Pros: Breakfast was lovely as we had great conversation with lovely caring owners. The locality suited me very well as picked up my son from airport in the middle of the night and did not want to stay in the city.
Pros: The view of this BnB is stunning!
Pros: Hosts were brilliant. Asked me all about my steampunk stuff. Very helpful. Loved the muesli for breakfast. Would like to know the brand. Excellent stay
Cons: Car parking was a bit tight
Pros: The host was welcoming and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. Wonderful breakfast and easy check in and out. Thankyou
Pros: They were very welcoming and just super people. Everything was spotless.
Pros: The hospitality shown by the hosts
When you stay at Runciman Berries and Emus B&B in Ramarama, you'll be 13 minutes by car from Pukekohe Park Raceway. Featured amenities include multilingual staff, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available 24 hours) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: Breakfast was delivered the night before as I had a busy schedule and was out early both days. So it was nice to have what I wanted right there.
Cons: Just the driveway was a bit steep and awkward but I managed it.
Pros: Location was peaceful and rural as stated.
Cons: Disappointed that property was listed as a B&B but our unit did not have breakfast included, we had a very busy morning and eventually missed breakfast completely.
Pros: Sorry I can't think of anything l liked in the larger villa. The smaller side of the cottage that we had stayed in previously was very nice apart from the lack of noise control. The walls are paper thin.
Cons: Didn't like the probably 60 year old part kitchen that most cupboard doors couldn't be opened. Again a major lack of a noise barrier between accommodations. But the biggest worry was the bathroom. It appeared to be OK on arrival but after a shower the water flowed out past the drain and under the tiles. This resulted in water under the tiles which oozed up between the tiles and made the floor some what "squelchy" when walking carefully across the bathroom trying to avoid wet feet/socks. It was very worrying with regards to safety if one risked using a hair dryer or electric shaver. We did bring this problem to owners attention but have not received a response.
Pros: The location is fantastic set in beautiful country side, the room was so nice with everything you need for your stay, the owner and her family gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was amazing just amazing.
Pros: The location was good, fantastic outlook and plenty of farm animals.
Pros: The property was very comfortable and contained everything we needed for an overnight stay.
Pros: Stayed before and stayed again. Like the place and all good to me!
Pros: Lovely country view in a rural location , private and sunny. Is within driving distance of Pukekohe.
Located in Mangere, Naumi Auckland Airport is in the suburbs, within a 5-minute drive of JKs Driving Range and Butterfly Creek. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The staff were amazing check in was so quick and easy, beds and room comfortable. And breakfast was beautiful.
Cons: The place is a dump. With roaches, terrible service and just a waste of time and money. If I had little time I would had moved to any other place. But I only had a short night before my flight in the early morning. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place
Pros: This property is a fabulous place to stay. The bathtubs are amazing and so needed pre and post any travel. There is such a diverse style of furnishings that everyone would appreciate it.
Cons: The weekend male staff showed little customer service and the biggest complaint is no free shuttle from the airport. Also had to take our own luggage to the room and even find our way with no assistance.
Pros: The bed and sheets were clean and comfortable
Cons: Room telephone was not connected and needed a technician. Breakfast bacon was cold and scrambled eggs like rubber. Corridors and rooms were dark. Room lighting was badly designed and harsh. Only one set of towels for two guests. Room furnishings were awkward to use and very basic. The “yellow bus” transport recommended was tedious because of multiple stops at other hotels, a dedicated shuttle would be much better.
Pros: We first came at the beginning of our trip and went back to this hotel because it was a perfect location for us (close to the airport and easy with the yellow shuttle). Excellent customer service. Staff is friendly, smily and always helpful. Breakfast is great. Pool was unfortunately too cold but gym was nice. I absolutely love the decoration of the entire hotel. Will definitely come back if the opportunity presents itself.
Pros: I LOVED THE FORBIDDEN FRUIT DESERT! such a great place to stay and this was my third stay!
Cons: Can’t think of anything to be honest
Pros: Friendly staff. Close to Airport.
Pros: Newly redesigned this hotel offers excellently decorated rooms and a well designed clean bathroom with open shower with a hand shower and rain shower heads, large luxury tub. They also have a free minibar with soft drinks and water which was very welcoming after a long trip. Free breakfast contained most basic items along with some more fancy items such as an omelet station.
Cons: Naumi hotel had all the appearance to a great hotel but for the price of 320$ for a king bed room was missing major items that should have came with the price. The biggest things missing in our opinion were high quality sheets. The sheets at this hotel were worse than major standard brands like hampton inn, Hilton, etc. they were rough and cheap. Pillows as well were polyester filled and hard. They do have down pillows but when we called to get them they only had one set for the hotel and they were taken. The last thing I will mention is the “hotel shuttle” which is another bus company which stops at multiple hotels, the tickets are $6 per person and they make you pay for these as well. My suggestion is get an uber for 18 and get there in 10 minute ride instead of messing with a long convoluted bus ride.
Pros: Everything the place was immaculate we thoroughly enjoyed our stay
Cons: There is nothing we didn't like
Pros: It is very quiet and pleasant environment surrounding the house.
Cons: The location is quite far away from the CBD, it is good for those who drive. The shops closed very earlier, not so convenient for travellers.
Pros: Very clean and spacious. Great price.
Cons: Booked a family unit but really only needed 2 beds. There was no option to book only the room with single beds
Pros: The location was excellent for an event nearby. The room with own en-suite enabled privacy. Immaculately clean.
Pros: Self check in was really easy. Room and ensuite clean and comfortable. Kitchen was nice. Close to town. A lovely place to stay.
Pros: I’m happy for yr service
Pros: Very comfy. Clean.

