park because of the street market)
A great hotel in a lovely town, a nice relaxing experience.we will come again
Clean room, English speaking receptionist, staff generally polite and helpful No restaurant and only a very limited menu. Wine not served by the bottle with the meal, we were forced to buy it by the glass, very expensive.
Great place, fantatstic location right at the Chateaux
Hotel was generally very clean and staff were very helpful Parking facilities were not 'onsite' and subject to frequent unavailability.
The room was spacious and the decoration was stylish and refined; the kettle, tea and coffee were most welcome. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a quiet, restful weekend with long walks in the park of the chateau. everything was fine!
Spacious well appointed warm spotlessly clean Nothing
the position of the hotel was excellent. Lovely rooms, good service.
The location, the staff, the hotel ambience No porter available for luggage to room, parking arrangements, no english tv other than bbc world
No restaurant and very few commodities
The location of the hotel was ideal for my purposes. Nestled in the beautiful Vallée Chevreuse with immediate access to hiking trails through national forests, passing historic sites and chateaux and many sites of natural beauty. The hotel was comfortable, clean, well designed and with a real "home" feel to it. Highly recommended.
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good breakfast.
Very quiet location and good for the business traveller. Close to many restaurants. Albeit old facilities, very well kept.
The choice of breakfast food was great and the facilities available in the room was ideal The choice of food for dinner was very poor and did not cater for foreign tastes and was undercooked.
free internet service, good F&B, nice room noisy (close to airport), construction work going on
We could check in after 23:00, which was not so at many hotels. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The staff could speak English well. Our first room smelled like smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. However, we were able to get another room.
Quiet environment, close to several restaurants and fast-foods. Mini-bar in my room. The rooms would need serious refurbishing. Free internet would be appreciated in the light of the room rate.
Exterior outside is excellent. The room for double is bad. Double room in this hotel are in poor location (attic) .The money I have paid 275 euro is not worth for the room like this.
The walk around the lake. the view from the room. No proper shower-only hand held.
Ambiance both internal and external The restaurant did not do justice to the hotel - being only a little more than adequate whilst the Hotel was substantialy more than adequate.
The beauty of the buildings and grounds Three flights of stairs to climb to the room
Wonderfull setting , comfortable room The food was excellent with an extensive wine list, however it was very expensive.
Oustanding facility Concierge could be more helpful in arranging activities
The restaurant had a good ambiance and good food, although we did have to wait 30 minutes before getting any attention. We were placed in an annex to the main hotel (this was not clear from our booking) and then at 07:30 the hotel started loading laundry into a truck directly below our bedroom window.
The restaurant service Was very very very ineficient And we wait one hour after sieting to be atended.
The Chateau was a unique experience, which was exactly what we were looking for on our trip. It was very well maintained and the rooms were spacious. The proximity to Paris was key for our trip.
Delightful setting. Beautiful hotel with great staff. Good facilities. None
a beautiful chateau a wonderful stay
Staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make us welcome. Lovely apartments, walking distance to the village and a great restaurant - le Caprosia in Chevreuse
A warm welcome, and a comfortable, if small, apartment, with a beautiful outlook over lawn and woodland. No
Fantastic location on the edge of a good-sized town with good access to Paris. Loved that we could walk down into town to find a restaurant. Great apartment; well stocked and perfect to be all together, rather than having to book multipal rooms. Really suited us for breakfast to be delivered to the room at no extra cost. Would definately use again.
Silent location close to highway in a quiet and calm green village, ideal to visit Paris. Reception was closed 10 minutes in advance, we had been there 8.50 PM and it's scandalous and unprofessional ! Moreover, just room breakfast under reservation is avaiable and this is NOT clearly defined in booking conditions.
Toured area and visited family.
Very nice hotel sitted in a very green, calm and nice area, ideal for families with kids. Located near Paris, have a lot to visit around. The only possibility to go to this hotel is to drive a car.
Staff Helpful Moved to another room Cold Water Electrical Fault
High quality of the appartment (furiture, equipment etc) and spacious enough to live in, which made it feel more like a home than a hotel. Chevreuse is a nice village, clean country air. Internet in the rooms. Good bedding, we had a great sleep! No real garden or play area for kids (although public park nearby).
