Pros:Staff male staff member march 4th at night was exceptionally nice.
Cons:Rooms lighting is terrible. Some lamps didn't work. I know it's an extended stay but no pots pans anything? For $100+ it def should have small coffee makers in the rooms and I paid $60 for place that had a wonderful breakfast with waffles and pancakes...the muffin and coffee area would be fine if I paid $50-60 but I paid over a hundred. I also found trash in my room when I first walked in and there needs to be a bell ring or a noise when someone enters the hotel. Really disappointed. I hope they can make some serious changes.

Pros:Nothing.
Cons:The drug deals going on in the parking lot, the open and promotion of prostitution on and inside the property, the lack of customer service by the hotel when asking to cancel the room and for a refund. Disgusting place... I should've called the police. But who wouldn't listened? It's Providence...