Cons: There was nothing that we did not like, beautiful and five star hotel, have recommended to friends and family
Pros: Location was the best part of this hotel and had all the amenities Close by
Cons: Yes we came for breakfast the very first day at about 9.45 And was told by the staff that they were going to close The area as 10.00 was the close of time. Most hotel let you sit and eat if you enter before time but we were told to go Out.
Pros: Good location after long flight Great service and very comfortable Staff amazing
Pros: close to airport
Pros: Friendly staff. Good service. Handy location.
Cons: There was no fridge in the room.

Pros: Love the Russian shuttle driver......always so so friendly
Cons: will never eat in the dining room again.....
Pros: Proximity to Airport
Cons: Food was terrible. Restaurant Atmosphere was terrible, Looked at a a set of gas cylinders while eating a bland meal. Armrest on chairs in room had varnish missing exposing bare wood due wear and tear. Reception advised me to catch the wrong bus resulting in my missing my flight which caused me to have to fly to Wellington then New Plymouth instead of direct to new pkymouth.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: The rooms was in very need of refurbishment. The net curtains did not meet in the middle. The shower above the bath is very 70's and the shower curtain had mold on it not to mention the hair still on the wall of the shower. Then I went to hed and was greeted by springs in the mattress that dug into me went I sat on the side of the bed and when my husband and I down in the bed we had roll together.....signs of a new mattress needed. We booked online and paid close to $200 a night, which was over priced I came to realize once there. Sorry but we also had a meal there which was less than average for the price we paid.
Pros: Convenience to airport,
Cons: No newspapers in reception
Pros: Excellent from being met at Auckland airport at 12.30am.
Pros: Our dinner was quite good.
Pros: It was very clean
Pros: Close to airport. Provided airport shuffle. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Overpriced - to a basic airport hotel but charges like a 5 star resort.
Pros: Everything. The food was the best airport hotel food I've ever had. The venison was cooked superbly. The fish and chips were light and crispy without too much batter and not at all greasy. The chocolate melt dessert was out of this world! Just enough for 2 to share without a lot of guilt. The beds were very comfortable with feather or foam pillows to chose from. The jacuzzi tub was an added bonus!
Cons: The tables and chairs in the restaurant look cheap and uncomfortable, but they were actually very comfortable. There was road construction when we arrived but it was wrapped up and quiet by 5:30!
Pros: Location to airport
Cons: I booked a king bed for my partner and I and instead we got a double bed and a twin bed. Very unsatisfied and when we complained they did not attempt to help. They also gave us a wake up call at 7 am when not requested and tea kettle was broken
Pros: Good shuttle service
Cons: Not many food choices except hotel restaurants without taking cab, which was expensive.
Pros: Our shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. It was close to the airport and made transit easy.
Cons: It was a typical hotel near an airport. Not luxurious but works for a night before or after a flight in to Auckland.
When you stay at Auckland Airport Lodge in Mangere, you'll be in the business district, within a 15-minute drive of Rainbow's End and One Tree Hill Domain. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Pros: Convenient to airport and rental car drop off place.
Cons: Sofa bed for couch. A bit noisy at night given shuttle service offered. Reception not ‘manned’ when delivering or picking up from airport - sign goes up to say back in 20 mins. No-one at reception when we checked in or out. Otherwise basic as expected.
Cons: Shower is not very good
Cons: Dont know
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Room was smaller and much less than advertised. Was a bath in photos and description, no bath in the room. TV barely worked. Took a deposit that was worth more than the stay. Took 2 days for money to get back into my account.
Pros: Good size kitchen and bathroom and friendly staff
Cons: Cleanest, freshest, spacious and friendly place. Would definitely go back next time
Pros: The room was spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly
Cons: The reception staff need to be really re-trained. It was the most peculiar situation I have come across. The bus person is also the receptionist. So you call for the bus and the receptionist has to drop everything and run to the bus and pick you up. I arrived at 9 at night the person had no interpersonal skills whatever. Next morning same thing, the receptionist had to drop everything to run to the airport with people so that people who had questions lining up at the desk had to wait for him to return from his trip... very odd. They are out to make money without the warm friendliness of the NZ people. A bit hard to take just of the flight from Australia. Out in the sticks no place to by any food at all..
Pros: Very close to the airport
Pros: Handy to the airport & shuttle service.
Cons: No hand rails in shower as had to climb over a high bath which was very slippery.
Cons: Carpet was stained, very outdated also dodgey repair on tv wires
The Bycroft Lodge is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Karaka. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Pros: It was lovely and quiet with nice views from the room.
Cons: Filling the jug with water to boil for hot drink was a bit tricky. And no milk in the room.
Pros: Really nice, clean and quiet. Had just finished a hike in the area, so it was perfect for a little RnR afterwards
Pros: The breakfast was great as was the room and surroundings. We will use this place again when travelling through Auckland on our way south.
Cons: Having to leave
Pros: Really enjoyed our stay there. Clean, comfortable and enjoyed the surroundings. Loved the Glass room
Cons: Communication with the owners was a big problem though - only downside.
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: No coffee plunger
Pros: Lovely accommodation in rural setting.
Pros: Loved the space it provided! Definitely will be back
Pros: Friendly welcome at reception and stayed up to wait our 11pm arrival
Cons: Pleasant room, clean bed was comfortable

