Dubrovnik Old Town is only 3 km way and is easy reached via public transport.
Room was clean.
A little inconvenient as had to catch bus to old town.
A fabulous room with separate bed, sitting and bath areas with windows three sides and a large balcony.Stylish boutique size hotel in a pleasant garden setting.
Good breakfast selection but hot food not kept hot and not replaced quickly.
Hotel was comfortable and accomodating and the staff helped where they could.
The staff were helpful. and information about ferries etc was readily available at the reception desk. The plumbing worked ok.
The room was a bit tiny and if I had weighed a couple of kilos more I would not have fitted into the shower cubicle. coffe at breakfast could have been fresher and better.
The balacony - fabulous
The courtesty and great welcome offered by the staff
It is a beautiful builiding in an excellent location close to the beach and an easy bus ride to the centre of the old town. Staff were very polite and helpful. We prefer to stay in smaller hotels and the 23 rooms at Hotel Zagreb made it the perfect size, with all necessary facilities but not impersonal.
The only issue was a smell of drains in the bathroom, which was not as clean as the bathroom in my children's room.
The staff was very helpful and friendly! Very good!
We think the breakfastmenu was boring. No fruits, too few sorts of bread (no dark bread) There should also be some cakes to choose from.
The location of hotel was great and we had a pleasant outlook. Close to restaurants and shopping facilities. The staff were very helpful and humorous which kept us amused.
We were on the top floor and there was no lift - a lot of stairs ! There was also no porter service. The internet was down the whole time we were there (4 days).
The restaurant which is separately owned from the hotel was well run and provided excelent evening meals, but the breakfasts were disappointing.
The internet facility was out of order and had been for some time and it appeared that there was no intention to replace the aging equipment. The toilet facilities were down stairs from the restaurant and unsuitable for disabled people.
