The location of it is good. Since English is not very popular in Poland and the public transportation system is not that easy to foreigners to access, the location for international travelers is relatively important. This hotel locates just in front of the railway station. And that is the best part of it.
great location, relatively quiet, free cable internet in the rooms just one lift for a big, multistorey building
I stayed there before and found it convenient
Excellant location within walking distance of city centre and main shopping street. Room allocated had old and damaged furniture and fittings. It also overlooked a roof at the back with the added inconvenience of hearing the water pump of neighbouring rooms whenever their bathrooms were used.
The city is very niceand this hotel is very close to the city center.
Location, food, service Smoking in lobby allowed... view from room weak... room small but good
nice staff terrrible beds
very friendly staff, clean rooms no
the hotel is to reach in 15 min on foot from the station (pkp Opole Glowny), very modern rooms, very clean, nice bathroom, also the food you can eat in the restaurant are price-quality-quantity good, the breakfast is varieted.
The Hotel was lovely and very friendly. Nothing I did not like about the hotel. The only problem was we where charged more then your website quoted us. we where quoted €159.00 but where charged €178.00.
The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke perfect english. The room was comfortable and the hotel is new.
Everything - from undergound parking and pretty good room to hotel's cuisine. Prefect for 3* hotel.
Confortable beds, clean, modern, italian speaking reception girl, centrally located.
Perfect location in the centre of town, clean room, free internet. No elevator at the front of the building, while all rooms are on the second or third floor. Access to the rooms is actually easier through the parking because it is in the back. There was no minibar in the room. The rooms are quite small.
Very nice location and nice room.
Attractive internal architecture in public parts of the hotel. proximity to centre of town Poorly prepared and presented food in restaurant. The schitzel was particularly poor. On checking out my credit card was debited with the amount of the bill before I had seen the bill, which I had to ask to see. There is no lift from reception to the floor with bedrooms nor was their any offer of help with heavy luggage. There are no baths in any bedrooms.
nice swimming pool
Being able to see the castle from my room, Not being able to book in till after 3pm when the train arrived at 1pm, though I did find someone out the back who reluctantly let us in.
waiting area, breakfast room, single rooms, which is box size. ,old carpets, poor quality mattresses, beds may be risk to spine ,uncomfortable sleep due to overrsize pillows..Heating isnot good -needs more blankets at cold nights.Swimming pool local peopple do not maintain hygene standards, water was not warm in jacuzzi,no soap in shower room, local user drink and spit, use at your health risk.location is out of town and no facilities near by for dining out.hotel restaurant do not provide lunch or dinner in evening-
I would pick up restaurant for qood meals offered - lots to choose from and tasty, although pricey. Its the value for money that suffers most in this hotel. I know the SPA makes it expensive, but the rest of the offer is slightly below average. I know better 2- or 3-star hotels for 2/3rds of the price...
Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking facilities in front of the hotel.