The manager was very helpful and provided lots of information regarding the area. He changed our room when we complained of the smell of smoke in the room without any problems. No
excellent service: we made redervation really late in the day and would arrive at 0.00 at lnight and this was no problem at all: very flexible.
i was surprised by the cleanliness and the look of my room, well done! 100+ euro with the breakfast is a lot
the hotel is near by the motorway the food and the little beasts in the bedroom
Hotel conveniently near A10 and was very good stop-off point on journey south from Calais to Languedoc. Very pleasant hotel - clean, comfortable and with helpful staff. Sunday night dinner was disappointing - Roti de boeuf was as tired as we were!
Pleasant service, nice location with a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
We used the hotel as a convenient stopover on a long road trip and found the room comfortable and well equipped (for the price) and the food in the restaurant was good.
The friendlyness off the staff
The staff at the recetion Too noice
Recently refurbished and therefore facilities improved Breakfast choice very limited
We only stayed 1 night and for that the hotel was perfectly adequate the staff were attentive and welcoming. the staff did have problems coping with a rush of people to eat and drink early evening when the receptionist was having to double up as a waitress. i admit that i only checked the invoice carefully when I returned home and I would have appreciated a breakdown of how the cost of dinner was calculated as it appears to be far higher than I would have anticipated - I realise I should have queried it at the time.
Nice restaurant - conveniently placed near motorway for overnight stay on long trip.
A great location. Ideal to relax and watch the wildlife on lake. Rooms nice / clean. The walls are wafer thin. We could hear next door talking and even the zip on their suit case !! We stayed away from the attached restaurant after having a warm and over priced beer on arrival. That worked in our favour as the all you can eat Chinese buffet about 2 mile away was great and a lot cheaper
Stayed for 1 night in a family room which was simple but clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely view across the lake. 2 of the 3 single beds were on a mezzanine level with the 3rd separable by a sliding door. The hotel was comfortable and clean but needs updating. The mezzanine in our room was a lovely feature however the staircase was very open with no bannister, also there was quite a large gap at one end of the railing. My 7 & 3 year old loved sleeping up there but i was a little nervous! I think i would have been happier to have the double bed up there! There was a lovely little balcony outside though i felt it was quite unsafe, especially for children, having just one guard rail at around adult waist height, the doors were secure though, so it was not possible for the children to get out onto it on their own.
Quiet, peaceful and surprisingly modern refuge from a daily hassle. Rooms with cathedral ceilings are decorated with understated elegance and there is a splendid view to the pond and woods from the terrace and panoramic windows. The Wi-Fi in-rooms was free and impeccable. Full bathroom was clean and with just perfect fixtures The only drawback was lack of restauration or room service in August. The nearest restaurant (chinese) was in the shopping center 4 km away.
clean and cheap hotel. The bed was to small en bending in the middle
Extremely helpful staff.Secure parking.Possible to walk to station for transfer to Paris central.
Good location, friendly staff despite the language barrier, very good value for money. No air conditioning in the room, and it was very hot when we stayed, therefore we had to leave the window open all night and of course the noise from the traffic was tiresome.
Restaurant was good value . food was beyond expectations Poor bar area to relax and have a social drink after meal
Very help full personnel. Easy to access and for over-night stay on trip to south of France or futher.
It was not directly on a main road like so many of the motel like hotels and we asked for a quiet non smoking room when we booked and that was exactly what we got. The rooms are very similar to a travel lodge although ours did not have room for a sofa bed. There is a restaurant on site and two others within walking distance of a minute & a big out of town shopping place about 5 min drive away. No not really, we seemed to fair better than the other wedding guests who booked a more expensive hotel.
Receptionist was accommodating and suggested adjoining rooms to us. We had to wait fifteen minutes on arrival to be attended. There was no queue, just nobody there!
I booked 2 rooms for me and my young children and the hotel had given me two rooms next to each other with a door in between. I had to catch some musquitos in my room
Great location for our plans, with travel into central Paris by train and for La Ferte Alais Airshow.
Quiet, restful atmosphere No in room facilities to make tea/coffee
Quiet Easy access No drink/snack distributors
It was secure and there was parking Noise from adjacent rooms, no fan or air conditioning in the room or the breakfast room, over flowing dustbins in car park
Good location from motorway, english speaking receptionist very helpful. Room clean and neat. Pleasant room but rather small on this occasion.
The safety and the fact that there is no reception after 21.00 made me feel very unsafe. Consequently after encountering a frightening event one night i went to another hotel for the remainder 2 nights i was scheduled to stay in the Premiere Classe.