Pros: Close to highway
Cons: Very noisy, street with trucks infront of motel, bar and restaurant on the other street parties until 2am, room and bath needs instant refurbishment.

Pros: Clean room and helpful staff that provided information about food and the airport shuttle. Free parking.
Cons: Not the best location - far enough from the airport to require shuttle planning but also far from the city, so you need a car to really appreciate the place. Recommended for travelers on a budget or with time constraints.
Pros: It has a shuttle
Cons: The smell in the room was nauseating. They allot you 200mb wifi and charge $5 after that, sterile hallways.
Pros: excellent location for me to walk a short distance to Sunday worship
Cons: no; I was happy with my stay at the hotel.
Pros: I was given an upgrade because the door handle fell apart when I closed the door. The new room was much nicer and cooler.
Cons: The wifi is limited and you have to pay for more that 20 gbyts.
Pros: Absolutely nothing It was dirty there was no toilet paper in either of our rooms Friends room had ripped curtains our room had complete pieces of curtains missing There was the previous persons Uber containers etc still in our room No lift to our floor or assistance After advertising you could leave your car there while overseas once there we were charged 5.00 per day the shuttle was not free and just a big bus and you have to leave your car key as they may have to shift your car
Pros: Shuttle service and bed was comfortable.
Cons: Did not like breakfast - Eggs Benedict which had too much hollandaise sauce on eggs Dusty room and hole in wall.
Pros: Good outlook to the garden Great restaurant
Pros: It was last minute booking. The place was very accessible via the yellow bus and it was complimentary. We just had to show the booking to the bus driver. Check in was a breeze. The room size was reasonable in comparison to other hotels/accommodation around the airport. It was a good place to stay overnight.
Cons: They don't have a lift so carrying heavy luggages to the second floor can be a challenge. The building is old and the doorknob was placed oddly low (applies to all doors we've seen).
Pros: Waitress and reception were very helpful and very pleasant - maybe cleaning staff just need a bit more training our only let down. Free Shuttle Airport bus was great.
Cons: Room service and cleaning was not up to standard.Shouldnt have to ask for things every day. Hot breakfast for the same price as toast and jam should be an option when booking and paying for your breakfast
Cons: The breakfast was so so. Having to pay to get back to the airport was not cool. I would not stay their again.
Pros: I chose the hotel because of its location near to airport, and it is. I did not mind how basic the room and amenities were, as I felt I got the value for which I paid.
Cons: Room was basic, but the shower leaked on the floor, and you could see water damage in the walls around the shower as well. The sink faucet needed repair as it dripped constantly, and the door to the bathroom left bits of "fluff" on the floor as it was opened and closed. Fortunately I don't have many allergies, or I might have had some issues with the lack of maintenance of the rooms.

