Ok- so it's not the Ritz! It's Brattleboro Baby! It's a nice place where an amazing pool-spa area (looked at but never used it). I enjoyed my stay, pleasent people, complimentary breakfast. I liked not dealing w a chain. I'll stay again.
everything you need is right there cant think of anything
Dog friendly with a large area to walk the dog and outside waste cans. One of the dog friendly rooms was clean but had damage
good value na
I drove in to the parking lot and never checked in. It is not three stars- maybe 1 star. Run down, random people hanging out in the parking lot. When I asked for a refund the front desk was rude and hung up on me.
Extraordinary bargain for a room off the highway while traveling. We just needed to sleep before continuing our drive and the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The room smelled a little bit and the sheets should have been cleaner. The bathroom desperately needs a remodel/renovation, but considering the room costs less than dinner, I have nothing to complain about.
the price was right people hanging out around the doors and the smoke
Waffles at Breakfast NO
Good value and easy experience without alot of paperwork etc .
Bed was so comfy but I wish they had bigger pillows. I would stay again!
Close to town, and the room had a working refrigerator There was an extremely broken Lazy Boy chair, which literally collapsed sideways. When reported, the lady at the front desk said, "um, okay". Nothing was done and it could hurt the next person. It snowed and the driveway was not plowed and had 10+ inches of snow to drive through. The bedding looked barely cleaned, and linty. No heavy blanket, summer coverlet in winter.
Close distance to McDonalds was good. Close distance to highway was also good. Breakfast was good. Too small space in the breakfast room.
Friendly staff. Smelt like smoke. Very loud neighbors.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for the money. Also included a continental breakfast.
The location was convenient to recreation and shopping. Rather bizarre, but, because of a major design flaw, the toilet seats could not be left open, which is rather inconvenient especially for the male guests.
The price, the generous breakfast, the comfortable room.
It was good and meet the need at the time. No elevator, at times it was noisey.
Not far from Willmington, staff was very friendly. The hotel room was very cluttered, and not as clean as it could be. Could barely walk around the bed. Only soap was liquid dial. We stayed up stairs next to the breakfast room & could hear quiet conversations in the am.
Clean, nice man at the front desk. I kept waking up because the heater was banging and tapping all night. They did construction on the outside of our room at 8am. Very strong smell of perfume/cleaner in the room. We had a small room with an attic type cieling because we were on be second floor.. Not sure how the rooms downstairs are.
We liked the convenience & price. The shower never got hot.
Service was great, check in took under 2 minutes, and the guy working the desk was very helpful & polite. The room didn't have an iron, but the front desk had one available without hassle. Everything was clean & orderly. Very bare-bones, but value was way above the $50 price tag. As a single guy just passing through, I couldn't more highly recommend this place. It's just splitting hairs here, but the laminate floors were a little odd, and the shower had water droplets sitting in the tub upon arrival. Really don't have anything negative to say.
Cheap Very basic
The room itself was nicer than I had expected. It was set up in a way that made it feel spacious. It had a small table and chairs which was nice for working remotely. We were woken up at 8am by someone walking into our room. There was never a knock on the door as housekeeping usually does. Someone used a key card to access our room. Once the door was open my dog started barking and as we struggled to figure out what was going on in our sleepy stupor, we heard a man say "sorry" and the door was quickly closed. When we walked outside no one was in sight. Shortly after our rude awakening, my husband went outside for a cigarette. He stepped out into the balcony and hadn't even put the lighter to the cig when a man from the next room came running out threatening to call the cops because it's against the law to smoke within 25 ft of the rooms. Which my husband wasn't aware of at the time. We arrived late in the evening the night before and while the hotel did give us a notice about this policy, I had made the bed for us and he hadn't seen the notice. The man who threatened the police was wearing a Motel 6 shirt and we believe this is the same man who entered our room. Later that morning while my husband was rearranging and repacking the vehicle, this SAME man stood just a few feet behind him and watched the entire time. Not wanting to deal with any altercations, my husband didn't say anything to him and just went about his business. When checking out I brought all of these concerns up to the women at the front desk. I was met with deer in headlight looks as I shared my morning's excitement. They apologized and said they believe it was one of the maintenance crew members who I was referring to. I was assured the cops would not be called (which was the least of my worries!). The complete lack of and violation of our privacy was my biggest concern! They did not seem to care so much about that.
