Pros: Absolutely everything was a dream!!! Claire was such an incredible, loving lady and she made our stay absolutely exceptional! From the start with communication through emails, recommending us places to go and to eat, and organising balloons for my boyfriend's birthday FREE OF CHARGE! On arrival she upgraded our room, and iron my boyfriend's shirts. When we came back they were waiting for us hanging on the door, ironed! Interior and exterior is another story! Probably the best place where we ever stayed! Full of character, love, soul, warm atmosphere and history! Books in the upstairs sitting room were to die for!! Breakfast was absolutely amazing and again Claire made everything so perfect that even made us feel sad for leaving! We had the best time ever and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed every bit of it, and it's all thanks to you Claire and your wonderful place. It's one of the places that you visit on the way, but place itself and the most amazing host made us think when we could escape the work and run down for another night. Thank you for making such a special moment so memorable! We will forever be grateful!

Pros: We were given such a warm and friendly welcome, despite being an hour late due to traffic; in fact, we were given a much needed cup of tea and cake while we unpacked and got ready to go out that evening - how thoughtful and kind was that!! The house and all rooms are immaculate. Our bedroom was very spacious and really comfortable with great views across the bay. The Full Irish Breakfast is not to be missed - outstanding - and accompanied with delicious home made soda bread and banana bread. We finished our tea after breakfast in the conservatory and garden and then walked to a lovey cove as shown in the photos. In the evening a short walk took us to a superb nearby local pub and restaurant.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.

Pros: Nice friendly atmosphere about the place
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is beautiful, reception / check in easy and the room was fine, but a bit small and cold at first, warmed up in the evening. Bar is nice and comfortable
Cons: I was staying for one night and looked forward to dining in the restaurant. To be honest it was hit and miss, I was handed a al a carte menu even though there was a Table de H'ote also available, I had to ask for it. The Al a Carte is not good value, most mains are €30 with starters at €10 plus. We were served by different staff, who weren't very attentive or well trained. We had to ask for the veg twice. Breakfast was worse - everything is served to you, which is fine but you don't know what's available e.g fruit. The full Irish is very greasy and lacked flavor. I asked for butter for toast, it never came. It's all very sloppy for a nice hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant staff. Comfortable rooms. Excellent food. Excellent golf facilities.
Cons: We only booked in for one night. Should have been 3.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly helpful staff. The food the atmosphere of the hotel the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of both the rooms and the building. The grounds are stunning.
Cons: I didn't have an issue paying 2 euro for a swimming hat, but in keeping with the higher end image the hotel portrays it probably would look less money grabbing and parsimonious if that cost were absorbed elsewhere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bar and dining area was incredible! Cody was extra special; we enjoyed his humor and friendliness. Room was very spacious and decorated to matched the time period.
Cons: The only area I feel could be improved on, would be the wall outlets. In 2019 we are all about "charging" our apparatuses.

Pros: The perfect B&B! Friendly welcome from Colleen, spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. The perfect location for dinner in the nearby Aldridge Lodge and pints in Roches after. Right beside the harbour and Duncannon Beach too as well as being close to Hook Lighthouse, Dunmore East and lots of other amenities. The most comfortable bed we've been in when away from home and plenty to eat from the continental breakfast. We highly recommend this fantastic B&B and will definitely return!

Pros: Cant recommend the studio in The Moorings highly enough. Everything there you need and lovely touches by owner dropping fresh coffee and brown bread up in morning. Stunning view too
Cons: Nothing. Perfect spot
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing view onto the bay from our apartment. The lounge area with the windows overlooking the sea, the fluffy couch and big TV was its best feature – so cozy!
Cons: Bathroom a bit small, but manageable. Quick unrelated fyi for fellow travelers: bathing in the ocean is impossible at this beach due to water contamination.

Pros: Great location ! Staff are very friendly , great choice on breakfast menu
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is great. Food was good and staff were very friendly. Nice art works displayed throughout also.
Cons: The quality of the double room was very poor for the price - the decor was at least 20 years old, more like a B&B from the 1990s. Friends in another room had similar view and raised this point with reception on check out. Noise at night also bad (this was in August so prob not an issue outside peak season). I just would not pay 130 a night for this again.
6.3 Good
Pros: Main advantage. View of sea Bed comfy Bathroom no bath and needs upgrade Breakfast just ok
Cons: See above
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location and lovely setting looking out to the sea.
Cons: The Room 1 we stayed in was very outdated. It was very hot at night and the only means of air was to open the patio doors which we were afraid to do in case someone came in. Also, the main door of the room was not very secure. In fact the patio door was off its rails and could not be locked until my partner fixed it. Also, there was very limited parking available (4 spaces) and given the central location of the Inn in the village, it was hard to find nearby parking at all.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We had a very good breakfast and the dinner we had the night before in their dining room, was one of the best of our entire trip. The rooms are small, but adequate.
7.9 Good
Pros: Located right beside the sea
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our loft room overlooking the sea was amazing
Cons: Was a little more than we wanted to pay but was far superior to other rooms in the area.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Service at lunch time poor had to ask 3 times for a forgotten lunch and drink. Family room too close to front of pub where people were very loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. It was so relaxing and the staff were so helpful and friendly
7.5 Good
Pros: Food excellent. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location superb.
Cons: Requested a room with a seaview balcony, which we got. However, the room itself was very small with little space to move around in. The bathroom was extremely damp with mould around the shower cubicle. The bathroom was too small to have a wash basin which was located next to the door of the bedroom. On leaving, I pointed the issue of mould / smell in the bathroom to the receptionist, who said she would bring it to the attention of the appropiate people. I feel this room should not have been in use until the issues of smell and dampness had been rectified. As far as we could see there were no other balcony rooms available to change to. The room size and bathroom issue did impact upon our enjoyment of our short stay. I feel we could have been offered a reduction in price due to these problems, but none was forthcoming.

7.5 Good
Pros: Being beside the beach is an advantage especially with the beautiful promenade of Tramore.
Cons: Property is greatly in need of a complete upgrade.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location . Good food and staff. Very clean. Great views.
Cons: No lift and lots of stairs. Limited parking.
7.9 Good
Pros: We had a lovely stay in a nice family room with a sea view. It is an old hotel so you have to remember this when booking but it had to old world homely charm which we like very now and again. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and beds were very comfy.Cooked Breakfast was good and plentiful cooked to order.
Cons: Bathroom a bit outdated and could do with new fittings. Evening food was ok. Cooked breakfast very good but very little Continental such as fruit salad, cereals, bread or croissants which are kind of standard everywhere now.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Close to the beach. A good card room upstairs. Nice dinner in restaurant.
Cons: Pretty much everything. Old, smelly, musty, dirty carpet in room, view of a mouldy roof, in desperate need of a D9. Parking facilities were ridiculous AND dogs are allowed to stay in rooms!!!! You can tell.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was delious.. dinner and breakfast.
Cons: No lift.. carrying my case up the stairs which was up stairs and then some down stairs and then up stairs again..not good at my age.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely overnight stay at O'Shea's hotel. Very friendly staff in the restaurant
7.0 Good
Cons: The only thing I would say I didn’t like was how far we had to go to our room. We were in a Room right on the other side of the building and the stairs was a issue for luggage.
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff the couldn't have been better! Really warm, natural and friendly!
Cons: The shower curtain... it would be brilliant if it was a glass partition as the curtain sticks to everything! If you're facing the front of the hotel there's a busy taxi rank. It didn't bother me but my friend did say it kept her up for a bit. Although we did sleep with the window open so I'm not sure if it would have been as annoying closed.