Pros: We did not order the breakfast. The location was great with a couple of nearby restaurants offering free pick up and drop back service.
Cons: A couple of wine glasses would have been good.
Pros: Everything from the pick up at the airport the friendly staff and very helpful to the dropoff at the airport the next day would totally recommend whanau and friends
Cons: Nothing everything was perfect
Pros: Clio seems to airport and ok for short stays
Cons: I checked in the room, looked around and immediately decided to leave the hotel without worrying about the money I paid for the night. Experience was horrifying. Terrible bedding, super old creepy furnitures & wide open windows looking up trash!
Pros: The staff is quite friendlyand helpful.
Cons: The hotel didn't meet our expectations in terms of quality of facilities, supplies and location convenience compared with the price charged. It seems the owner is very shrifty and makes the room too simple to stay.
Pros: Location was close to our rental cat
Cons: It was a long stay hotel. It was bot as clean as we thought it should be. We were told to expect a Marriot or Courtyards and received a run down motel we would not have chosen at all.
Pros: Great comfy beds

Cons: Smell of air freshener in corridor, old carpet in room.
Pros: It was convenient to the airport ... beds comfortable..great shower .. easy to find
Cons: The meal from the restaurant..

Cons: Not much cutlery , mismatched dinnerware
With a stay at Middlemore Motel in Auckland, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Rainbow's End and Sylvia Park. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.

Pros: It was very accessible to my location I needed to attend the following day
Cons: Some of the other quests where extremely disrespectful of other quests in regards to noise level
Pros: Clean and warm room. Car parked just in front of room door.
Cons: Just a bit far from city.
Pros: Room was clean and good value for money
Cons: Close to the road, ask for a room at the back to minimise road noise throughout the night

When you stay at Oakwood Manor Motor Lodge in Mangere, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Rainbow's End and One Tree Hill Domain. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
Pros: Room was big
Cons: The curtains were falling off railings, mold in bathroom. It appears that the hotel is used for social housing.
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Very noisy you can hear every guest walk past and their conversation and the shower is so water conserving there’s more mist in the atmosphere!!
Cons: Dated decor. Needs update. Needs drastic maintenance. Fire door in hall was off the hinges. Doors to rooms are "hollow core" thereby letting you hear everything in the hall. Very noisy.
Pros: Had a awesome stay
Pros: Room was clean. Shower was great. Airport shuttle was a bonus.
Cons: Stairs - having to carry 25kgs up and down the stairs was not great. Window was broken so could not leave it open. Fridge was noisy and the seats dirty and in need of a clean. Upon arrival I was told I had to leave a $100 deposit. As I told them there was nothing to this effect on the website and did not pay it. Menu in the restaurant is burgers and chips, I was expecting a better menu selection.
Pros: Clean and spacious
Cons: The lock was broken on the bathroom door. Confusion with who the driver was picking up. We ordered a transfer and no name was asked from me...when the driver arrived another group tried to take our ride
Pros: The free shuttle to and from the airport. How kind and caring staff were as I had a broken leg. Easy meal with free room service. great value for our 7 hour lay over.
Pros: Handy to the airport. Staff were nice although I missed the kitchen close off by 5 minutes and there was no way the would do anything at all for dinner (9:45pm close) - so I ate chips from the vending machine.
Cons: It is so old and tired. Nothing worked properly. The fan in the ceiling sounded like a dying cat. People came and went all night and the rooms are not soundproof. That said it was only $120 bucks... thankfully it wasn’t pay by the hour :)
Pros: We enjoyed the location, the quit unit and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The lack of maintenance and upkeep of the grounds. The toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet.
