The workers were very helpful, the hot tub was amazing..Great stay for a weekend away
That hill leading up to the inn was difficult.Should post bigger signs stating there is an easier way to get up the just around the corner..Slide all the way down while going up..that's the only negative thing to say.
Staff was nice. Pool was fun. Hot tub was clean. Room was clean, view was decent. Check in and out was easy.
Parking lot was incredibly difficult to get into in the winter. Bathroom had no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Floors were uneven. No towels in pool area. No supervision of hot tub area-underage kids and big messes.
The bed was great! The room was clean and orderly. I'll use this location again.
The check-in parking is not good, at all. Having found no place to park on the upper level parking lot, I drove to the middle level parking lot where I found a space. Having no access to the lobby, aside from the upper level parking, I had to climb the snowy hill to enter the lobby for check in. Upon reaching the sidewalk to the entrance, there were two spots designated for check-in parking. Both spaces were filled and the signs were not visible due to the size of the vehicles in them. The heating/cooling system in the room was a challenge. Setting the heat to 68 caused it to warm up considerably, more than expected. Shutting it off didn't help much. I tried the A/C for a while, just to cool the room off. I felt quite foolish for having to use the A/C in the winter but I was sweating otherwise. Having fallen asleep before 10, I awoke to the room above being occupied. The people were quiet but every step they made was accompanied by a squeek/noise from the floor. Thankfully they didn't move about the room much.
Loved the cozy feeling and location
Just didn't like all of the steps
Place was over all pretty clean. Basic amenities.
I've never seen so many signs for warnings, policys, ect. One above the hot tub was super morbid about drowning and "don't think your child won't be a statistic" I've never seen a hot tub that bans children 10 and under. Also didn't like the adult 1/2 hour. Staff was there at 10:30 on the dot to say they're closing and that she'd already packed up our stuff in the hot tub room. Breakfast ended at 9. Lame.
The hotel was very nice, rooms were cute, staff was friendly and helpful. All the amenities worked.
Breakfast room a little cramped.
The desk clerk responded immediately to a problem we with the television in my room. Maintenance swapped it out within a half hour! I travel frequently and I rarely see the prompt service to a request that I experienced on this trip.
Hard to find an open outlet to plug in laptop and phone.
Breakfast was hot. Great location. Best price.
Pool was dirty. Beds were old and worn. Bathroom was stinky.
The room was very clean and the staff was nice.
The hot tub was very small and always had people waiting to use it so we never got a chance to use it. Don't rely on iPhone maps to get there-it led us in the wrong direction.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Canyon helped us check in and he was great!! We were traveling with some equipment that had to be brought in and he switched our rooms to put us closer to a ramp and a door. He was very friendly and helpful.