Must have a employer all time, because the hotel is located in area isolated.
Quiet area, I had good rest. I didn't spent much time in the hotel, I just got there at night time, to sleep, and left early in the morning.
Easy to find, good location for our route. You wont find cheaper. New build
My daughter liked the very small shower/toilet and wash basin area, as children do like think that small is more interesting We didn't like the car park, and weren't sure that we would still have a car left in the morning as there were some very shifty looking men around.
Everything is convenient: slef check in, breakfast, parking, and restaurant neaby... Sound insulation is not so good.
it was just a overnight stay for my husband and plus our dog. we had had a long drive from the south of france before going back to the uk and we will use Premiere classe hotels again.
The lcoation was very conveneint to the Sicence Park, Courtaboeuf, and also close to the A10 motorway. The free WIFI is good, but you must arrive before 9pm when reception closes to get the login code. Access to the rooms is eitehr via amn outside balcony for the upper floors, or the path surrounding teh hotel on the ground floor. There is some aeroplane noise from the airport (Orly) early in the mornings, and if you want an evening meal, you need to visit the restaurant at the Campanile hotel next door. Finding the hotel was also a challenge since the street address isn't quite the same as the navigation system expected - you need to use teh Villejust name as the town!
It is OK for the money if you are on business trip, but you need a car
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Helpfull, English speaking staff, excellent facilities, very clean No English tv channels
Room service dinner ordered 9pm took 1h40 to arrive. As some consolation, they removed any charge for this without question.
Friendly and helful staff, good location (5 minutes from Versailles, and I am sure in summer Golf players enjoy the stay and the swimming pool). it was very calm, children friendly and we had an excellent dinner in the hotel's restaurant (very good quality!)
Well located for travellers from Calais to the South of France. Quiet location The pillows were absolutely appalling - like light marshmallow - and that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The restaurant and bar personnel had the classic Parisian indifference to good service, which should have been trained out of them.
You can walk to the famous all-france-open golf course. Some staffs are not kind. Hard to find the hotel.
the staff was very helpfull. The accomodation was ok.
Quiet and accessible
Room very comfortable, clean and quiet. Didn't like the staff who were somewhat indifferent to us and other guests. Staff could do with improving on their customer skills.
Golf and tennis courts, swimming pool. Close to Versales and miniature France park. Free wi-fi. Breakfast for extra pay
The staff The room, air condiotionant, tv only in french
friendly staff, good location, quiet room
Functional but difficult to find, but this was probably my fault for not printing-off a detailed map
Possibility to enter late at night. Possibility to stay until noon and not until 11 o'clock We had some difficulties in finding the Avenu des Andes
The room was decently clean and the stafff was friendly. The rooms were freezing. I couldn't see my breath, but i definitely had to keep my arms under the covers. I traveled with several work colleagues and they all complained about the temperature. The room was very basic and reminded me of an army barracks room. Everything was the bare minimum. Did it have a toilet? Check, but it was the cheapest toilet available. The shower was just a drain in the floor and you bathed next to the toilet. Did it have soap and shampoo? Check, but it was an all in one dispenser on the wall. I would never stay here again.
Nice large double bed. The room smelled badly of cigarettes, and when we asked to move, the manager said there were no vacant rooms, although it appeared to us that quite a few were unoccupied. We found his attitude unhelpful.
The Food and the smokers room
Quiet place, clean. however, a bit expensive
Good price, good breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Surprisingly quiet and in walking distance of Le Guichet station. There were small areas of peeling paint in the room and bathroom that needed attention. The carpet had stains that needed attention.
French red vine
the location, nice brakfest wish it was included in the price rooms to small, old, needs update
The bathrooms were renewed.
The convenient location close to the public transport, very calm and pleasant surroundings.
it's a quiet place.
The location was very good for getting into the university and also to the train station. The equipment in the room was shaky and old. There was no air condition or even a fan so the room was very hot. There was also a lack of electricity sockets.
The cleanliness The receptionist when we first arrived was very unhelpful and had to be dragged away from her computer game. Breakfast was poor for 7.50 euros. Also did not get twin room but small double bed.
Attentive staff. Very correct and friendly treatment. Good location. The bed was a bit short. but I am above average length.
Close to the RER station. Close to the University. Good hotel at a reasonable cost The breakfast could offer more
